Does it do review site creation, verification and review submission to citation sites? Does it track rankings? Does it find leads? Can you compile reports with it? Does it have 900+ HIGH PR sites?

Seems like there many things it can't do (to top it off you have to add your own forum websites to get backlinks on profiles.)

I bought it today. It's years away from being a "SEnuke X killer". Here's my review:

    1. Too few sites - Only like 12 web 2.0 sites in the software. The most sites are in the bookmarking module (about 60) but considering that the author was the creator of BMD I expected a lot more at least in that module.

    2. Success rates are really bad.

    3. User interface is a clusterf***.

    4. The "one time fee" of $397 is not actually a "one-time fee". You have to pay $147 for every major update that comes out every 1-2 years.

    5. The $47/month is only for ONE computer. Most other software (like SEnuke) give you the license to use it on THREE machines with one license. So keeping that in mind, the monthly offer is actually not any cheaper than SEnuke (and SEnuke is miles ahead in terms of number of sites and success rates and overall work-flow).

The ability to add your own sites is only for the bookmarking module (we already had that in BMD), the article module (exactly what AMR does) and the forum module. You can't actually add any web 2.0s or high quality sites into it, so the "add your own sites" thing is a bit of a joke.

    Definitely not renewing my subscription.

Agreed - far too few WEB2.0. Not bothered about Article, PR, Forum or Bookmark - you can add your own of these (I have a list of 9000 article and about 1/4 million bookmarking sites - so that's not the issue_ but web2.0 sites is too low

      2. Success rates are really bad.
Currently barely 50% on the WEB2. This needs fixing. They need 20 (minumum) web2 sites and 80% working all the time. This means constant updates

      3. User interface is a clusterf***.
This is a strange one. Edwinsofts UI for their older products is excellent. Why are they not playing on users familiarity and their own previous work? THe UI in UD is (contrary to many of the "review" sites you see - that clearly have never even opened this software) nothing at all like previous products. Again this needs fixing

      4. The "one time fee" of $397 is not actually a "one-time fee". You have to pay $147 for every major update that comes out every 1-2 years.
Not quite. You get all major updates free for two years - no matter how many there are. Not "1-2" years. If a major update comes out inside 2 years you get it free. Fair enough as far as I'm concerned. Most software doesn't even last 2+ years. The original Nuke barely did. Whereas all Edwinsofts products provide excellent functionality years after purchase by being regularly updated (not just script updates but major feature additions as well)

I'm quite happy with this. If anyone is mistaken enough to expect any SEO software to last much longer than this out of the box, then they will probably find to their cost that this isn't the case.

How many times I've read "Free lifetime updates" then 10 months later a new product comes out with a "2.0" suffix and the devs stop updating the original and claim that "2.0" is an entirely new product...that I have to buy again from scratch. I like the honesty here. 2 years for $147 seems just fine with me.

This may or may not be an issue. If you have VA's working for you using the other two licence keys, then this means a lot. It means Nuke is VERY cheap and far better value.

If, however, (like 95% of NUke users) you are the sole user of the software, or only have one VA who uses it while you do other stuff, then this means nothing other than the convenience of having it on more than one machine

The ability to add your own sites is only for the bookmarking module (we already had that in BMD), the article module (exactly what AMR does) and the forum module. You can't actually add any web 2.0s or high quality sites into it, so the "add your own sites" thing is a bit of a joke.
That's about 2/3rds of the functionality. Hardly a joke. But it does echo the first two points. To be taken seriously this software needs to have more GOOD WEB2.0 sites that "just work"..all the time

This may just be teething issues. Edwinsoft has a reputation of supporting sofware WAAAAY longer than any other major SEO SP provider I can remember

The prime example is BMD...2012 will mark my 6th year of buying BMD..I paid about $60 (through my own affiliate link) for it in 2006 and have created well over 1 million bookmarks..
It was last updated..free..about 2 weeks ago.
That being said. If I were new to IM, I would not get it now - but if the UI is fixed and the number and reliability of WEB2 improves .... then it will be in my toolbox.

