Which is Better - Odesk or Elance for Outsourcing?

If I want good content writers and link builders at reasonable rates then which is the better site - odesk or elance? Both are big ones with lots of service providers. So wondering which one is the better of the two?

someone who signed up at elance is also on odesk.
I normally decide by usabilty of payment and milestone and personal feeling etc.

  I used to only use vworker or elance until I posted a project that didn't get much action. So I signup to odesk and guru too and got a lot more bids, I didn't think the project was asking too much but from now on I think I'll post to them all all the time. Doesn't take that much more time and you might just find the perfect freelancer.

link builders - Odesk
content writers - Neither unless you want to pay a lot to really qualified writers.
freelancer.com - good for coding and designing

Hi Anwar001,

Here is a review on the fees each site charges. This may help you in making a choice on which is best for you.

Elance

Fees- Elance deducts between 6.75% and 8.75% from each payment ( depending on the project budget) transferring the remaining amount directly to the service providers Elance account. In addition, there is a one-time account activation fee to setup an Elance account.

Odesk- The odesk fee is 10% of the employers payment to Odesk which equates to 11.11% on top of the amount paid to the contractor.
