Which software is best for my situation?

I have 1 website which I have had for several years. I had a realization a few months ago that I can make a lot more money if I rank better for keywords so now I'm focusing on SEO. Up until now I've sold LOTS just by tapping into social media and that's where most of my efforts were.

I had my web site re-done and keyword optimized. I've been writing lots of quality articles and creating web 2.0 sites, blogs, etc. Right now I'm #2 ranked for one keyword (not my top keyword but a decent one) on the first page for several others (at the bottom), and I'm starting to rank for other keywords. my top keyword I've been stuck at the #9 spot forever and nothing is budging it at the moment. I've noticed everyone aove me has a very large volume of keywords.

Up until now I've been doing a little work here and there self-submitting and then I've also been outsourcing a little at a time.

I'm wondering if I should invest in some automation software and keep doing it myself. I have some extra time to learn a new program. What I'm worried about is the cost vs return.

I've read reviews for several products - SEnuke, Scrapebox, AMR, sick submitter, dripfeeder etc but I know a lot of people who use them have lots of URLs that they run through these tools, and not one, so I'm wondering which would be the best for me given that I have only 1 URL. I'm looking for cost-effectiveness and ease of use. I suppose I could also use the tools to backlink my articles and other web 2.0 properties as well, but there's only 1 money site.

Orrr.... I can keep outsourcing... or I can do a combination of outsourcing and additionally doing some things on my own and getting some software, in which case which software should I use?

I would not recommend buying/signing up for any software if you have less than 10 sites to promote. Not only is there the up-front software costs, there are also hidden costs such as proxies and decaptcha services. Depending on the software there can be big learning curves with it taking hours/days/weeks to get the hang of using it well.

In your situation you would be best off just outsourcing. Take a look at the various software tools you think would be good for promoting your site, then take a look around on the Warrior Forum or freelancing sites for people that have a service covering the promotion you need

Personally I do not believe there is any software tool that really gets it all right. For my clients I use a mix of software (SENukeX, Scrapebox, etc) and manual promotion (uploading to YouTube, Tweeting, etc).

Check out the Warrior Forum Classifieds - they have heaps of different promotion services, many of which are very affordable

I agree with Jamieseo, outsource, but more work on the art of conversion could prove more profitable.A bit like the cart and horse ? Do both or the best results.Maybe it's the quality not the quantity get links from higher PR sites

I would advise against any kind of software unless you really want to make it a core part of your business strategy and/or have guys to use it.

Usually the more complex pieces of software have a steep learning curve.

Have a look at the countless offers of fellow warriors here on the forum that specialise in providing these kind of services. Most of them do nothing else but that and reallly know their business way better than you will ever do when just using a high-priced software/subscription on an irregular basis.

    Cheers,
    Rob