For a single user (which most IM's are) then the subscription will work out at less than 1/3 the cost of Nuke, and the 2 year deal is a steal.

It would be fairer to compare it with Sick Submitter for cost as it's closer to that price than Nuke.

Let's see where it is in a month. The more competition the better for us.

        @SerpSmasher, @Tron2k More Web2.0 will be added.

@SerpSmasher The upcoming release of UltimateDemon will have better support for Wordpress based directories. You will see a higher success rate.

We have a very good record when it comes to handling of refunds and I believe a lot of users will agree to this. We always process refund requests within a day, often within hours.

I'm adding in my review of Ultimate Demon in addition to Donny's.

I have a lifetime license with SENukeX and while it's expensive, I can use the software up to 3 PCs and no extra costs for upgrade next year.

Ultimate Demon is seriously lacking in a number of things:

    1) Very few article sites, Web2.0 (only 12 sites! ) and none in forum sites!

    2) No automatic email creation, it's a headache!

    3) Creates only level 1 backlinks, you cannot create backlinks to backlinks like SENuke. In short, there is no diagram to show the linking scheme that SENuke have.

    4) Interface is quite poor

    5) Success rate is quite poor. I had only 4 submissions out of 67 sites!

Like what Donny had mentioned, SENuke is many years ahead of Ultimate Demon.

Since this is their intial launch, I'll give Ultimate Demon another 1-2 weeks of use, I hope they have something new. If nothing new comes forth, it's a rare refund request from me.

I'm all for competition and its always good to see a new product on the market as it keeps existing suppliers on their toes. However, for anyone to entice me away from the tried and tested they have to offer something extra. Like when SEO link Robort came on the market the price was set low enough to make people, including yours truly take the risk. Plus the developer was always here to answer questions and help people out. Same thing with Magic Submitter. I have both products and whilst they are not perfect, they do a great job both in terms of quantity and quality. This Ultimate demon thing does not seem to be offering much either in quality or quantity to tempt me to even take a pip. PASS!

Most of developers try to make a new software when they get success with one tool. This happened for Scrapebox developer after launching Scrapeboard. It's better to focus most successful tool of the developer and try to give a great tool like Senukex.
After reading these reviews, I decided to skip UD.

      Kevin,
Big fan of your programming prowess, if you were the coder on Article and Blog demon Can you let us in on any roadmap stuff concerning web 2.0 additions to UD, or maybe some kind of learning mode so that we can train UD to submit to other types of platforms?

One of the reasons why I ask, and I'm privvy to a TON of different softwares: I'm the owner of seotooluniverse.com ..basically, if it's an seo tool, i've either bought it, demo'd it, or beta tested it

That being said, I guess I'm struggling with trying to see the value add of what UD brings to the table, where SeoLinkRobot, Scrapejet,Scrapebox,Senuke X, Link Thunder, Ignite SEO, Xgen Seo have already established for themselves. Is your unique selling point on price? The stablity of your code? The ability of your software to learn at some point other platforms?

Like I said, big fan of your other products I'm hoping UD can become successful for you as well.

Well, for all the people that are unhappy with UD and want something else other than SenukeX... I would highly reccomend Sentinel Bot 3...the new version was just released today (12/.23/2011). I was using Sentinel Bot 2 and it's awesome. It's almost half the price of UD and does a ton more. A great alternative!

@Kael41 Thank you for your kind words. Yes I am the main coder behind the demons but the credit is not mine alone.

Edwin do have plans to release a road map to our users but I can shed a little of it over here since you have asked.

    - We will be adding a scraper into UD allowing user to scrape sites for the site detector

    - More open source scripts will be added into the system so that user can add more sites that these open source scripts support

    - More Web 2.0 sites will be added but this will take time

For the learning mode that you have queried, the engine behind BMD and AD that was created in 2009 already supported learning mode but it's not as robust as the newly created engine that exist in UD.

