Magic Submitter or SEO Link Robot!?

I like SEO Link Robot better. A lot of people like MS better.

They both have trials. I would suggest rather than listening to others, take the trials and see which one you find more useful.

Thanks, but can you elaborate a little on why you like better?

I actually started the trial a while back but never really got around to using it so now I can't try it out anymore.

I'm a disciple of Magic Submitter. I looked into SEOLR but It simply doesn't stack up. Look at all the different features MS has. Also Alex updates it almost once a week. When you are dealing with hundreds of directories, video site, bookmarking sites and PR sites they have to be updated continually.

Thanks, but don't they basically do the same thing? How does
SEOLR not stack up to MS?

My two cents worth,

I like the SEOLR. Steve has been really good at taking care of the bugs in this software. He also has continuously improved and added new features. This tool has worked consistently good for me. It saves a ton of time. There is a learning curve, but it is not difficult.

I have both and I like both. However recently I've found myself more and more working with MS. Not sure why really, maybe because with MS you can do your own thing (add new sites or modify existing ones if they changed). I even coded a few extra things in MS (like to go to a particular website to check whether the proxy I was using was working fine -extremely easy command which took me 2 minutes to do and test).

Another thing I love about MS is the large number of training videos they have, it's amazing really. And every month there is at least one webinar that is a few days later posted on the site for everyone to watch and learn.

Earlier on I would have definitely said SEOLR simply because it was a one-off price so it had a good cost advantage over MS or SenukeX, but now with it also going monthly, the price advantage of it is gone.

Having said that, I don't say that SEOLR is not good. It is. I think at this point is more of a mater of preference really - what you're used to work with - than one having some big advantage over the other one...

Btw, I found that SEOLR is a biiit faster than MS, all other things being equal.

I signed up for the trial SEOLR a while back but didn't get around to using it lol... I guess I'll try the MS trial for $4.95. Rather than obsessing which one is the absolutely best, it'd probably be more productive to just start using one of them and master it.

Except I'm kind of curious as to SEOLR's mini-nets and how effective they are..

The mini nets are a pretty neat feature of SEOLR. Honestly, you could probably sign up for the trial again under another email. It is a limited version (doesn't have all the sites available), but fully functional. That or if you emailed the creator, he would probably get you setup with another trial.

I like MS. I only had two issues with it. It was slow. And it wasn't updated as much as I would have liked. Because it has that great feature of being able to add your own sites, when a site stops working the attitude is kind of "well you can fix it yourself" instead of sending out more frequent updates.

You won't go wrong with either one though.

Yeah, maybe I need to email Steve for another trial. I don't think it would work under a different email because it know you're using the same IP. That's what happened when I tried to continue my trial with Market Samurai lol.. Don't have a lot extra to spend otherwise I would of bought it.

What I've been hearing is that both aren't getting updated as frequently as people would like, but hopefully most of the important sites would still be operational.

So do you find that the mini-nets give an extra punch, so to speak? I've been hearing that link pyramids and wheels aren't nearly as powerful as people give them credit for.

I heard Link robot doesn't auto create email accounts? Is that true? I heard you need to supply the email account information.. If that's true, it's kinda useless, or risk leaving a giant footprint.. With MS, click a button and you can have unlimited new emails created in minutes...

Haven't tried SEOLR but I found that Magic submitter is really interesting, maybe because of the add your own site feature, or maybe just because it has compelling name. You know... ~"Magic" Submitter~ sounds really cool in your mind.
