Spinner chief blog submit feature disabled for free version?

I am using latest free version of spinnerchief ...along with many bugs I am also not seeing the article submit and the blog submit feature ?
Is this just me or is it confirmed that this feature is no longer available for free version .
Although when I am clicking on article submit then I am getting a popup box asking for the submit profile..but there are no buttons etc on the software for article submit etc..
any updates guys..may be i am missing somethign version is 4.64
