SENukeX Yourself vs. Hiring Link Building Services

If you own SENukeX (I do,) which better:
To build your own link campaign using SENukeX, or hire out to one of the many fine link building services here on Warrior?

Since SENukeX costs $127/mo. you could definitely save a little money. Some of the most reputable link-builders on Warrior charge as little as $35-$75 a month for some pretty robust link packages. But I'm not too concerned about the money, more concerned about the best results.

Seems like, either way, you can get plenty of Soc. Bookmark, Web 2.0, Article Directory, Forum, Press Release and high-PR Blog Comments. Which one works better? What would you choose?

To be frank, if you bought the software then why outsource? you just paid $127 a month on top of the outsourcing charges so why buy it?

It really depends on your budget, but since you are not worried about the budget, I think you should just outsource instead of getting SeNukeX for yourself. It would be a lot less hassle.

SENuke is by the month, I can drop the subscription at any time, so I won't be paying for both. Don't care about the money, the question is, which produces the best results.

Yes, as long as the results are just as good. If these backlink services will produce results equal or better to what I would do myself with Nuke, I agree, why bother with the hassle. I'm just unsure they will.

I guess it would be cool to hear from some IMers who have tried both and can share their results.

The question apart from money is scalability. Do you have multiple sites? Are you in super-competitive niches that require higher volumes of link building activity?

If you are comfortable using SENukeX then this is probably a key question that you need to ask yourself and find the answer that suites you - no one who does not know your business deeply enough can ever answer this.

        Well-thought answer, Fred, thanks.
I do have multiple sites, mostly Amazon & CB review sites, with only 1 or 2 in very-competitive niches, the rest in not-too-competitive ones. Setting up campaigns in SENukeX is pretty easy, though obviously not as easy as "done-for-you."

I know no one can make this decision for me, whether they know my business deeply or not. Still, I would welcome the experiences of others who have compared the two approaches head-to-head for many months, for their own businesses, just to get a sense of the expectations & results.

I would outsource. Link building is just too time consuming an any software needs baby sitting, even an advanced tool like SenukeX.

It really does depend on your needs (I know, thats an obvious answer).

You said money is not an issue, but time is always an issue. And with senukex there is more than the monthly fee. There is captcha costs, proxy costs and possibly VPS costs. It's worth it in my opinion, but it's important to at least bring these up in the decision.

So your question is what brings results? Well I can't say anything for other services as I haven't tried most of them. In many cases you get what you pay for. I know for a fact that senukex produces results, but in a lot of the really tough markets you will need more than just senukex.

It's a tool and it is all in how you use it. You would want to use it in addition to other stuff.

Also, to keep my post un-biased, just ignore my signature. I don't want my statements perceived as an advertisement for senukex.

If money isn't a issue then I'd outsource it. This way you can scale things up tenfold at no extra effort on your behalf.

Seth, We have been using SE Nuke for a few years and even bought the yearly license a few months ago. I'm considering outsourcing this to the right vendor(s). I'd rather keep it to a single vendor to make the communication and integration simple and clear. It seems like we can get more for our money by outsourcing it, plus get a larger variety of backlinks as well. What vendors have you looked at? Have you checked out LinkVana?

No I haven't tried LinkVana? I been a fan & truster of Dan McGonangle's link-building services reviews - he really tries 'em all and goes into depth with their programmers, most of whom he's interviewed personally. He says avoid Linkvana, and says the top 4 are LinxBoss, BuildMyRank, ArticleRanks and ArticleMarketingRobot (each different of course.) He prefers to outsource, so he doesn't mess with SeNuke much.

I have some experience with ArticleRanks and AMR, but in this thread I was actually directing my question towards using some of the individual backlinkers listed in the Warriors For Hire section, the ones who say, "For $35 or $65, I'll get you "x'' number of soc. bookmarks, blog comments, forum links, .edu and high-PR links," and the like. And the reason I thought about using one of them is because Mario Brown suggested it in his videos that were part of his/Brian Anderson's recent Backlink Takeover course.

So I guess my question would be SENukeX vs. Warriors For Hire Linking Services, rather than vs. Linkvana, ArticleRanks, or other commercial companies.
