Lethal Commission (Anik Singals) - Full Bollywood Movie, pretty crazy!

Have you guys seen Anik's newest product "trailer"?

Apparently he went out to Bollywood to get this done, had a full on MOVIE PREMIER in Vegas and it is releasing a full length movie too upon launch- lol. Pretty crazy, I don't know if i'd produce a full on movie, so I'll give him props for a first in the industry

    I've watched this a few times now, it's rather entertaining - lol
    His is the most extreme example, but I've noticed a trend in some of the big clickbank launches, that the videos are getting more slick and professional looking. I think everyone in the IM niche might soon have to step up the production values on video squeeze pages.

    I have no idea how well they convert though-it might be more entertaining than the older ones, but are people going to buy more because gurus are running around with guns in their hands? I still get impatient if I haven't found the main benefits in the first 3 minutes of a video sales presentation.

    In fact, I usually click away in the first 5 seconds, from the slick lifestyle videos with no controls, where typically the guru tells you a personal rags to riches story for 10 minutes before getting to the point. Even then, the odds are against you actually knowing anything about the product by the end-just that it is amazing, and made them $5k the first week they discovered it, and is completely unknown...until now. If I want to see a movie, I'll see a real one, not a marketing video that looks like it wants to be a Sopranos episode.

    It is an interesting phenomenon though.

      LOL....Sopranos episode! Liked that one! Don't forget the stories where the guy presenting this is some street bum and he only looked at a computer with a dirty look and asked the heavenly fairy tales to help him make the next 10 bucks to feed his dog and suddenly he came by Western Union and some friendly lady was stuffing his duffel bag with 876.987,76 US$ which he spent on a white Lamborghini...in fact the same white Lamborghini that every other Guru bought, judging by the pictures ;-)

    I received a simple email today from some internet marketer, I was about to delete the message and was captivated by the title "To what lengths people go to sell a product". Since I am currently working on an offline campaign for my own company (physical products) I thought, well lets see what I can learn from some crazy online marketer.

    YES, I was blown away by the movie clip. I mean, really WTF? Was the movie THAT cheap or is Clickbank some source of bubbling gold bullion? (which I personally don't think, since I gave up a long time ago anything Clickbank related).

    Does someone know which company is producing the clip? Could be interesting to work with them on regular advertising spots for physical products...mhmh...just thinking.

    I think this will work for Anik as nobody's ever done anything on this scale in our industry before.

    I watched the trailer myself and I thought it looked like a low budget Bollywood version of James Bond.

    Then again I guess that's what he was going for... Well minus the "Low budget" bit

    Just hope the product lives upto the hype but something tells me...
