Any recommendation for video submission software?

Hi,

I'm looking for a good (reliable) video submission software that I can use, two of those that I'm aware are www.tubemogul.com and www.trafficgeyser.com.

Preferably, a one-time fee payment software. The one that I've got is www.miracletrafficbot.com but haven't tested to see whether it works or not but this is VERY basic tool without any tracking feature and limited video sites.

Would be great if you can recommend.
