It automates the You tube traffic purchase/hijack method:

1)Search for a keyword in your niche in youtube
    2) look for a video with a lot of viewers, and that doesn't have a link or affiliate link
    3) Send a mail to the owner of the video telling that you have liked the video and you like to donate him and in change he/she has to put your linkk on his video.
    4) He/she sometimes doesn't accept, but a lot of people will accept, 'cause they do the video just for fun and you 're looking for people that are not in the IM business.
    5) Get a lot of traffic thanks to the video viewers to that get that video.
    6) offer a low donation, maybe 10 or so, or ask the owner of the video to sell you the video or ask him/her to sell you his/her account for at max $100
    7) for sure they will accept.

Here's an interesting coincidence. In Anik's video he says he was on a webinar and there was another guru selling a $997 piece of software. He says that software is crap! Do you think he was talking about Traffic Phoenix? here's his video http://incomeinstruments.com/go/

DO NOT PROMOTE YOUR AFFILIATE LINKS HERE!

Some individuals here are using this thread to market their own affiliate links. This is not a joke, I may not be a victim of scam but it is prudent to inform others least you make the same mistake. I do not believe wealth is a sole criteria in live, honesty and sincerity is. with honesty and sincerity, wealth comes....so please do not promote your affiliate links in this thread... go some where else and do so.

Traffic Phoenix to the best of my knowledge and as at today is not doing what it says it will. I bought it.... I am still trying to recover my money from them....it is messing up my laptop because it operates on itself even if I have disconnected it..... I guess they still have a lot of refining to do.
        I will keep you updated.

I REPEAT, RESPECT YOUR SELVES AND DO NOT PROMOTE YOUR AFFILIATE LINKS HERE......

Hi - I was NOT talking about Traffic Phoenix. I think the program is fantastic as we are personally using it within our team. If you need help using it, I can direct you to their skype directly.

And just fyi- the product is by my friend Ritoban C (means NOT my product), I was just doing the voice over for him as his accent makes it tough to understand..

Well, Nice to finally have your voice on this issue Anik,
I must say I am disappointed at TP because of their support behaviour. It appears shady! No response for over 20 messages? Anywaz, Like I said earlier, my laptop got crazed because of it. I am not interested in the product any longer because it malfunctioned and messed up my laptop.
Their lack of response also makes it difficult to trust them, If they did not answer my mails, why would they give me their skype....if they are truly trustworthy and business oriented, why would they not have simply directed me to that channel (skype)? why ignore my emails and request for support? This is very poor.
$997 is not a joke.....if they made a product and ask for that much, then they should have been prepared to render support and help for their members. This does not speak well of them.

As for Plimus, I have heard and read alot of negative ratings about them. If one person calls you an ass, don't mind him, he is probably jealous, if two people call you an ass, then you should pinch yourself a little, if three people call you an ass, then consider buying a saddle!
My point? The reviews about them is too much to ignore but since this guy was coming from you Anik, I had a bit of safety and went ahead to buy. I understand the price level issue between Plimus and Clickbank but that's is something Plimus should care about if they love their reputation.

            One too many lessons learnt.....

        Hi Benedicta,

The reason some will use an outside vendor is not due the nature of the product. It's actually related to getting price points approved. With someone like Clickbank, it's near impossible to get a product over $300 dollars approved, but with some of these other merchant vendors, you are able to process larger amounts.

It only implies that one has to be very and I mean extremely careful when dealing over the internet. Its sad. Money comes and goes.... gained in a scrupulous manner is a disgust.

Now what has been happening with the software Since I purchased it is it collects data from youtube searching thousands of videos every hour/day. But the real secret is that the software uses a tonne of bandwidth to do so as it downloads them. I found that in just 2 days it used over 10GB!!! this is crazy!.. the real ploy here is that no video owners end up replying to the so called emails that the software sends out to contact the video owners to ask if they would like to place our links in their video description for a small fee of say $20.
I wouldnt mind betting that its a good way to ride off poor innocents to use a tonne of bandwidth that would costs a fortune and scrape the profits by hijacking others efforts or in this case costs also! ingenious scam.. low level to the max! bring these people to justice all over the internet!

