Article Demon 'v' ArticleBOT Software ?

Hi Everyone,

I'm getting into the article writing game and I want a good article submitter to help me along the way.

So far, I've narrowed my choices down to Edwinsoft Article Demon and Incansoft ArticleBOT and I'm struggling to make my mind up on which is the out and out best one for me.

I've got quite a number of different types of niche sites and blogs and I want to promote them using high quality spun articles.

I know there is a big price difference between the 2 products but I'm more concerned about which will do the best job for me - which is the most reliable, which has the best directories, ease of use etc ...

Can anyone tell me what they think of these 2 products especially if you've a knowledge of both so that you can compare both - that would be brilliant for me

Jane

** Just to add, have read loads of reviews online and the majority are trying to sell either or both products so they aren't really the sort of reviews I'm after reading and ... I've been in touch with support at both products and they both appear to be very quick and helpful when replying **

I would say check out Article Marketing Robot as its faster than Demon and the price per captcha is less. Don't bother with ArticleBot as it is outdated.

      Hiya,

I've actually got the trial version of the one you've mentioned and I've ruled it out as it keeps making my PC freeze up.

To be fair, I liked how simple it was (from the video), it looked really simple to use - first impressions really scared me off but after watching the video, that really simplified everything ... my only issue is that it freezes my system.

I'd also read that you can't add in proxies (sounding like an expert now aye ... not)

So based on that, unless there is something to put right the issues I've had with the trial, it's either AD or ArticleBOT.

I've checked it out in as much as I've got it on my PC and after double clicking on it to open it up, my laptop freezes up.

To be fair to the owner, he even let me have an extended trial period to see if I could get it working but ... so far, I haven't managed to even run any projects.

Perhaps it is something to do with me having a Win 7 64 bit OS ?

I'm an Article Demon user from the very first day it came out. For me it's simply brilliant, robust and well organized application. Something that many developers should learn from, before throwing out half-products to the market....

Two major things prevent me from using AD to its full potential:
    - outdated list of article directories and blogs
    - massive consumption of my computer resources (RAM, CPU,...)

From time to time I was getting fresh list of article directories but now it's coming very occasionaly. AD is one-off payment, so I understand that a subscription model with some small fee would definitely help in getting article directory updates more often. The same applies to updating of submission scripts maintained on the EdwinSoft's server - they are slow, and because of that many sites cannot be posted to.

My biggest concern is how system resources are used. In the very beginning AD worked fast. I now have maybe only 10 projects with couple of thousands of posting records and AD is slowed to death, so equip yourself with lot of cpu power and plenty of memory.

Apart from this, I would definitely recommend AD over ArticleBot.

You are able to add your own Article Directories into the Article Demon software correct?

I read somewhere that with ArticleBot you can't add your own directories?
