Can you advice me how long.. we can use Market Samurai rank tracker licences version. I mean want to know the expiry period for one licence.

I would not recommend. This used to be a great keyword tool. Not this software is very slow.

Dude, that has been fixed. Remember too it is all up to what google does and your own internet connection. Switching tabs is FAST as is getting results.

It's a great product NOT slow at all for what it does and highly recommended. It is one of the tools I always use along with others but one of my favorite.

I only use the SEO Competition and the Keyword research modules. I think it's a little slow to be using for rank tracking, but then again, I'm using RankTracker from SEO powersuite for that, and have been for about a year. If you don't have that, then the rank tracking from within Market Samurai would be pretty useful.

MS is easily the second best tool I've gotten for my business, and I think you should be grabbing it now without delay.

  Yeah, for sure. It's great to know what keywords to target with MS, but it's better to know what I could be optimizing for and already have traffic for. Ranktracker shows me that I'm #11 for a certain term and i still get 50 or so visitors, then I know exactly where to target my SEO for increasing traffic.

Actually I find MS faster than SEO PowerSuite Rank Tracker which by the way can be more expensive. Also MS rank tracker will go out to a 1000 while the other is only to a 100 unless I've missed something.

Use MS for SEO Competition and Rank Tracking. It can be useful for Keyword Analysis when you have a list of keywords from other sources than Google to throw into it. It's rather nice and flexible with that. For the quick and dirty on the suggestions from GKWT, it's much faster to simply go there directly. Haven't checked lately because I have other fast solutions with more automatic analysis for that, but the keyword tool was pretty inexcusably slow.

I've seen others, tried others, seen ones with monthly fees (no thanks) and I always come back to Market Samurai. They've really overhauled the speed when it comes to opening up new tabs and switching. I've even found the research and results to load faster. Overall, I would NOT want to be without this.

It works, but it's pretty slow. RIght now, I'm using the other software to track a site with 400+ keywords. On MS it takes me about an hour to get all of them updated.

Market Samurai is great and I bought it a while ago - but it's a bit slow (just as frankwyatt77777 said). Taking internet connectivity out of the equation, the reason MS is slow is because it runs on Adobe AIR which isn't as fast as native Windows or Mac apps.

Despite this, it's an awesome app. I tend to use the keyword research, seo competition and rank tracking modules the most.

My question then, is this:
Do you get all of the above with the free trial/ $97 version, or do you get a bunch of extra stuff (as above) if you pay the $149. For example, if you buy the free trial version with the discount do you get the free updates for life, priority email support, etc.??

Get the Free Trial, and if you buy it during the trial period they reward you by taking $52 off. If you let the trial period expire you pay $149. Even after the trial period is over, they might offer you a deal in emails, though don't count on it.

I don't think they expect anyone to forgo the free trial period, but they certainly wouldn't mind taking your money.

The price may go up when they reach version 1.0

I think it's version 0.8xxxx for the past year, and gotten so many updates I've lost count. but that's the nature of this kind of software, I get frequent updates of SEO PowerSuite as well even though it's version 5.xx.

Thanks! You sound pretty sure about this so okay, I'll get the trial version, make absolutely sure it works well with my system, then buy it. I had a trial version but didn't get around to trying it before the trial offer ran out. I found their constant nagging to buy it now, annoying because I just didn't get around to checking it out, didn't even install it, just downloaded it.

So now I'll use another email address and download it again when I have time to try it, then I do plan to buy it as long as I have no major issues with it working as it is supposed to. From what I have seen it's a "must have" and already I think I made a mistake that it could have saved me from, in that I chose a long-tail keyword that could have been chosen better... (I watched one of their videos about how to eliminate some long-tail keywords...)

What about Stealth Keyword Competition Analyzer vs MS? SKCA runs very slowly on purpose, but what about the results vs MS?

I guess that many are looking for the easiest identification of niches/KWD's that are profitable.

I've had good success with it also, particularly the SEO competition where I can drill down and see exactly what the PR of and anchor text of the liks are.

There a big difference between 100 links with irrelevant anchor text and low PR and 100 links with spot on anchor text and high PR. MS lets you analyze this. Priceless in my opinion.

Does anyone knwo of a GREAT place for MS training other then the videos they list on the site? Also when you have the demo version when doing keyword research is that a full function OR are bits of it limited due to the demo...Seems Ints not doing ceratin functions for me like the settings they suggest in teh videos. Kinda looking for others who may give a different approach to using the software.
