DeadBeat Millionaire Reviews

Hey anyone know if this the same as Dan's other product
Deadbeat Super Affiliate. Is this just an updated version or is it
a completely different product. and do you need to have the
earlier product in order to make the Deadbeat Millionaire work
Any feedback is greatly appreciated. THX

It looks like a completely different product - a piece of software.

I havn't seen the product yet, BUT in the past, Dan has come through, so I don't see any harm in saying that:

      1. You will probably get value for money paid
      2. the product will probably match up well with the sales letter
      3. It's probably a good product

If I have some free time tonight, I'll pick it up and take it through the paces.

One of the things that made it stand out for me, was Dan's promise to be providing monthly niche ideas (he's done one or two of these on his blog in the past).

I'm just looking at the first of those videos (1hr or so in length) and there are some nice things coming through about conversion factors for that market. Since it's a one-off payment not a membership, it was enough to get my money.

        hey Jeremy

Thanks for the response. I have faith in your judgement and
your reviews are always honest and straight up I look forward to
hearing what you think of the product if you do purchase it. dan seems
to be a good guy will most likely purchase but will wait a bit to see what other warriors have to say

Martin, You stated that this is good for new marketers
How new? Does dan give a complete step by step or is it an overview and you need to go over the training a few times to get what has to be done.Either way its no biggie just like to know what to expect. Thanks for the heads up.

Hey, I am curious how does he provide monthly niche research if it's a one off payment?

Also he mentioned in the Sales page that the niches are uniquely sent meaning it isn't duplicate list sent to everyone. So that would mean quite a bit of work for a one off payment eventually he'll be losing money would he not if he keeps it up?

I'd also appreciate if someone explain to me what exactly does the software do? I am honestly more intersted in the software as he seems to claim it's a huge advanement to autopilot profits. THANKS

Hi, I just bought the Deadbeat Millionaire, I have not gone through it yet as I literally purchased it 2 minutes ago but the thing that concerns me is that in the sales page he says "no traffic generation" but then he has upsells saying that if you don't but this then you will have to spend hours doing traffic generation! There were three upsells, one for $199, and I think the other two were $99 and $149, I don't have any money left so did not buy them so I am not sure exactly what I have actually paid for!
Don't want to make the product sound bad though, as I said I have not gone through it yet, but has anyone else got this that already has Deadbeat Affiliate? What is the diference? I will post again when I get the time to through it, got a busy couple of days so hopefully get to this on Monday.

I haven't bought Deadbeat Millionaire yet, but I have bought Deadbeat Super Affiliate, and I'm going through it right now.

Dan's sales page says this is basically DSA with automation - So far the training and videos I've been through for DSA are DROP DEAD SIMPLE, and I have no doubt that I will be making money with it soon. It appears from the sales page that Deadbeat Millionaire will be the same thing, only Dan does most of the work for you!

I think I'll see how DSA goes, and if it's as good as I expect, I'll be coming back for Deadbeat Millionaire.

            I'll keep you posted...

            Me:

I bought this about 10 hours ago (I think just after it was released?)

I was very hopeful about the software and after watching the very long (but quite entertaining) sales video and reading the sales page I thought it was a steal for $49.

            But...

I did not receive any automated traffic software. There is a social bookmarking plugin included, but I believe there are similar out there for free anyway.

The software is not working yet as far as I can tell. I set up sub domains for all the niches he has offered themes/content for and used the software (web based) but have not had a successful install yet.

I bought the upsell (by the way, you don't have to buy it during the sales process.. he plugs these products on EVERY page of his member site and you can buy them at any time). I paid $199 extra for the traffic generation software (also web based) to give me links back from Facebook, twitter and other "web 3.0 sites the guru's don't tell you about" (or something like that). I paid the extra $100 for the Facebook links but the software doesn't seem to do anything except send your spinable articles to your own wordpress blogs. Not impressed!

The software is buggy too. When selecting a new niche to promote and hitting "go" you're redirected back to the home page and have to navigate all the way back to continue work. yes, I said the WORK word about the Deadbeat. I am sure he doesn't use this software at all for his promotions if he really doesn't enjoy work.

Dan, I'm sorry for the bad review mate, but I spent $250 to learn from you how to make a sales page that convinces me to buy. ( yes, I'll take something good from this). I have submitted a support ticket but I don't expect you'll be able to fix all the problems before I contact clickbank for a refund.

There are probably many other users out there disappointed and clogging up your support team's time.

I just wish you'd done the work to completion before launch! I trusted your reputation, and I respect your previous work but this just seems a bit too thin to me.

Please reply on this thread so that I (and other buyers) know what's going on with your product. I think some rapid improvements are in order.

EDIT: I got one of the subdomain installs to work so far

I was a bit confused by this as I had no bother setting up my first site (see review above yours). However, I've just tried to install two of the physical product sites to test them out, and I'm just being sent to the site already installed. So you're right, it is a bit buggy. Hopefully though, it's a glitch that will be fixed soon.

You could do it in a day. some of the niche videos are quite long though... but you would go through them as you approach each niche.

Yes, I was able to install the first niche site, but the others have not come through so far. I will try again this morning and let you know if I find a solution.

Dracor, sorry for the trouble. The software pretty much broke down once a lot of other variables came into play that we didn't foresee until a lot of people with different setups started using it. My programmer has essentially be working around the clock since launch day re-building everything.

If you check back in your account you'll notice we've made all the improvements you brought up in your review here. Your points are very valid and before I ever read your post here they were on my priority list of things to fix - a lot of it was centered around the software problem described above.

We just added the first round of updates to the product roughly 48 hours ago including the completely rebuilt sitebuilder and traffic blaster software. We've also added more niche case studies and new websites. These will continue to come in as I build more of the sites for myself (and yes, you are actually getting my own personal websites - the ones you see in your account are websites that earn money for me on a daily basis! )

Thanks, and if you see any more problems with anything, please reply here I will make sure they are resolved.

              Hi Polly,

The Deadbeat Millionaire is more about automating the process - it's more of a done for you solution.

The Deadbeat Super Affiliate on the other hand gets into the nitty-gritty of why everything is done the way it is. I recommend both as I made them so each product compliments each other.

              Thanks!

Yes, it would mean quite a lot of work for me if I was doing it how you described... however I've already done the work because these websites and niches I give away are my actual earning websites.

I have roughly 100 websites or so which I've built up over the past year which have all paid themselves off many times over so it's not expensive for me to continue adding the websites.

