JV Rocket? $2,500 Solo Ad?

Hey Guys. I just have a quick question. Over at JVRocket.com there is a solo ad for $2,500 that sends out to over 226,000 people. Now in theory that sounds like it could be worth it but I'm just curios to hear what you guys think because this is the same guy that runs the Get Google Ads Free system, "Dr" Jon Cohen. There has been a lot of negative feedback on his products and I'm not too sure if this solo ad is legit or worth it. So I'm just wondering if anyone has tried it before or knows more info? Cheers, Tristan

    Hey Tristan,

I have not heard of this product, but I could think of better ways of spending that $2500 to promote a product/website. First of all, what niche are those 226,000 people in? If they are not targeted, than there is no point. You would be able to set up an awesome adword campaign using $2500 that could target buyers in your niche, not just any some "general" list. Thought I would share my 2 cents on this. Hope this helps with your decision.

I won't advise anyone to spend such a big amount of money on one single solo ad, no matter who the seller is, unless ...

    1) you have a lot of experience in email marketing,

    2) you promote a really solid product/service,

    3) you have very good & TESTED solo ad copy & landing page.

    Hi Tristan,

Never heard of this guy before, but the offer seems good. I would recomend you to contact the guy before making such a purchase, 2.5k may not seems alot but why give to someone else, that probablly would't do his work?

I don't think that this is really an appropriate approach to the OP question.

Following the same path, why would you buy a car when you can walk for free? Yeah, why not? It's cheaper and it improves also your health!

Then it means that my 0.15K solo ads are kinda free solo ads, aren't they?

Leaving those jokes aside, when you pay 4 or 5-figure sums on one single solo ad, then you should expect more than the guy is offering. You should be able to customize the audience. Area, age, interests, etc.

When you're ready to spend 4-5 figures sums on email marketing, you need to go to professional companies, not on guys you don't know who they are.

If you want to check a service that worth so much money to be paid, then I suggest you to check Mailing List - Email, Business, Sales Leads, Consumer - InfoUSA (publicly traded company since 1992, on the NASDAQ stock exchange under the ticker symbol IUSA)

Tristian - my team and I are ordering this next week.

    I'll let you know.

I've used a similar service and tripled my money. I hear jvrocket is extremely better than the other guy I was using, so I'm looking for to it.

Good book by the way on the ezines - always looking for more of them.

    Gonna test them all.

Has anyone heard of or ever used solo ads only dot com? I am looking to do some solo ads, and want the best possible ROI.

As far as the $2,500 solo ad...I personally would demand some REAL TESTIMONALS that I can prove! If all proved to be true, then I would RUN TO THE HILLS with it FAST!

As you know when you get into the higher cost solo ads, the competition is slim to none!

Again, has anyone ever heard of or used soloadsonly dot com?

thank a million for the feedback!
