Need an Autoresponder,and good email leads

Hi,

I just ran across your forum and joined.
Looks like alot of people working to help each other here.

I had a quick question,then off to my job..lol

Im a founder of one mlm,and work taking orders for another.
But my newest one I have joined,I want to promote,and build a downline I can help,and get them into money as well.

I am looking for a service that emails leads out,and has an autoresponder included.

And then I can pass it down to my team,so they can be on autopilot.

Does anyone know of a good conversion rate email service?
I have looked at alot,and somewheres see a scam going on.
Get response?
Simpler leads?

Im going to use instant voice leads to start i think,and i do post in forums as well.
But I did a real good team build in holy tea,and it was from a mlm forum that things slid off of it every 15 minutes.
Got alot of people from that,and gave away alot of people to my team,so they are proud of me.
Wish i could remember that business,but it was over a year ago,and defunk and gone.

Any feedback would be appreciated in this area,or any comments to which way to move in getting real customers looking for home business,to my site.