I also build more websites for myself on a continued basis in niches as I discover them so everytime I build one I basically just add it to the software so everyone else can use it. Thus the website pool is continuously refilled as time goes on.

Everyone gets different sets of niche sites - we basically randomized the distribution of them (besides for the 'done for you' case studies) for each user account.

          Hope that makes sense!

Hi again, I think I must have overstepped somewhere (although I thought the video was fairly unbiased )

Anyway, in answer to your question, I think the tools and setup software seem pretty good for someone just starting out with this...the only thing I'd say - having looked at the video training a bit - is that a real beginner might do well to invest in the Super Affiliate course as well to get a feel for the "why" as well as the "how" of building these sites. The combined cost is still pretty low.

I realised I could just paste the review video in here without being naughty....there's no affiliate link in the video itself.

              My review of Deadbeat Millionaire:

At $37 (close the salespage twice and you get a $10 discount), and a 60 day money-back guarantee, this was too intriguing to pass by. Essentially, it's auto-install Wordpress software combined with ready-made sites that you can have up and running in minutes. There are a couple of upsells, for traffic generating software and advanced IM training, but they're not essential to the main product. If you change your mind later there's an upgrade section in the member area.

When you purchase and gain access to the member's area, you find 4 niche sites promoting a Clickbank product; right now it's 4 narrow niches from 2 broader ones. Each comes with a video tutorial and a pdf file. The pdf contains a list of keyword ideas - the niche I picked had around 70, mostly 3-5 word phrases. It was quick and easy to find an exact-match domain for a suitable phrase (although I did my own research instead of using the list).

The pdf also gives you an affiliate link for a Clickbank product that has been read and reviewed (you get the review article with the site). The pdf says that you get a starter pack of articles, but I couldn't see any. As the site sets up with articles already installed presumably that's them.

You're given a few links to sites that have more information on the subject, if you want to gen up on it. It briefly covers backlinking and there are a few relevant forum and web 2.0 links that that you can use to promote your site.

The software is really easy to use. Once you have your domain name and hosting account set up, you enter a few details like your cpanel login and click a button to install. Within minutes you have a proper site, with articles (7 with the niche I chose) including a Clickbank product review, a theme, images, a social networking plugin and squeeze page generator. You'll want to do more to the site, like changing the permalinks and adding your favourite plugins. Dan recommends you rewrite the articles too. Still, the software's a big time-saver. In addition to the CB sites there are a handful of physical product sites, but these don't come with training videos or pdfs.

The video for the niche I chose is lengthy, around 70 minutes, and goes into a lot of detail. It features Dan Brock and Hitesh Juneja. They start by giving the reasons for going into that particular niche, talk about the condition (it's a medical niche) and the kinds of people affected by it. They go on to talk about why they've chosen that particular Clickbank product to promote.

Next, there's a section on how to choose the best keywords (this is a good bit for newbies) and the best domain names to go for.

They cover how to get organic traffic to your site, and talk about best practices for forum marketing and using Web 2.0 sites for backlinking.

It doesn't really cover the site layout, but there's a wee bit on why they use a particular onsite linking method.

Dan has a few more webinars planned for training purposes that will be posted in the member's section.

So far, I'm pretty impressed, especially by the fact that Dan has promised ongoing niche sites and training for no extra cost, just the initial purchase price.
I do wonder though, if there won't be a rash of sites all looking the same, and promoting the same stuff, as there's no mention of when the membership will be capped.

As far as the sites go, it would be nice to see the article titles before they're uploaded. And, although you can use the software to install your own sites, there's no facility for adding things like articles first, so essentially you'd be installing an empty site with a theme and a couple of plugins. Still a little quicker than using Fantastico and uploading the theme/plugins afterwards though.

It's suitable for newbies, especially with ongoing training, although it would be a good idea to learn how to optimize a Wordpress site before you start. For more experienced marketers, this could be an easy way to create a new income stream, especially if you take the time to promote the site. You don't have to stick with CB products, although I quite like the fact you're plugging products that have really been reviewed by someone.

30 minutes to the promised bonuses* - keen to see what they are!

*Update - alas the counter has reset, and it's now another 24 hours to wait for bonuses.

    UPDATE 2

Just logged into the site to attempt re-install and found this note:

We are currently monitoring the installations and trying to make fixes to the software to correct any problems. While the majority of installs are working, users on free web hosts (which tend to be more restrictive in their server configurations) and Windows hosts may be experiencing some difficulties. A comprehensive update to fix these issues should be available this evening (May 13th PST). As a bonus, we are also going to be releasing downloads of all the websites so you can install them manually if you so desire.

I guess he got my trouble ticket

I'm glad he's decided to offer the site's for us available to install ourselves, however I can see this will cause him only more problems.

    1. This is not what we bought
    2. Now the product will be able to be leached and downloaded by others for free. (I would never think of doing this BTW... I paid good money for this and don't want others to have it!)

Again, I'm disappointed that what was supposed to be software that would 'do the work in around 3 clicks' is actually going to involve me downloading and installing manually.

I paid for speed and ease of use. So far, not delivered.

Dan, please update the traffic blaster pro script as it's seriously not worth the $200 I paid for it yet. No facebook or twitter integration (that I can tell) and only posts to already set up wordpress blogs. It's not even possible to edit the configuration once it's created.

I've got paid Linux hosting and have had difficulties. Good they're working to fix things though.

I should imagine that the downloads for manual install will only be available to members, and that once the glitches are fixed it will only apply to this month's stuff.

I'm still happy irrespective of whether I have to install this month's sites manually or not - the articles alone would take a lot of time and effort to produce, not to mention the keyword research, so I reckon it's still a fantastic deal.

Actually LynnM, I agree. It is a really good deal because you get many good things.

I guess I'm just hurt that it's not what the product description says, and it doesn't work (yet).

I sincerely hope he gets it up and running... especially the traffic pro software. In fact I'm happy to install sites and do keyword research myself (although it is insightful to see his approach and look at markets etc). So having the info so I can install it myself will solve that problem (but again, I paid for automatic installs, not manual).

It's really the traffic pro software that makes me upset. it was a $200 upsell and there's not even an instruction manual. I tried posting to an already set up wordpress blog on one of my sites and no dice. Just an Error: with no description or solution.

it's buggy and does not work.

The product (all of the products) should have been complete before launch.

        Rant over...

