BlogMastermind - Coaching with Yaro Starak

I've read Yaro's free e-book about Internet Business, and found'em amazing. From his style he looks a very honest and qualified Internet Marketer.

Anyone had take the Blogmastermind course and would like to share his experience?

Thanx in advance.

Sure. It is a good course, it tells you how to start a WP blog with the intent of making it an "Authority Site".

The problem is it is a VERY expensive course, actually way overpriced IMHO.

Even if you build an excellent blog with hand-written quality content, you don't necessarily get a lot of visitors. And even if you get visitors, it may be hard to make much money - depending on the subject of the blog.

But if you love to have a nice blog, and don't care too much about the money - sure...

I joined the membership site instead of the coaching and I am finding the videos on how to set up your wordpress blog very useful.

Good course packed with solid information.

    Yaro is a good guy.

Shame I never got my wordpress blogs off the ground as I am definitely non-techie and prefer Typepad

Well, WP is built for people who are challenged sending an email - I guess.
And tutorials on that level are *free*.

    The real challenge is
    1) to add fresh, hand-written content on a daily (more or less) basis

    2) finding a niche where you actually have a lot to say - while it should also be easy to monetize. You may for instance be an expert on some obscure thing where there are no products to promote.

    3) Getting good rankings for your wonderful little blog.

Yaro happens to have a lot to say about Internet Marketing, and this is a VERY lucrative niche. Good for him.

I think it's a great course, but I'm somewhat bias for obvious reasons - I created it!

I want to clarify that yes, the idea is to create an authority blog, and by doing that you get significant traffic and from there I teach how to make significant money too.

It's certainly not just about building a pretty blog you can just look at and get nothing in return. The definition of an authority site includes enjoying the benefits that big traffic in a highly targeted niche can provide, including money, fame and opportunities to work with other successful people (JVs, television and radio opportunities, etc).

While I won't deny it is a lot of work to build a successful blog, for those who follow through, and I have several successful case studies including one million dollar blog story (look up "Alborz Fallah"), the rewards are huge. I can't think of a better way to make a living online since you get to write about what you love and share that passion with other people.

If the price is too high for you, then please make use of all the great free stuff I give away on my blog and in my newsletter and use that to start making some money. From there if you want to reinvest in my coaching program, go for it, if not, that's cool too. I fully implement the concept of moving the freeline, so you will get a lot out of what I give away.

I'm not a member of Blog Mastermind, but I'm a big fan of Yaro's content and integrity.

The first thing you should do is go to his blog, download and read his free 'Blog Profits Blueprint' ebook.

The quality of information in this book is way better than nearly all paid products about blogging I've seen.

Once you've read that then you'll be able to make a truly informed decision about joining Blog Mastermind.

    Good luck!

Yaro's Blog Mastermind Course is, in my opinion, well worth the money. The content is detailed and over-delivered. No 'fluff' here. I also joined his BAB Premium Membership with Gideon Shalwick and the video lessons there are well done and make it easy to perform the tasks at hand...regardless of your techie skills.

One of the most valuable elements that Yaro provides is a very active forum that helps provide answers to any issues that you might encounter.

To me Yaro (and Gideon) is one of the Good Guys in the internet marketing niche. he know his stuff and he is generous in what he shares.

I've signed up for various mentoring programme's, and so far Yaro's is by far the best value - in fact it's the only course which hasn't fizzled out after a few month's.

It cater's for everyone, from newbie to experienced marketer, and you will get weekly emails with new lessons and homework assignments so that you actually start to write "pillar articles" and create a blog that you're actually proud of.

If you've read his blog, and like the content he produces then I would say that you'll love Blog Mastermind.

Me too. The ebook seems to have a lot of meat inside from blogging to making money and so even if I haven't joined the whole mastermind program, I can feel I have already been benefited with what I have learned inside the blueprint.

I was part of Yaros course.

    A few things:

It is divided into different lessons. My main problem was the the real meat of the lessons came so far into the course that I felt that I was paying a lot per month for things I already knew.

I started thinking, well I have got this far I might as well hang on until I start to learn how to make some decent cash with blogging.

If you are new to this, rather spend the cash you would spend on this and pay someone to do your keyword research, then outsource your articles. You will see profits MUCH sooner and you are investing in you internet buisiness.

    Just my 2c.

When I first started looking into ways to make money online, I came across several authors. Ros Gardner being the first person I really trusted. Here ebook was a great introduction into affiliate selling.

Then I found several others such as Jeff Johnson (how can you miss the man, he is everywhere) and Jeff Mulligan and StomperNet and Yanik Silver and many more. Some of them I liked but most just bombarded me with emails trying to sell me something so they quickly feel of my radar.

But then, somehow, I found Yaro! And now Gideon! Yaro appealled to me. His writing, his podcasts, his reviews, his philosophy, etc. were helpful, interesting, and honest. I am amazed at how well Yaro interviews and produces his products. Also, his website was organized, easy to navigate, and full of great content.

So I kept looking at Blogmastermind, just waiting to get the money to sign-up. Then, a couple of months ago Yaro recommended Gideon's videos and I watched them. Blogging was starting to make sense. Affiliate selling was starting to make sense. Then, Yaro and Gideon joined forces and created BecomeABlogger.com. Again, I was thrilled. Great content in a great format. Two of the bloggers I trusted most were now working together.

When they offered the Premium, I jumped on it!

So, it may be that the Coaching is too expensive for some but if I had the money right now, or let's say when I DO get the money, I will sign-up for the Yaro's coaching.

P.S. And don't listen to sunnyman. He is not the kind of person that signs up with coaches like Yaro or relates to blogging the way Yaro does. You can just tell by his writing.

        Hi Everyone,
I am a member of Yaro's Blog Mastermind Program - however currently on hold.. Read below for the reason.

Firstly I stumbled across Yaro's site and read the Blueprint. Fantastic. It opened my mind and clarified how the blogging world works and how the money flows. I also downloaded his mp3's - and listened to them while running on the beach and cleaning the house

The great part about the Blog Mastermind is that it is action oriented. Yaro tells you not only the theory but how to implement it. You are NOT left with all this information and wondering what to do with it.

Each of the weekly lessons are theory with actionalbe items so you ARE building your site as you progress through the course.

The content summarises each of the aspects of blogging that would take months or years to work out yourself.

Ok, why is it on hold? About 7 weeks in Yaro emailed his list a course about a program with Rich Schefren from Strategic Profits. Rich was Yaro's mentor / coach. I signed up for Richs course which was live and consumed all my time. Yaro offered to put my Blog Mastermind course on hold because he knows Rich and how he works - and that there would be too much information from both he and Rich.

I learnt a massive amount from the GPS course and this was thanks to Yaros recommendation.

I am excited to take the Blog Mastermind off hold in the coming weeks..

Thanks Yaro and good luck to everyone out there !!

        Michael
