Socrates SEO Performance - Good/Bad/Mediocre?

Does anyone have any experience with the SEO performance of the Socrates theme? Do your pages/sites rank well in Google? I have heard some rumors that the SEO performance does not do very well with Socrates-built sites. What is your opinion? Good performance, Bad Performance, or stuck in the middle? Thanks!

    Hi

    I have Socrates for my niche blogs. While the theme plays a small part in the ranking of the site, the keyword related content and backlinks are more important.

    I have also found that my sites without the leaderboard and in post ad (top) do better. I am not sure but Socrates may position those ads so they come up before the content, but Google wants content first, ads later. However, if you have great backlinks your rank position will increase to counter this, if it is an issue.