I'm not done tweaking my first DM site yet, and in fact have blocked the search engines till it's done, so way too early to see what happens. I hadn't heard of Auto Power blogs, so can't comment. There's a thread here, though, that you might find useful: http://www.warriorforum.com/internet...wer-blogs.html

Dracor, it's good you were able to get your money back, hopefully you'll find another product to suit.

Shame Dan hasn't sorted how to deal with customer issues; there were a few angry customers with responses to DSA, documented on Tiffany Dow's blog.

I'm still going to give it a go - at the very least I've got a site in a niche I wouldn't have thought to try before. Rewrite the articles for a different keyword phrase and I've got another. And so on.

    ...Continue rant

The bonus timer has reset back to 24 hours again.

The release of the downloadable themes is not available yet. It's past the evening of the 13th. The update on the website has been changed to "soon".

I still have not received an update on my trouble ticket/s.

The traffic blaster pro software still does not work and has no instructions.

I know this guy is the deadbeat millionaire but wow...

In fact, I don't believe he's actually lazy at all. He's probably quite smart, and dedicated to earning online. I have his product DBSA and it's quite good... even though I prefer to read rather than watch videos. They are quite informative.

Here's a tip for anyone who's looking to do a product launch:

COMPLETE THE PRODUCT AND BUG TEST BEFORE RELEASE DATE!!

Put back the release date if your product is not complete or tested. Damn your affiliates and damn your bank balance until you get it right. If you don't get it right then your product will suck and you'll have more headaches than you ever dreamed.

I'm sure the product launch for this product went quite well... and now he has a lot of clients who can't use the software!

I bet he's not playing much Xbox this weekend.

      Thanks for that contribution.

We've been in recovery mode since launch day after having to completely rebuild everything. My main customer service guy is also my lead programmer - we had to divert all our time to getting the product rebuilt so customer service did suffer for a short period of time in there.

We're tried our best to answer customer service tickets when they came in it just got very chaotic very fast once the problems with the product came to light.

My company is growing very fast and we're having a little lag time keeping everything up to speed because of the rapid growth. I'm doing everything in my power to keep up with things - we're almost there. Thanks!

      Haha, unlikely.

I am no longer a "paying" customer anyway. I got a refund from clickbank and suggest anyone who's purchased this product to do the same.

Dan has not responded to my trouble tickets, nor has he responded here in the forum.

Another note: Dan brags a lot on his joint venture/affiliate sign up page here: Dan Brock's Deadbeat Millionaire JV Page

I did actually read this before purchasing the product (I do my research) and thought "hey, if so many people bought his last product maybe this one will be just as good!"

I really think he's done a great job marketing the product, getting affiliates on board and it's really quite a good sales page. His branding is great, but his product is less than good. In fact, it doesn't work and is incomplete.

If you're thinking about getting this, make sure you wait about a month or 2 until he's got his S@!T together with the tech stuff.

It's a shame. I spent the money because I actually do WANT THE PRODUCT. But if it's not working it's a waste of money.

Kudos Dan for the great idea. Be better prepared next time and I'll stick around.

      D

P.S. Thanks others who have replied during my saga. I kind of thought I was alone but I guess there are others.

All I'll say: Sean Donahoe. His extreme niche empires product does tell you there's work, but in doing it I can say its far less than you might think. He answers in his forum. He answers on here. Heck I had an issue, chatted with him on Skype and he WENT INTO my admin section (with my permission of course), and fixed things and told me how he did it. Go with him. He truly wants people to succeed.

I can second that on Sean. He's damn good at what he does, good teacher, good support.

As far as this Dan Brock product, all I can say is the video sales letter made me laugh-out-loud more than most TV sitcoms. It's so over-the-top - it's hysterical!

Thanks everyone. I'm giving Sean a shot. So far so good. Lots of good material and I think the product/training is a darn sight better than Dan's so far.

Dan's got a lot going for him to be sure... and his sales page and video was a classic

UPDATE: The red warning note on his site has been taken down, but the option to download the updates and install them manually is not there. Also, I tried another install but no dice.

        Oh well, no great loss.

            Thanks!

And I reckon I would have liked the product if I were able to use it too. Like I said above, I really wanted to have the product and all it promised. But it didn't work, and I received no support so I became unhappy with it.

I'm curious... did you also order the traffic blaster pro? I have not heard any opinions on that part of the program yet and wonder if anyone has made it work.

I did not get any of the upsells so I'm sorry I can't comment on those for you

Regarding support, I emailed Dan a few days ago and finally got a response today, hopefully you'll hear back from him soon - I would imagine he would be swamped now. And you're right, he should have def had better support during the LAUNCH of the product. Sorry to say - i'm loving this product - lol. . Just put up my THIRD site now: How to Hack a Wii

If he DOES fix it on your end, you should definitely repurchase.

Just to post an update. The software is in fact working, however you were entering the incorrect login information (bluehost login vs the required cpanel login). I've since provided you with the correct info to use, which was verified when the website was automatically installed to your account. We have been discussing this via email since last week, but I wanted to post an update here since you've created a secondary channel of support in addition to our regular correspondence.

Sorry for any delays in responding to the emails over the holiday weekend. If anyone else is having issues getting a response, send me a message on here and I'll check. We were processing mail via our own mail server, and some hosts were blocking it as spam. I will give you my alternate email here.

Just curious, so HAVE YOU succeeded with his support? Are you now where you want to be? There are tons of nice guys who will support you every way you want, yet at the end of the day even after taking action you aren't any richer in terms of $$.

      What is the bottomline?

I know this is a review section for DBM but here's my reply about Sean Donahoe.

So far Sean's program has proven to be 10x better than DBM. He provides "how to" information rather than just giving you the keywords etc.

His videos (although long) are organised and very smart. He gives very firm instructions on how to do keyword research (and I admit, this is the part I've gotten up to so far - I'm re-doing keyword research for all my existing niches to expand and improve them.)

I am confident with the standard and information I'm receiving.

(Just a side note for another poster above regarding "did this product make you money yet?" or something along those lines. No... products don't make you money. This is an important distinction in the perspective you hold on the products you buy. Products don't make you money, providing something of value to your customers will reward you with money. The product often gives you tools, or information to help you achieve this, but it does not, and never will do this for you. The DBA program does take much of the hard work out of setting up websites (if it works for you) and directing traffic by posting to wordpress/facebook/twitter (again, if it ever gets working). therefore it is a TOOL for you to use to help you set up niche sites to make you money by providing quality information and referrals to your visitors.)

        Peace.

