Does anybody know if Jacobo is around on the new WF forums ?

I purchased this product a few weeks back, I've tried to get support for it but failed, I PM'd Jacobo on the old forums but got no response.

I've sent tickets to the contact address from the website.

In general I enjoyed the product but there are couple of fundamental issues which are not explained making it impossible to implement.

Anybody else had communication issues , what did everybody else think of the product generally?

    yup no response. I was also a customer months ago and received no response from his mails.

    I guess he implemented the Set and Forget concept.

      Shame, I think I'll go for a refund if I don't get an answer in the next couple of days, doesn't deserve a customer if they can't be bothered to man their helpdesk.

      Yes same here...

      The only way to get in contact was via product promotion emails with
      "send an email to this address for your bonus ... ".

      I also got into the 12 weeks campaigns.
      He delayed many campaigns for weeks caused this and that, but he was very good to promote others products.

      Is it worth it? No i don't think so.
      The main ebook have a few gems, but not a masterpiece worth the cost.
      But for a completely new marketer it might be a good product?

        The upsell (Elite Club) was taken down a while ago, when all the spots were filled.

        Now only the e-book is on sale, no one can get in the Elite Club, and all the campaigns were sent already.

        By the way, I just answered your question Simon. And again sorry about this issue with the support guy.

          I actually found his book one of the more useful I've picked up of late, it's fair to say the single page review site + adwords is not new or going to blow your mind but what is useful is exactly how he's doing it , a simple blueprint step by step process is something I appreciate, and he does deliver on that quite well.

          For $40 or whatever it was, some of the "gems" and the methods used made it worth the few $$$ I laid out, to me personally anyway, I feel I got my monies worth especially now I've received the support I was after to a question.

    This sounds good. I hadn't even heard of it. Too bad I missed the Elite Club because I would have been more interested in that than the ebook.

    The other product Jacobo had out, which was also excellent, was called "Google Revenge." Quite unusual and original stuff, and I liked it a lot.

    Hopefully Jacobo will come out with a new product again, and when that's the case I for one won't think twice about buying it.
