I purchased this and am having difficulity getting the complete package from the creator...he wont respond to my messages or my open tickets.

I purchased this back in Janurary, it was supposed to include "12 Businesses"
now he says it only includes 10? If I understand him, since he refuses to respond any more it is hard to know.

Is anyone else having difficulty?