And to counter that: Sean has a two services you can use (staffed by real people) who can set you up with web2.0 accounts for around $22. And Sean does say you can also outsource your authority content creation. Which again is done by humans. Lazy won't work in his program.

Agreed. (BTW, didn't know Sean has that service. Groovy!)

If you don't want to do the work, the learn to buy services and outsource. But you'll still need to know what work to get done.

If a freelancer knew how to put all the pieces together to make money, why would they be freelancing?! They'd be doing it themselves. (I've made the mistake to assume the freelancer knew how to make money online... other than freelancing. Expensive lesson!)

Daniel Brock is a brilliant Marketer but maybe not so good at developing software via outsourcers who fail to deliver. Any time you have that many different servers with one software a certain percentage won't work.

Anyway, he's just a kid. That could not have been him on that Sales Video - was it? Sure didn't sound like it at the end in the pjs 1/2 asleep.

At least he's not answering with lies or stories to cover up something else in order to make everyone happy - but too many would be suspicious.

I retired in 2005 at 43 and now I give away websites like these for FREE [hosting excluded]

When you make at least $100+ per month, we split the profit 80/20 and YOU get the 80% Until then, you keep 100% and I'll help you drive traffic, get backlinks and put the domain in your name too!

Thanks for the compliments - we're improving our software development it's a lot more difficult that building ebooks because you have to coordinate with more people and there a lot of variables involved that can go wrong with software dev.

As for the sales video, the beginning and end are me in the video. The middle part is done with voice over.

Sorry for the delay everyone we had pretty much a catastrophic meltdown over here the past week and a half.

We essentially had to rebuild and re-program the ENTIRE product the day we launched due to some severe technical difficulties that arose on launch day - We've been in recovery mode since because I had to pull all my resources into rebuilding the product immediately as that was utmost crucial in priority. My programmer wants to kill me right now he's been up pretty much 20 hours a day since launch completely re-programming EVERYTHING.

For those who issued helpdesk tickets we are catching up on all those now - we did answer the ones that were having the most problems in priority however because of the volume we were moving (roughly 500 units a day since launch day) we've been getting hammered. I am now in the process of upgrading my customer service to handle our rapid growth - please bare with me over the next few days while we get everything re-organized. If you still haven't received a reply to your ticket, reply here with the issue you are having and I will do my best to resolve it for you.

The website builder and traffic software should be fully functional now with mostly all web hosting providers (there were a couple free hosts out there that just won't work because of their server configurations).

2 days ago we just added our first round of updates - you will notice that we've added more niche case studies and websites. I will continue to add more niche studies and more websites nearly bi-weekly for as long as I find new exciting things to make case studies about.

I know we had some initial problems but we've got most of the bugs worked out now so I think you'll be happy with the product over the next few months as we keep adding more and improving it.

Thanks everyone for understanding, and again, if there are any outstanding issues please reply here I will do my best to get them resolved for you.

      Dan,
Please put me in your priority list.
Why is this critical for me?
      read here:
I used website software and it completely over-rided
an existing site I had been working months on.
My developer is working to recover original site as we speak costing
      me time and money

I then redirected domain nameservers to another server and still
      the website software cannot install.

I have submitted 2 tickets in two different location
      1-your support
      2-your help email

I look forward to your assistance

      Thanks
      Nathan

      What a refreshing reply!

I've bought Deadbeat Super Affiliate, and it is straightforward and seems really solid - Haven't made any money yet, but that's due to my own inaction (you have to actually put the system in action before you can make money ).

Judging from DSA, I would buy this product (can't buy it now, gotta wait till payday).

But regardless of the product merits or shortcomings, what I'm currently impressed with are Dan's comments on this thread.

Lately I've seen threads in this forum where the product creator immediately resorts to belittling and even "calling out" people who give a less than kind review. It's called Customer Service, guys! You gotta be able to take harsh criticism with a smile on your face. You don't respond to your detractors in like manner - not if you plan to build a business that lasts!

Dan may be young, but he's got Customer Service figured out - I would buy his product on that fact alone.

And IMVIDEOS - 7 tickets in one day??? Dude! I worked in customer service for 30+ years, and you're the type of customer that us customer service folks DREAD talking to (and in spite of what you're probably thinking, that's NOT a compliment!)!

      Just my $0.02

Hey Guys - Dan just added a few NEW niche websites yesterday, I already put one up.

So far, I've got to say i'm impressed. I'm using wpunique (wp plug in) to re-write my content, and for one of my sites (Golf GPS Reviews - Reviewing Golf GPS Devices for you!) - i've already written a NEW review to add onto it. My only problem is i've built like 5-6 sites already and want to focus on them all at once! LOL

If anybody wants to see my sites so you can see how they look, here ya go:
Golf GPS Reviews - Reviewing Golf GPS Devices for you!
    How to Hack a Wii
Rift Guide (i did change the theme to one i like better)
    www.hemorrhoidscure.co
    www.carpaltunneltreatment.co
So seriously, I do have the program and I back it 100% - no complaints yet, but I hope for newbies Dan does teach a bit more about SEO and maybe even Wordpress site design. Thats my only 'gripe', and it's minimal because I have this experience already

He DOES give a traffic plug in and show some traffic gen techniques - but I'm just using senuke x for this stuff

      Hey Jeffe!

Thanks for your video review the other day. I appreciate your efforts!

Just took a quick peek at your sites. Thanks for showing them.

      Notes:

      1. The golf GPS site has display problems in Firefox and looks goofy in places.

      2. The Rift site has some really difficult color combos, such as blue hotlinks on black backgrounds.

Not pickin' on ya...just givin' ya a little feedback!

Thanks again, and keep up the good work.

Ok Dan, as you have failed to answer 6 of my support requests im posting here in the hope you will get this sorted.
I am extremely disappointed in your program and your support, i have NEVER been able to auto install ANY of your supplied websites. I bought into dbm on 12th, sent a support ticket straight away as could not get websites to auto install and was told that the auto installer does not work on free hosting accounts... WHO said i was on a free hosting account, i only use a very powerful vps and never get any problems with any other websites, scripts ect... You state that the auto installer has been sorted, well im telling you that it is NOT sorted at all. You also stated that you were going to include downloadable websites but, as of right now, still have not included them... I would rather download and install the websites myself, so why cant you just include them?
So that leaves me with paying money for nothing, and i mean nothing.... So Dan, what are you going to do about this and how many more support tickets do i have to submit before i get some sort of reply?????? By the way, i sent my 7th support ticket today, i am not holding my breath on anyone answering it. I would suggest these problems get sorted before your rep goes down the drain.

