Affiliate Networks that allow Offline Marketing?

PRODUCT REVIEWS

I'm looking for CPA affiliate networks that allow Offline Marketing. I'm currently with Peerfly and Dandingo, which both allow it, I but need companies with other offers (especially weight loss related offers).

Any help would be appreciated.

Try setting up a landing page to act a bridge between the user and offer and just drive your traffic to the LP. That way the network can't question where the traffic is coming from as they WILL do if your just direct linking the offline traffic to the offer.

  The thought has struck me, but I can't do that, because I work with up to 200 sub-id's on a single campaign, which means I'd have to set up 200 landing pages for each campaign I launch.
