Seeking good blank website template

Hi,
I think I've found a useful niche and I already have a good host account but I'm not a webpage programmer.
I'd like to find a good template tweaked for ad-sense that I can slip my own content and images into.
IS anyone selling that?

    The easiest way to go is probably to set up a WordPress blog. There are plenty of AdSense ready templates available.

      But in that case wordpress is hosting my site right?

    You can use Wordpress on your own site - you don't have to use their hosted option.

    If you're on a regular CPanel then chances are you've got an option that says "Fantastico" which will install Wordpress painlessly.

    Use Wordpress and then checkout CTR Theme - The Ultimate AdSense Theme which is a theme optimised for adsense ads.

      Prosense is a free theme for wordpress. Higher CTR than typical themes.