Hi, please PM me your receipt ID and I'll issue out a refund to you.

We've been able to narrow down the failure rate to less than 1% of overall users for the auto installer but because of obscure firewall settings on some servers, our script is getting blocked from being able to upload the required files.

      Thanks

      Hello,

I have bought the product yesterday and today I have tried to install one of the blogs by using the standard installer.

I have a hosting service with a main domain, a few additional add-on domains and many subdomains

I installed the blog in a subdomain of an add-on domain and it worked perfectly. In less than 5 minutes I had a new blog and I will spend some time later to rewrite some of the articles.

The only observation is that the blog does not include special pages such as the disclaimer and privacy. Since they are pretty standard it would be nice to have them added automatically.

Anyway I am pretty happy with my purchase which I consider very good value for money, especially if one considers that there are no membership payments and that new blogs will be added each month.

        Hello,

I try to answer to the question about the differences between Deadbeat Affiliate and Deadbeat Millionnaire.

        I would summarize as follows:

        a) Deadbeat Affiliate is a very good training on developing blogs which target mainly Amazon products. The training is about Marketing Research, Keyword Search, blogs development and traffic promotion. In my opinion is one of the best Affiliate Marketing training programs that I have purchased so far.

        b) Deadbeat Millionnaire includes some training, but the main focus is on providing Niche Blogs that you can easily install.

I think that you will have to wait for a while before having testimonials.

Some recent programs launches have promised almost immediate results and I think that this is just hype.

When you make a new blog, it takes some time before some profits are produced. You need to get backlinks and build traffic and eventually you will get some results.

One thing that I appreciate in Dan Brock is that his message is not full of hype and his proposal is more real.

If you already have hosting and an existing domain, you can create subdomains for free and use them (ie: YourKeyword.YourDomain.com). I'm going through the Deadbeat Super Affiliate program and that's how I'm doing it - not sure if it's as effective as a base domain name, SEO-wise, but it should work OK. I've asked about the domain vs subdomain issue in several forums including this one, but nobody seems to know if it SEOs as well. Seems like it should, as the keyword is still in the url (at the beginning, which should be good).

          Hope that helps

You're wasting your time to be honest. Subdomains simply do NOT rank well. It's way harder to work with them as it increases your overall url length and and makes it really hard to rank them due to a low keyword to url length ratio. Just go ahead and get a domain - even the $1 .info domains are WAY better than using subdomains.

Are you referring to using subdomains in general?

Really, just avoid using subdomains entirely at least for a while. Hitesh is an expert, really knows his stuff.

I just started working the DSA strategy in earnest, so I'm not real far in the process, but I'll keep you posted on any gems (or traps) I discover

As for the subdomain thing, Hitesh gave me the only insight I've gotten on this, so I'll have to defer to his answer...

PS: I don't know if I would avoid subdomains entirely, but now I won't use them for sites where I need keywords in the url (which probably includes most of the sites I'll be building in the foreseeable future! lol).
Don't use subdomains unless you're building a pretty massive site with completely unrelated topics on it (and I don't see why you would want to do that). If you plan on using subdomains to simply categorize content on your site, then use folders instead. For example:

                    domain.com/category/page.html
                    is better than:
                    category.domain.com/page.html

This makes for a better site structure, better PR flow within your site and a whole host of other things. Very few sites using subdomains still show up in the SEs - in part because of an often ignored penalty Goolge has been imposing since 2007 on subdomains based sites with limited content on the home domain.

    Hi Dan,
I bought and it looks like it has great possibilities. The problem I have is I can't get it to work with my Hostgator Reseller account. I've tried it every which way but no luck. I bought it about a week ago and thought you might have been swamped so I figured I'd give you time to sort things out.
I left a couple of tickets not to complain but just to tell you what I'd tried.
If anyone else has an answer would appreciate the help.
    Regards
    Milton

Hmmm that shouldn't make any difference because we tested it out on a bunch of hostgator accounts and it worked fine.

Maybe created a shared hosting account within your reseller panel and install it through the shared account. Have you tried that?

So I provide a bit of feedback and criticism and my post get deleted. Fancy that.

Strange "review" thread. I guess it's just for positive reviews.

Anthonyblim: Yes, I got traffic blaster pro and it was not working when I purchased. I have heard no feedback otherwise. I got a refund from clickbank. $99 better spent elsewhere in my opinion.

MODERATOR. You didn't provide any criticism. Firstly, you advocated the breaking of Clickbank's TOS. That's not acceptable here. Secondly, you completely misunderstood a joke and shot off an angry reply. I can see that English is not your first language. I teach EFL and I know that many of my students would have made the same comprehension error. So I removed that part of your entry to save you embarrassment. Your comment about "positive reviews only" suggests that you haven't read this forum very much ;-)

    I really like Super Affiliate.

So my understanding of this is so far is that the "all the work done for you" component has to do with getting clones, or sort-of-clones, of niche sites that Dan already has in the same niche.

Does everyone get their own unique content - targetting some specific long tail keywords in the same niche?

I would be shocked if that were the case given the price, especially if it's not monthly, and would not expect those things at that price.

However, if that's not the case, then how is this 'work done for you' - except niche research and maybe site structure, granted that's valuable in and of itself. But one would still need to go after the right long tail keywords in that niche, have their content tightly written around it, build backlinks to it, rank it - etc. Correct? or do you really get a 'ready to go' site (i don't see how this would be possible at this price range but maybe he's figured something out)

Are you getting an actual error message? That's just to let you know it may not install as soon as you click the install button, but since we're post-launch I should really take that message down as 100% of the installs are now starting immediately. Please send me a private message on here if you're having problems with the installation itself.

          Hi Guys,

You know. I went through this topic and now must say something not really nice about Dan, his product and you!

Picture this, you just bought a new sports car, but it doesn't deliver at all. It's just not what you expected to get, aircon isn't there, and instead of big alloys you have standard wheels with cups, there is no leather and it isn't fast, in fact, it's slow as a turtle.

          What you do?

          Would you say

"ah that's ok, normally they do quite good cars, so I will submit a ticket and wait for some fixes, it's ok I can wait..."

          Or...

"F..., this is piece of crap! I will never bay from them again! Their customer service sucks and their cars are useless. And they charge for something what I can get for $5"

Well, because I'm a quite intelligent person I know that if something I bought doesn't deliver it means it's a piece of crap. That's all.
However, you guys seem to be different.