However, learning mode is not something for a normal user. It will probably sink in better for people who knows how to code. The editor that we use internally to create plugins is currently still very script based and we will not be opening that up till a more drag and drop version of the editor is created. For now, till we feel comfortable, the learning mode that is inside the system will not be open up to the public but it is part of the road map.

Though the software and system is created to be as stable as it can be, I would say the main unique selling point will be the A.I. (artificial intelligence) that is put into each and every plugin (instructions that tell UD how to submit content to a website) that is created for our users.

There are a lot of things happening inside a plugin. It has to decide if a user account is logged in so it does not have to log in again. It has to check if a page exist. If a site has changed, it has to stop when it detect abnormality to prevent account getting banned. If a self add site stopped accepting submission, it has to remove the site from the list automatically. The list just goes on.

The down side to having so many checks in place is, it tend to raise more false negative (a successful post is returned as error) when it comes to success rate but we rather live with more false negatives than with more false positives (an error is returned as success).

I guess some of the unhappiness were created due to lack of transparency. So we do have plans to have a "Behind the scenes" that shed more lights on what actually goes on at EdwinSoft. If we decided to put that up, you will see it announced on our Twitter account.

@neil_patmore Agree. It is part of our road map for the learning mode but right now, I am not able to point at the calendar and say it will happen on that day.

I really Like Ultimate Demon so far

I am mainly using it for Mass Social bookmarking...but I like it about 1,000 times more than Sick Submitter

My first run with UD provided me with twice as many links as sick submitter with the same list

Sick Submitter's documentation is poor and I spent 2 whole days cleaning my computer of viruses...and I had to look deep into the forum for suggestions on how to run Sick when it should have been pointed out how to protect yoru computer from the get go

So much happier with Ultimate Demon so far..and the support documentation will get you up and running quickly

I think there is a lot of potential with this tool as the engine is really good

Also, with UD, I can actually work on other tasks whereas with Sick Submitter, I had to run it at night because it hogged my computer

It looks like it will save me quite a bit of money on outsourcing fees which is why I purchased it

I had the old SENuke for a year and it was the best in the market at the time. Tried the new SENukeX and almost bought it until I tried Magic Submitter based on the reviews on this forum. Can't say how many times i've seen a software vendor pick up shop, stop supporting their software or charge within the same year for minor updates. I've got faith in Edwin and Kevin to rise up to the challenge to meet the demand's of the buying public. I've gotta believe they know that the web 2.0 module isn't all that great, and right now in tool-land, good web 2.0 submitters are hard to find.

Having more competition is always good for the users. In fact, it is also good for vendors. It will make them constantly try to improve themselves to stay ahead. It also ensure that user get better support out from the product that they love so much.

I actually had a really good experience using the software, don't know why you guys complain so much it really does a lot of things.

Plus they just released an update now you can submit to directories, add more web 2.0 sites, article sites, bookmarks it's pretty much an all-in-one tool that you can use to properly optimize your sites, instead of just outsourcing everything.

Sure it's expensive, but its well worth if you are using it right, you should get your ROI within 1-2 months easily.

For anyone interested in purchasing the one-time fee license I found a coupon on for $40 off, not much but it's still something.

Trial is a double edged sword as if we limit what it can do, it gives a bad impression. If we make it a full trial, there will be people abusing the system and it affects all our paying customers. We are still thinking about it.

@7thAmigo Glad you have a good experience with us but I would suggest that you remove that discount coupon. It is against the T&C of this forum. You can check out the WarriorForum rules here: http://www.warriorforum.com/internet...ate-links.html in review threads.

@SerpSmasher (again) @7thAmigo does not work for EdwinSoft. We have very strict rules. Our staff are not allowed to post any discount coupons or promotional links on forums. In fact they are not even allowed to post in forums without permission.

