BZ9 seems to have a decent rep. I know....there are no magic pills...just wonding if any has tried this and if its helpful or a time saver.

    I can tell you one thing, they don't like to reply to problems. Their support sucks. I take that back. They won't reply at all to anything. I purchased it and I'm thinking of getting my money back.

    Here's my update. I updated my support ticket several times and he deleted it. I opened another ticket and told him that my problem was a simple fix, but if he didn't want to respond, I'd like my money back.

    He finally responded by saying that he had no control over refunds and I should take it up with Clickbank. He didn't want to be bothered with even a simple fix, so I'd say, keep your money.

      Can't recall when I bought this product, at least a year ago, maybe around 18 months ago.

      It never fully worked straight out of the box and like you said, absolutely zero support. The social section would just work and work but make no progress, all the other stuff was crap that you could never see or find again.

      If you wanted to give someone an example of pushbutton software that doesn't do poop, this would be it.

    Support for the product is lousy. I cannot even log in anymore, and support does not reply to my emails. They did ask to see my login info, so that they could login, but after that i heard zilch. i purchased this software a good while back and I still have my records. If they don't reply soon, I am going to launch a complaint at Clickbank, because if you look under Commission Robotics, you will see similar complaints concerning their support. I will give them a couple more days, because how can you still sell something and refuse to support those who are already your customers?

    I am gong to make a complaint t Clickbank concerning this. They do not answer support emails, but offer support. They should not be allowed to sell this prodcut anymore.