You want so much this easy cash that you are ready to get Fu.... and be happy with it. I just don't understand?
Why you keep buying this useless kind of software? Do you really believe it will make you rich?

As we can see, it will not save you time eather.

Probably, I should make a similar "product". I will make some good copy, take few pieces of free software from a public domain, some pdf, get few celebs for promotion, stick it altogether and call it "Donald Trump Maker".
I then will go play Xbox with my "customer service".

Guys, get yourself in one piece and forget about easy cash online, it doesn't exist (unless you already have a few millions).

          Don't be naive.

Do some real work and then cash it up.

I call this product refundomatic. Our affiliate network is at over 90% refunds on this with over 168 units sold through our group of affiliates. We decided to band together and start sharing some of this data, and soon we will be publicizing our own experiences and busting out bad products. This is our highest refunding product since we started the group in April.

Well I guess your little group just lost some creditability with that comment...

Here's the overall refund rates which include the beginning of the launch when we had the problems (you'll notice there is nothing remotely close to 90%):

                http://deadbeatmillionaire.com/refunds.gif

The data in the screenshot is sorted by top performing affiliate - many of which are avid clickbank promoters whos subscriber base knows how to game the clickbank system.

And note the data also includes the beginning of our launch when we had to completely rebuild the software from the ground up due to compatibility issues with web hosts our customers were using....

Now let's look at refund rates after we rebuilt the software:

                http://deadbeatmillionaire.com/afterrefunds.gif

As a web host Ralph, you should know better than to throw around unsound claims that could possibly effect someone's business negatively...

I've bought cars before, and it usually takes up to a month to resolve a serious issue - I've never been able to simply take the car back in the day after I bought it and get an immediate refund. In some cases, I had to wait until a resolution was found, and only after the dealer "did his best" to provide an acceptable product, was I offered a refund or a different car.

So it looks like the car analogy works well here - if you expect every piece of software to work perfectly straight out of the box on launch day, then you've obviously never bought software from Microsoft! If you expect perfect customer service 100% of the time, even during hectic times (ie: launches), get used to disappointment.

Not raggin' on you, Andrew, but I've developed software before, and I know what a hair-pulling experience it can be - even though you test everything in every possible way, sometimes it all goes out the window the minute the product hits the shelves. Then the support calls come flooding in...

I guess I'm a little easy on software developers, as I used to be one, but software isn't like a lot of other products - it sometimes requires extra patience to "get it right".

            joe

Why you keep buying this useless kind of software? Do you really believe it will make you rich?

As we can see, it will not save you time eather.

Probably, I should make a similar "product". I will make some good copy, take few pieces of free software from a public domain, some pdf, get few celebs for promotion, stick it altogether and call it "Donald Trump Maker".
I then will go play Xbox with my "customer service".

Guys, get yourself in one piece and forget about easy cash online, it doesn't exist (unless you already have a few millions).

            Don't be naive.

Do some real work and then cash it up.

P.S Even Frank Kern had to do some work sometimes

Have to agree with Dan there. Still 26% to my mind is kinda though, no? Then again I've never done my own product, so really wouldn't know what is normal. The fact that you're here discussing things is a good thing in my book. Still though I wonder how the software is now, given the things I've read in the thread. I just wonder if it would be effective. Not trying to be a goof, honestly curious though.

No it's normal - Clickbank as of late has been having some really high refund rates in the IM niche which is why you see most people using plimus now.

The majority of the compatibility issues have been resolved with a few popping up here and there with obscure web host configurations - which we've been accounting for as issue with the host is brought to our attention.

You'll notice that the ones who were complaining on this page were typing in the wrong info for their hosting account, and once they finally entered the right info were happy with the product.

The only one on this page complaining is andrewkar who is nothing but a troll. Look at the end of his post he clearly hasn't bought my product. And I quote from him: "Why you keep buying this useless kind of software? Do you really believe it will make you rich?"

Does it sound like he bought my product to you if he is belittling everyone else in this thread who bought it?

His comment only serves to create controversy - which is fine by me because at the end of the day people are only going to remember the words "Deadbeat Millionaire" and not a word from his post.

Untrue. I have complained and many of my posts have been deleted. I am a customer (was) and not a troll. I bought the product and it didn't work. andrewkar has valid points... customer or not.

          Hey,

I used the product without any problem and installed in less than 5 minutes a new blog.

I understand that some people might feel frustrated because of some special problems, but they should try not to be over-reactive.

Once they understand and solve the problems they will have the possibility to create new blogs in a simple way and with minimal costs.

The support requires some improvements, but recently we have already seen some improvements.

Dan has never promised a push-button get rich solution, but provides good tools. They can be improved and I am sure that that's what it will gradually happen.

Thank you for seeing it how it is. I really appreciate the review

Note to everyone reading this thread still:

You'll notice it's the same people complaining for the most part (or ones that haven't bought the product and are commenting for their own personal entertainment), and since we've rebuilt the software to solve the initial problems. The majority of the complaints remaining are from people mistyping their web hosting account info during the setup process. That's a problem on the users end and nothing we can control. We can of course help along the way which is why I've now initiated a dedicated help desk which tracks and monitors everything so issues don't fall through the cracks. I've also added another customer support person to my staff (he's in training at the moment) to insure that everyone gets help when they need it.

During a launch situation where you have 2000 or more customers coming in on a single day, it's nearly impossible to keep customer service levels balanced during the influx period.

And a note to everyone: If you need help with technical support or other customer service related issues, please use our new dedicated helpdesk here:

            http://deadbeat.kayako.com

This thread is meant for reviews of the product and not meant to deal with customer service related issues. Thanks!

How is it untrue? I didn't say everyone. I said the majority AND I never called you a troll. In fact, I agreed with you on all your points in your initial comments and promptly responded to them saying we were rebuilding the software to fix YOUR issues. You asked for a refund - I gave you the refund. We then fixed the issues anyway to insure no future people using the same web host as you weren't affected with your problem.

          That's it. End of story.

There's nothing more I can do for you here as the refund was issued and your account canceled.

