I would have invested in it if the timing is right for me because I have committed not to invest into any more new programs until I have started monetizing from Traffic Secrets from John Reese. There are too many programs out there that is distracting us at times but Eben is someone I trust.

Why do I say so?

Because I invested in his Wake Up Productive program and it is worth every penny invested.

No I don't have it and haven't seen it, but I read the salespage and it says right up front it is an "Advanced" course.

I think you have to know enough to decide what particular approach you want to use to make money on the WWW, before you spend a lot of money on courses.

I own Altitude. I think the program would benefit seasoned marketers most. It's focused on five things only 2 of which I can remember right now - People and Systems.

As a new marketer you generally have neither. It has a large section on hiring and keeping talent, as well as other advanced techniques.

The place where you'd be able to reap a benefit is by defining your customers or target audience and getting inside their head to find the psychological triggers or their drive. Common sense will help you accomplish this or you can pick up some books - I don't recall any good ones as of now.

Save your money, invest in some WSO's and try them out. If you're looking for a system that you can follow immediately I recommend James Schramko's Internet Marketing Speed Report. Just search google for this.

I recommend you don't buy it unless you're trying to manage people, and develop systems for your people to use.

since I think it's a good thing to have the big
picture and to know what really works without
any gimmicks...

And by the way, it's not just about People and
Systems... I think you forgot ... the MARKET?

Is it for noobs?

Some noobs won't understand this, because all
they want is to make money from the product
they buy! They don't understand what is a
business investment yet.

Saying that, this is a business growth course,
not an Internet marketing course.

Let me tell you about my experience with Eben's
Get Altitude program so you can have an idea
of what it can do for you...

First, I only applied two/three techniques from
the amazing secrets Eben shared.

Why?

Because since February 2008, I didn't really work.
I was traveling and enjoying my offline activities.

In fact, I just came back last month, and I am going
to change the way I am doing business by applying
Eben's techniques.

Here are two things I did that IMMEDIATELY added
thousands of dollars to my income.

1. Coaching program creation

I created a $497 coaching program, and all I did was
adding it to my autoresponder (I didn't promote it
because I wasn't online like I said above, but I will
start to recruit more apprentices).
I already have mentees, and most of them already
earn hundreds of dollars from affiliate marketing.


$497 per month just for sending a few emails (I forget
to tell you that it's an email coaching program)

2. Upsell + continuity

I created a $29.95 membership site, and added it
as an upsell (one time offer) to one of my sites.

I had more than 30 members in a matter of weeks.

These are just two techniques I've applied from Eben's
teaching, and you know what?

They make me mon.ey without even promoting them!

I just added the first in my autoresponder sequence,
and the second as an upsell to only ONE page of my
website.

I bought the Get Altitude program for $1500+, and it
was the best investment I made.

If you just want to make a few hundreds online, you
don't need it.

... But for those who are SERIOUS about their Internet
venture, it's a course that you want to have.

In fact, if I could keep only one Internet marketing
with me to start from scratch, it would be this one.

Eben will send it to you at no cost before you decide
if you want to get it.

I sat through Eben's sales presentation and was very impressed. If I could afford it I had likely bought it - although I am not planning on having to manage emplyees anywhere soon...

Ebens stuff is gold...if it applies to and you actually use it. If you're just looking for a something to teach you how to make money then it may not be the right fit. It's more geared towards those who make some money, but want to make a whole lot more by creating a real business.

I think frack's post positions the level of the course pretty well - if you have lists to ptomote to, and are capable of creating monthly coaching courses, this course could be just what you need to expand.

If you're just starting out, have no lists to promote to or no knowledge of Adwords, for example, and have no clue about how to put together an expensive coaching course, this level of course wouild be a waste of money, IMHO.

But then, I'm not an affiliate for it.....
