It's a little too expensive... but has some interesting features

    - submits your videos to top video sites
    - you can create a video right on the site, just add images, music and text.. this may be for the person who knows nothing about creating their own videos, but if you think about it... in the long run it would be cheaper to simply buy a screen capture software and learn how to do the videos yourself, then subscribe to a free service like tubemogul and have them submit these for free

My first submission get me on the first page for a day or two. My subsequent submissions are able to get me on 4 pages and below. It seem that google spiders are getting intelligent nowaday. Once they detect my domain for any subsequent submissions they do not seem to list it on the front pages.

I recently joined and I already use three other programs for video submission.

I think the training is good, the service is high quality and the Podcast and blog feeds are a great extra.

If you are doing this professionally it is a good weapon to have.

There is lot to get your head round when you first join up, but there is also a lot of training and webinars to get you going. If you take up the 30 day trial, you'll need most of it to get used to the features.

The seminar mentioned by Eben above should be interesting though. I think one of the main ways to go with TG is to use it as a traffic generating service for customers.

In answer to the question posted by GoingDeep: I am curently using the TG system on their thirty day trial. So far I have posted one video and have not been able to get to the front page of google for my chosen keyword. It could be though that it is a highly competitive keyword phrase. I have three weeks left on it so I'll report back in a couple of weeks if thing change for the better.

I am also looking into a service that does esentially the same thing called VideoWildfire. It's only 19.00 bucks a month and the software intalls on your own computer. It has many great features and the cost is minimal. There is a long learning curve though.

    Good luck.