Ok, had to reply here. In the interest of full disclosure, I purchased Dan's product Deadbeat Super Affiliate. I have no issues, complaints, etc.
Based on that I bought Deadbeat Millionnaire. Quite frankly, this was not a product ready for the public. In the pdf's it referenced the wrong links, (which I sent an email with no response or no correction). No big deal. Then I tried using the software. Over and over again. Never could get it to work. If you see my earlier post, then you can see the problem (not going to repeat it). I did get a response from Christopher who I assume works for Dan, and gave him the information he requested. Two days later, no response and still not working. I freely admit, maybe there was something I was doing wrong but the only information I had to work with is what Dan provided and as far as I can tell I did it exactly as he said. Since there was no response and no resolution, I had no choice but to cancel. It wasn't something I was wanting to do, but this seems to be a product that is a good idea but not ready for "prime-time".
Dan I hope you do well in the future but I have to admit I will probably look harder at any program (or any program you recommend) in the future.

I'm not sure when you tried using the software "over and over" again. We keep logs of all installation attempts, and I don't see any on record for your account, which is why I sent you the following email:

      Hi,

I checked your email address and don't see it as having attempted any installations. What email address are you using to login to the members area?

The high demand message is not specific to you; everybody who installs gets that notice. The part that says "There is currently no installation in progress." is the actual installer, not the red message above it. After you entered your account information into the form and clicked Install, the area that says "There is currently no installation in progress." should have updated automatically to tell you the status of the installation.

If you send me the email address you're using to login then I can check the system for any errors/problems.

As for JustHost, I'm not sure if they have cPanel or not, so I'll have to check the system once you send back your purchase email. You may have to setup the databases, on their end in order for it to work, but I can give you more info on that once we figure out your problem.

      - Christopher Airey
Now I will acknowledge that we didn't begin full logging until May 13 10:13 CST, however given that your purchase date was May 13th 05:44 CST, I assume your repeated attempts must have occurred during that 4 and a half hour span.

In our initial correspondence you seemed to confuse the notice that there could be an installation delay with the actual installer message. This is somewhat understandable, but in quoting the installer you noted:

Then below under Automated Installer I get: "There is currently no installation in progress."
The only way this message will come up in the system is if you attempt to install the software without entering any account information (and you hadn't made a previous attempt). For example, if you log into the system and click "install" without filling out the required information, you will see the following:

Since we have no record of any installation attempt (which involved you actually filling out the four required fields), I have absolutely nothing to go off of in diagnosing your problem (other than knowing that your complaint was based on the response of the software after you didn't fill in any information).

Right now I'm looking at the log of hundreds of successful installation attempts, and then I'm looking at a complaint that the software isn't ready for prime-time, and I question if this is PEBKAC or an actual problem on our end. I will admit that, given that people have tried installs on dozens of web hosts, each with unique configurations, the software doesn't have a 100% success rate, but the majority of the customers who have tried the software have had success with installations.

Since sales of the software were greater than expected, it has taken us longer to diagnose the problems of the marginal percentage of users who have issues (which is still a large number given how many people use the program successfully), and I'm sorry you are frustrated in a delayed response. Most users who fill in the required fields successfully (login address, username, password, and domain) aren't having issues, and a lot of the people with problems were on non-cpanel hosts with bizarre configurations.

Hopefully you will reconsider one of Dan's future programs that offers a more step-by-step approach (such as Deadbeat Super Affiliate), as opposed to one of the more comprehensive software/training packages like Deadbeat Millionaire.

Chris, I need help. I emailed support 2 days ago. When i log onto the members page, i do not have a training section page, nor do i see the article packs, and i do not have the Product Review SEO in the bonus part. In my bonus section, it's just a video that starts entitled 'Background'. I saw someone doing a video review where there was a plugin or something there. Can you please help? Dan,
While I appreciate your response and agree that CB has gotten refund happy, the refund situation is out of hand and needs called out. As a web hosting company we do understand bad PR, and you beat it by having a solid product and happy clients. If my refund rate topped 1% for the year I would be firing support and my CSR.

The idea that these absurd refund rates are acceptable for digital products is insane.

Refund rates are a curve to the craptasticness of the product. Spin it however you want, from the money making side sure if 50% refund you still make 50%, but if you went into Best Buy and half of everything in the store just flat out mis represented itself or didn't work, Do you think Best Buy would last?

          /endrant

Also think about this, A affiliate thats willing to speak up on this is like a roach in the woodwork in a industry that indulges this behavior, If I said it a hundred others are thinking it themselves without saying a word.

Moderator. If you spot an affiliate link that we have missed, please PM me.

That's your problem Ralph you are trying to compare your refund rates using your own merchant account on a web hosting service to a clickbank account selling digital products.

            Completely different animals.

Your view is completely skewed. I've run a web hosting business before with over 3000 paying customers and refund rates are very low because of the nature of the business.

We're talking digital consumable products here...

I sold my SAME EXACT product here on the WF as a WSO while I had it on Clickbank.

Same product here: less than 1% refund rate.
Same product on Clickbank: 20% refund rate.

It's because Clickbank makes it really easy to obtain a refund and particularly in the IM niche everyone knows the system can be gamed, and there's ABSOLUTELY NOTHING I can do about it.

NO MATTER WHAT, if your traffic comes from email swipe only and it's a consumable product (not like EVP or a recurring product), you're looking at AT LEAST a 20% refund rate even if you have the best damn product on the planet.

What I don't appreciate you doing is coming into my thread and claiming that my product had a 90% refund rate.

Hi - we reworked the titles of the links so it's no longer called training. It's labeled done for you niches.

Article packs are in the sites themselves when you set up the sites. There was no reason for me to include them separately as the are automatically in the sites themselves. The social bookmarking plugin you are referring to is located in the "software" section of the site.

Yeah it's a new product, one guy I'm subscribed to on youtube ( his channel name is superhomebrewer) who only does honest reviews and reveals scams said that the product was pretty good, he actually posted a video of a website he created using Dan's method and he was able to rank fairly well for it I believe. So yeah the new product probably has different strategies and whatnot

      Hey I'm Famous! LOL

Yeah, that's me - honestly, I'm STILL digging the product. Maybe because I know how to take it to the next level. Here's one of my sites Golf GPS Reviews - Reviewing Golf GPS Devices for you! - I had a contractor write 7 more articles for me at $3.00 each reviewing different GPS devices. I put up the NEW reviews yesterday or thursday, so I'm going to wait for the new ones to get indexed and start throwing links at them. :-)

Seriously, amazon sites are where it's at - and if you do what Dan suggests and RE-WRITE/SPIN the content, and do some SEO to the sites - this is a very legit program. No i'm not friends with Dan, no I'm not being paid to endorse this - I just enjoy the product and am loving what he's putting out so far

OH areaman - the bad comments I was getting on my channel for Dans prod were from people who could not get it installed, and were not getting responses to support inquiries - both issues/items Dan addressed above.