I purchased this product, TP simply because it does seem awesome, however my laptop keeps locking up, and I am not sure if its the laptop or the TP - so I am going to install it on another computer (my desktop) and I am glad to hear Anik suggest that he and his team are using it... I really value Anik's opinion.

I will post here again after I re-evaluate -however I will say that if they have a skype chat room that is something that we should have already have access to, and I really do believe that the training for this system is really dense. However I am determined to give it a serious go before I throw in the towel.

I heard of it via Jamie Lewis, and even though I am just now getting to know of him, he appears pretty legit and has some great comments about him here on the forum and I know that in order to have success with any of this stuff, you have to be committed to working for the success story. And that may even mean jumping through a few hoops.

Besides the only program that will be entirely perfect will be the one that I put together.. lol hint hint... I hope this review helps.

I went to www.trafficphoenix.com/replay and rewatched the video.

I looked at the bit.ly links at about 52 minutes, and I did some searching. A bunch of the bit.ly links do not have the same click figures as shown in the webinar.

This is a youtube account that you see at 55:31 YouTube - ‪illonedon's Channel‬‏ nothing too spectacular.

I'm sure a more fine-toothed comb can find other anomolies.

    Thoughts?

as for anomolies? bitly links do not work mostly.. they have resorted to a no refund payment merchant to target newbies who will hopefully buy their BS and the FTC shoul dbe called in to hunt these crooks down.. even if they have honest intentions and the software works now.. it is no excuse for taking peoples money and launching something that doesnt work and not providing support to the 100s of frustrated customers that feeel betrayed and let down..

I get real hesitant trusting marketers that do this. They say, "limited to X number of copies," or, "only one left." Then when you check back in a few days with all the "big demand" there is still only one copy left. How do you trust someone who is apparently lying? I wouls have more respect for them if they just left it at, "may be gone soon," or, get yours today, we can't guarantee how long this will last."

    Hey Guys,

I have got a couple of emails about Tube Snatcher since amuro mentioned it. It is true that it provides similar functionality as the program mentioned here (I haven't had direct contact with the program though!)

Tube Snatcher is something completely bespoke to my business and you won't find a white label version of it. The bad news is I currently only give it out as a bonus offer to my subscriber list and it is NOT for sale . I don't really have any plans to release it as I would prefer to reward my subscribers with exclusive bonuses.

    Cheers,

    Harry :-)

      Guys,

have you realised Anik is always promoting stuff now without actually testing it......he says that he is using it and it works fine but from the feedback from a number of purchasers that doesnt seem to be the case.

The annoying thing is when a marketer hits the jackpot with a suucessul product launch and all of a sudden he is "GURU" and because of that so called GURU tag, people will think oh he's a well known marketer, yeah i'll buy what ever he promotes.

so many so called GURUs taking advantage of their status and im sick to death of it......i used to work in IT recruitment for corporate banks and one things for sure, our dedication to our clients never slipped or wane while chasing that big bonus at the end of the year, that ethos and mentality however has somewhat disappeared in todays IM industry.

anyway, it's just a shame when i hear all these stories

I've been going back and forth with Traffic Phoenix customer service for over four weeks to get this software to work. Dan, at customer service, asks me for the second time what problem am I experiencing with the software. It appears to me they are not committed to getting this software to work. Marcus Moore was the person who introduced me to Traffic Phoenix via a webinar. I contacted him twice by email concerning this and he has not responded. If the software worked as advertised, I would be happy with my purchase decision. After reading this thread I thought I could enlist the help of Plimus to help resolve this issue. Long story short, the only thing Plimus will do is refund my money so I said go ahead. The phone number of Plimus is 866-312-7733 then press 0. After this experience I will not make purchases like this overseas. I do not want to deal with international law. We have better government consumer protection agencies here in the USA. That's my rant for today.

Well Update, I got a refund from Plimus through Paypal, If you purchased this scam get a refund from either paypal (usually within 45days of purchase) or plimus directly (don't know what their limit is).

