Those of you who got the upgrade, how are you getting along?

I've had trouble with a couple of the videos (1 in week 2 and 1 in week 3). And the camtasia video for week #4 won't load.

Eric's a solid guy and I like the content. But I haven't been able to get ahold of him about the troubles with the videos (via PM here and his help desk). Is anyone else running into problems with the videos?

Eric, if you see this please give me a shout. And please know that this isn't meant to be a negative review of the product. My feelings are quite the opposite really. It's a VERY GOOD VALUE. I'm just having trouble getting things to work correctly.

    yeah it sucks. I guess when he said "six week" course it didn't mean six weeks in a row. I'm a little disappointed myself.

      FYI...

      It's all sorted out now. Evidently there was a glitch with the support desk. They took care of all my questions right away.