I still back this product guys, 100%

First off, let me say that I bought Deadbeat Millionaire this week and I absolutely love it. VERY worth the money and I think you put out amazing products. I bought Deadbeat Super Affiliate last week and it was about the best money I have ever spent. I do however have a couple questions, though.

Is there a way to download and install the provided WordPress websites if I don't have cpanel and the mySQL access doesn't work?

Also, is there way to install a site using a multisite install of WordPress?

Once again, GREAT work and thanks in advance!

That's a good question. I've been thinking about making it a direct download however I'm trying to make it as hard as possible for these websites to be pirated on warez networks. Since these websites are my own sites, I want to keep them as exclusive as possible to me and my customers... we'll see about making them a direct download.

Thanks, and glad you like the software

Thank you very much. I appreciate the quick response. I am trying to install them as subdomains. I am using iPage as my hosting. I dont know if I need to contact them and see what they suggest since I dont have a Cpanel. I guess I need more detailed instructions on how to do it with FTP instead. Sorry for the headache. Let me know what you think is best. I cant wait to get these up and running!

I haven't used ipage, so I'm not sure how they do things, but the installer will let you specify what folder is associated with the subdomain so it installs everything in the correct place.

Please submit a ticket at Deadbeat Inc - Powered by Kayako Resolve Help Desk Software with more specifics (like your purchase email) and I'll take a look at your case.

Hold on. Dan immediately refutes the statement. Remember, Clickbank makes it VERY easy to get a refund for any reason. Can't make it work? Get a refund! Have a hangnail and buyers remorse? Get a refund! Besides, I thought this was a review thread on his product. gforces, did you buy and try? I'm not an apologist for Dan, it just seems that lately these threads degenerate into name calling, unprofessional-ism and personal attacks on the creator of the product (sometimes for things he may PROMOTE, not even his own product, as in Sean Donahoe's case).

Well i bought this product a few days ago along with deadbeat affiliate. Was really excited, as i am new to IM, i thought this will make my first attempt to be easier to venture to IM. Both programs looks promising and complement with each other.

Bad news - When i try to install the software 2 days ago, is not working. I follow the instrution to the letter and it is not working. Then i come here and i found this post, Dan says that issue has been fix. I thought oh great, i try again today, still cant be able to install the software.

Well i given another ticket for support. Within 48 hours if there is no support or answer to my query, i will just refund both products. I think Dan still facing some issue with the software and it is frustrating. Wish he could just let us buyers have an option to manually do it ourself.

I will keep you updated on my experience with this product.

ysckyler I'm sure Christopher the support guy will help soon, but don't wait - Deadbeat Affiliate is a super training course and does not rely on software.

If you go through the lessons you will learn a lot. I bought this 6 months ago and still think it superb. Deadbeat Millionaire I have not looked at, but getting the training from deadbeat superaffiliate will help you a lot.

Siralex, you are right, i stop waiting, i already put in my request for a refund. I got tired of waiting for a support that will never come. The guy has a terrible customer support.

I also put in another refund request for Deadbeat super affiliate, since i am disgust at the lack of support for Deadbeat Millionaire, i just thought it wasnt worth it to give my money to this dude who dont care. I read about this post and was intially happy that Dan came and reassure that he already has fixed the problem. But i guess not, not for my case, i still have problem installing the software.

And i read somewhere in the post about money mining online by steve and tim godfrey, comes with a free software for keyword research. I am digging it, if i were to purchase stuff, i think i will go for the safe bet, either with Steve Clayton(IMA Advantage) / Mark Ling (Affiliorama) / Wealth Affiliate. So far i gone through this forum and their forum, the support is well and alive.

Dan elite forum also is a joke. I couldnt believe how ill manage he has done with his own forum.

I wont buy anything from this guy anymore and all his recommended product. I will be unsubscribe his email, if he is going to create a product and not going to have customer support, what the point? If they are busy, at least shoot an email back give an estimate time frame when will the support gets back to me. When i submit a ticket from Deadbeat millionaire, it just says someone will respond my ticket in 24 hours time. I guess if you cant support that time frame Dan, change the time frame.

arkhamindustries, did Dan respond to your tickeet yet?

Yes, I have deadbeat super affiliate as well and absolutley loved it. I thought it was worth every penny. I was a little disappointed when I found out that deabeat milllionaire does not come with the traffic sofatware he made it sound like it came with in the initial video but its not the end of the world since what you are really paying the $49 for is the pre made sites but now I cant even get those to work. its rather frusterating.

Well, that what i am afraiad off. Plus right now, after i found out about money mining online with the software that actually works, i just go ahead and refund deadbeat millionaire. Plus steve forum is alive and well, all my question or doubt have already been raise in their forum, so i am pretty cool with that.

Yes, i agree with you it is so frustrating. Especially you take the time to go through this post and follow the instrustion and you still cant get it to work. I really wish he could beef up the support, espcially when so many people are facing this problem. I guess he never learn his lesson, earlier in the post he mention that the software crash, i thought by then he would temporary beef up the customer support, never thought he be that lazy : )

I guess this is what you get when you buy from the world laziest affialite marketere : ) LOL

Hey Dan. Thanks for the reply. My ticket number was MCN-948-73496
I think all the information you would need is in the ticket but I am trying to install one of your premade sites as a subdomain on ipage
eventually I would like to get them all on individual domains on host Gator but funds are extremely tight right now and i have to work with what I have. What is your opinion on using subdomains if the entire URL is keyword rich? Will it hurt me that badly in rankings? Even if the subdomain is an exact ketwork match?

I guess the traffic software that comes with the deadbeat millionaire is the
        Automated Social Traffic Plugin ?
For some reason I was thinking the technology of Traffic Blaster Pro was going to be included in the Deadbeat Millionaire program. Simple misunderstanding on my part. No worries.

Thanks again and I look forward to hearing back from you

Well i did not submit my ticket to Deadbeat Inc - Powered by Kayako Resolve Help Desk Software. When the website could not install, it has a link to submit to a problem ticket to you. I assume it will automatically sent you a ticket.

So right now i will need to send another problem ticket to you manually?

Yes we had to drop that other helpdesk it wasn't reliable enough because it was all email based so tickets were getting lost in the process.

This new one logs everything in a database so we can keep track of each issue easier.