Its a shame that figures we respect in this forum will indulge in petty scam such as this, soiling and spoiling their reputation. Again it is been re-enforced that the only person you can really recommend is yourself. Its a shame and a pity.

So folks, for me I have learnt a lesson and thanks to such scams that reside in this forum, I am more critical than can be!

If you are just starting out here, Please be critical before you open your wallet. I should check if there is a newbie into thread in this forum to warn them of being preys.

I will really love to see the webmaster of this forum take some form of action as this is also a bad reputation for this honourable community called "warrior Forum".

    I rest my case.

I purchased Traffic Phoenix about two weeks ago, and honestly it doesn't seem as great as it was made out to be in the webinar. =/

Basically, Traffic Phoenix allows you to do two basic things:

    1) Send mass automated-messages to YouTube videos that get a lot of traffic, offering the owners of the video money in exchange for placing your affiliate link in the description area of their video.

    2) Automatically download popular YouTube videos and re-upload them to an automatically generated website under your control.

I haven't messed around with the second option at all yet, but I've spent a couple hours each day since I bought it fiddling with the first option, and it seems very buggy and error-prone. There have been multiple instances where Traffic Phoenix told me it had sent out the mass messages, but then I checked on the YouTube account that I had set it up to send the messages with, and there had been nothing sent. But then I tried again the next day, and it did actually send the messages the second time. So the software is a little finicky and doesn't always work consistently. But honestly I think that's just a bug in the programming, and is likely to be corrected in the near future. In other words, Traffic Phoenix may not always function correctly 100% of the time, but when it does, it does exactly what it's advertised to do.

Once Traffic Phoenix decided to cooperate and send out the mass messages like I told it to, I was able to send out about 150-200 messages on YouTube. Out of all the messages I sent, only like 10-12 people replied back, and two or three of them declined my offer. But eight people did accept my offer, and put my affiliate link in their video's description area just like I asked, and I have paid those eight people small fees in exchange for placing my links in their videos' description areas.

Here are the eight YouTube videos I paid to have links in, followed by the price I paid to put the link in that video:

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DqT92asZy3Q -- $5.00
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7DAPVRszJSU -- $5.03
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qCnhYw4pPjk -- $5.00
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JPb5xar3fbQ -- $7.54
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W25FsmW35ag -- $7.39

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FLPHY7dCVyU -- $5.00
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zAS8KivZX5s -- $7.51
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=669PhX4_D1U -- $7.54

    total spent: $50.01

As you can see, this can start to get very expensive very fast, and I'm starting to wonder if it's even an effective method of marketing. Each of my affiliate links is shortened using bitly, which can track how many times your link is clicked on (very handy), and bitly is telling me that my links have only been clicked on once or twice each, and it's probably just the video owner clicking on it to see what it is before he puts it in his video description area.

Now maybe I'm just sending messages to the wrong videos, and I'd have better success if I sent messages to videos that received substantially more traffic. But then I stop and ask myself, "Do people ever actually click on links in the description area of YouTube videos?" I know I sure don't, but then again other people may have different habits than me.

But still, I can't shake the feeling that the description area of YouTube videos simply might not be an effective place to put affiliate links if you want substantial amounts of people to actually click on them.

And given how the entire Traffic Phoenix software is built around the idea of putting affiliate links in the description area of YouTube videos, I have to question the usefulness of the program.

But like I said, I may just be doing something wrong. If anyone knows anything about affiliate marketing on YouTube, or can tell me if they've had success by placing affiliate links in the description area of videos, please let me know!

If I can't get this method to work, I may just try to get my money back and spend it on something else more effective and useful.

      Well Tainted,

Way to go for you, but I would rather spend my hard earned cash on something worth the returns.
As for them developing the software further, I challenge them to prove me wrong...They will not develop it further.

If they were sincere, their customer support will be responsive, they will care about their reputation.... fact is they don't.

Instead of spending more cash on youtube marketing, look at your immediate environment and invest on a strategy that you can interact with physically. This Forum is filled with great marketing tips.

I am not saying youtube marketing is not great, far from it, if done right, you can have a monthly take off but from experience, spending $997 for a software that sucks half the time and a seller or marketer who cares two pins about their reputation.... that is red flag!

