Best places to find virtual full time workers?

I have been looking all over, I must not be looking in the right places though. Where can you go to find virtual workers that have wordpress skills, understand backlinking etc., there must be a site out there that people with these skills exist.. I thought it would be in this forum.. I'll keep searching, but can anyone point me in the right direction.

    • Yes Odesk is good, search by hours worked as the people with the most hours usually want to keep a good reputation.

    • Odesk, is the place where you can get your things done for you, and it a good and effective place, but usually you need to have a very clear picture of the task in order to outsource it.
      However, all the expertise you request regarding WP, back links etc... Then I think you will be better of in the warrior for hire forum ---> Warriors For Hire

    • There is a section on the warriors forum that is titled "Members Looking to Hire You" . You can place your own ad there. It is under the warrior products and services section. Also, it is helpful to list an e-mail address as members without a certain number of posts cannot pm and they cannot reach you otherwise.

  • If you have time. I recommend that you play with wordpress and figure it out. If you have more money than time then outsoursing is good. I watched some webinar and gentlemen siad that the phillipines was a good place to get some work done. If you have Skype you can chat with them at no cost. the guy I use is pretty good and afordable. He does some of my graghics and he is reasonable.

    another alternative is freelance sites...don't go with freelancer . com ...it's full of scammers...elance is pretty good

  • I have looked all over the place from virtual assistant places, but really, bad ones exist everywhere. I actually have just hired another a full-time worker and he has been great with his return time. There are people willing to work hard if you take care of them, but there are also ones out there willing to 'slip-by' with the bare minimum. So, be sure to test your virtual assistant before considering any contract.