I asked for a refund after sending more than 20 emails and no reponse from them (red flag) I got my refund back using paypal.

      ‪League of Legends: Karthus Pentakill (Unseenstalkr)‬‏ - YouTube -- $5.00
      ‪Highest crit in League of Legends 4443‬‏ - YouTube -- $5.03
      ‪Akali - Penta kill #01 - League of Legends‬‏ - YouTube -- $5.00
      ‪League of Legends: LeBlanc Fragmovie/Guide - Feed the Fire - Irelia Sneak Peek‬‏ - YouTube -- $7.54
      ‪League of Legends Soraka Pentakill‬‏ - YouTube -- $7.39

      ‪World of Starcraft‬‏ - YouTube -- $5.00
      ‪Starcraft 2 Soundtrack - Terran 01‬‏ - YouTube -- $7.51
      ‪StarCraft 2 Replay Protoss vs. Zerg GERMAN / Deutsch‬‏ - YouTube -- $7.54

      total spent: $50.01

I agree. I didn't say that Traffic Phoenix was great or that it was worth the investment. In fact I think it's a terrible waste of money and I'm probably going to try and get a refund in the next day or so.

I was just sharing my thoughts on its functionality and purpose, and how I was able to get the software to preform the task it was designed to preform, even though it didn't preform it very well and the task didn't generate any income for me.

So no, I'm not giving any praise to Traffic Phoenix, just sharing my experience with it. Though I do apologize if my lack of anger or frustration towards the creators of the program came off as complementary towards the software. That was not my intention.

Hi,I bought TP also. One thing that I found out is that they do not reply to your e-mail address. You have to log into their members area and all of your requests and questions are listed there, along with the answers. I am still trying to make something, but no luck yet. They have just released a newer version of it,with some of the bugs fixed"supposedly" I will see how that goes!

Traffic Phoenix is no longer using Plimus as their payment processor. At least in this one instance, they are now using SWREG. Make sure you understand their refund policy before buying.

For everyone tempted to buy TP it is a MAJOR scam! We were pushed to buy it during a webinar a couple months back and were told we were speaking with the guy "Charlie" who invented it. We were told it had never been sold before and "Charlie" was going to be a nice guy and let 15 of his copies go to us. Before the webinar was over a total of "30" were sold, and I received multiple emails after the fact claiming there were still a few copies left if anyone wanted to snag them.

Come to find out TP was in fact sold through another company long before this webinar took place. Which means every word of the webinar was BS!

I've seen this product in one other webinar since then and once again it was a man with a foreign accent that was the supposed creator (though it wasn't the same man as this "Charlie"), and it was the same story of how he was going to be nice and release a few copies since we were aligned with the person hosting the webinar. Same line of BS just different people using it.

Everyone I know has voiced the same complaints about the product not working as advertised, about receiving poor service from "support," about struggling to get a refund, and about their computers crashing and locking up while using it.

Do yourself a favor and don't waste your money! If you see TP advertised, RUN LIKE HELL!

I agree with Ryan. I believe that he and I were both on the same webinar.

With something like this, you WANT to assume that will work and do what is says it does, that's a given. So, you must make your purchase decision based on your assessment of 1) how well it meets an existing need in your biz, and 2) whether it will afford you any extraordinary competition advantages.

My assessment at the time of the webinar was that this software would be a STEAL owing to the promised exclusivity of releasing 'only 15 copies'. (guys, I understand the concept of 'scarcity' in IM and I'm telling you, they took it to a whole new level) 'Charlie' claimed he had only shared this with his closest friends and family. And absolutely would NOT release more than 15 copies.

Ya know, in the old days, a fellow was likely to be hung, shot, gutted, and THEN ridden out of town on a rail if he got caught salting a gold mine and repeatedly selling the same 6.7% shares. They had a word for stuff like that back then. FRAUD.

I never pulled the trigger because there was a claim made that this thing cost its developer over $60,000. I just couldn't see any legitimate reason why he'd be willing to recoup a mere 25% of his money. It just didn't add up unless something was being misrepresented.

I really feel for those who are struggling to get their money back. IMHO, this thing went way beyond a typical scam. I would not be the least bit surprised to see criminal charges arise out of this one.

I purchased Traffic Phoenix. When you go to their member site, you first watch two basic training videos, then load the software, then there are a few smaller training videos. I was unable to load the two basic training videos. (I watch videos almost every day from a variety of sites; first time I had a problem.) I sent them a request for help, was told they used the link I sent that would download for me, but it did for them so they considered the ticket closed.

I took my computer to an excellent shop in town to see if there was a problem. He fixed some small problems that I've had for a while but didn't consider important enough to take in right away. Didn't help the problem. I advised Traffic Phoenix again of the problem.

They want me to Skype with them so they can lead me through a solution for my problem. I wrote back that I had a hard time believing that a Skype session could download the training videos (I don't have Skype anyway), that there must be some compatibility problem between their software and my computer and that I would rather just have a refund.

I just got an answer back to that, and they said, "We have a no refund policy for Traffic Phoenix as we have every confidence that it works and can achieve great results. ... As we offered to you before we can help you set up in any way and guide you through any issues you may be experiencing."

It could be the best program on the market -- who knows? But I am certainly unhappy with the company. I guess I will have to get a Skype account, unhook my large monitor from my laptop so that the built in camera can work, and pray for the best.

The program comes from England, so I don't know how I could pursue getting the refund via legal processes. Even if they solve my training problems, I will not enjoy using the program like I had hoped.

ADDED: I just finished reading this thread. I am going to let my credit card bank work on this for me. I recently joined Warrior Forum and paid the $37 to join. Just this thread made the purchase well worth it!!

I was suckered in by the hype and lies and now I am seeking a refund through PayPal. Whether PayPal can get a refund from swreg.org to which the payment was sent. I hope the the might of PayPal will get me my refund.

A no refunds policy is criminal and there should be a 'buyers remorse' clause written into any terms of purchase for a product with such a high price tag. Waiting for PayPal could take a long time and of course this is debt on the credit card that will not get paid off by the income anticipated from using the product (which I am not using).

Charlie is based in the UK and if no joy comes from PayPal, I might have to see what other recourse is open to me as I live in the UK. Might have to go and pay him a visit.

Has anyone else bought through PayPal and requesting a refund? I hope PayPal will not see me as the only one asking for a refund from the purchase of this product. I hope there are many requests to alert PayPal and get them to act on everyone's behalf.

If you bought through paypal, file a dispute claim and provide a link to this thread as someone has done here already and you will get your money back.
i bought through paypal. (I always make my pruchases through paypal becuase of cases such as these as it is easier to ask for a refund if you are faced with dupious charaters) and filed a disupte claim, escalated it and i got my money back. Wish you luck!

    RESULT!!
Today I received the following communication from SWREG. "Your recent online posting regarding the refund requested for your order was brought to my attention this evening.....

We are processing your refund for your order. Please allow 5 - 7 days for the credit to be applied to your PayPal account. Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience you have experienced due to this issue."

Yesterday, I could not wait to hear from Traffic Phoenix after I had submitted a dispute with PayPal Resolution Center. I decided to escalate the dispute and provided PayPal with the link to this thread to show them that I am not the only one disappointed in this product and the complaints about the way it was presented.

I am relieved that I have been notified by PayPal that my refund has already been made and a credit has gone back on my credit card.

It just goes to show that refunds are possible no matter that is was stated in this thread
Now they switched to "SWREG Digital River" - they will NOT give you a refund.
I think the mighty power of PayPal and SWREG has ruled the day on this one.

This should give hope to all those who are wanting/waiting a refund.

They're just trying to scare people to buy their stuff by scarcity other wise people think I'll get it tomorrow but forget and move on to other things.

I saw this product in a webinar, and thankfully read reviews on it first. I wasnt about to pay $1000 for software, but I was curious anyway. My suspicions were confirmed, this software probably isn't even worth $5.00. Even if it worked perfectly, what is going to stop the video owners from just taking your $10.00 offer and not put your link in their description line?