I agree, a trial version would be most helpful. Most other software has this feature. IT may never be long enough to be super useful, but it's better than having to ask for a refund which most people hate doing ( or don;t get around to doing as they hope things will get better ).
Big fan of BMD, so would like to give it a try .... eventually

      Ok - a quick update

UD now has 39 WEB2 sites. My one and only run on this was an attempt to post to all 39. 29 succeeded - 2 sites were down (not the softwares fault) 3 seemed to reject my article for a technical reason (one did not like the title format when I check manually - which was odd as it "Was A Normal First Letter Capital Style Title" and 5 returned varios error codes meaning they had either been attempted too often or s script error had occured.

      About 75% success? Pretty good.

Also can now add to targets just about everywhere (except RSS)

Articles (all major formats - Beach, WPMU etc)
      Bookmarks (Pligg, Scuttle, Scuttle+)
      Directories (PHP directories)
Forums (Yup - you can add forums)
RSS Pingers (ok - no big deal)
      1 format of WEB2

I created 140+ bookmarking signups across 15 email accounts at about 70% success as well (most of the failures were sites I added that just plan didn't work or were very flakey) - but have my 1400-1500 BM targets for January - so that's all I need for now.

Finally got used to the "task based" rather than "account based" method of the UI - again this is fine but does take some adapting to. Reminded me of getting to grips with my first object orientated programming language after being a Cobol and Pascal dude for years.

At first I was bemused - then cross - then persevered - then..

"Ahhh - I seeeeee..it's actually better this way"
..that might be a mental journey for a few people.

Is it as good as NukeX now.

I'd say no, not yet at least. It's a little too new, lacks a few key features and is still a few percent below the success rate I would like. Not by a huge margin - but if you take price out of the equation, then Nuke has the edge.

I like Nukes keyword features and the auto email sign ups and various other things. And NukeX is very slick and polished - and works nicely for those who understand the importance of good internet connection, proxies, a decent home (or preferably server) based connection and all that other stuff..and not forgetting content that will actually get accepted

      As an aside...

I was just looking for a Video I saw a few months back of some IMer QQing about a product's failure rate when he was trying to post a 250 word article to hundreds of sites with a 300 word minimum - it kept saying on the screen "Article rejected - too short" and he kept saying "What does that mean"..some people

      ANYWAY...

      A fairer question might be...

Is UD stand alone good value for the under $50 a month?

I'd say yes, the 1.01 updates has improved it a lot, and more is promised.
For a few hundred bucks for 2 years?
If you don't already have a tool then this deal in particular is one to seriously bear in mind.

This isn't an whiter than white commendation of UD. It needs to continue to improve, it needs a few features, and it needs to establish a track record for reliability (hardly a fair thing to say about a new product - but for many in IM this is just the way it is).

But for those who understand what makes a high level linking system tick - and how to get the most out of one, then UD is definitley a tool worth looking at,

    Kevin,
Any chance we'll see url level reporting on submissions for bookmarking soon? I've been running a test today of bm'ing 4000 pligg sites..besides running at 25 threads, it's been taking a loooooong time. I'm sure some of that is due to emulating human input. Not sure if this 4000 submission will be done in 12 hours or so. Do you have any experience in submitting to large amounts of Pligg sites with UD? Through testing of course lol

But yea, the ability to generate reports at the url profile/story level is of interest just so that we can report back to clients who use our services where their links are. Thanks

    1) Signed up
    2) Verified Emails
    3) Posted Comments

to 702 Pligg bookmark sites...there's roughly 4100 active and healthy in my list

So 10 hours to do 700 or so..anyone else get any metrics using UD?

@Kael41 Actual live link (instead of profile link) has been in UD all along since day 1. As long as UD can find it, it will be added to the report and ping queue automatically.

The initial run for any given account profile in UD always take up more time. Mainly because it need to:

    1. create the account,
    2. wait for the emails to come in,
    3. update the profile,
    4. submit the content.

All the above adds up. Imagine if there is no seamless submission in UD, you will have to be in front of your computer and wait for each step to complete before you can proceed to the next. That is too disruptive to your daily work.

However, things become very different when you re-use the same account profile for subsequent runs. UD will go straight to the submission. It only log in to an account if the session has expired. Otherwise it is not even required to log into the account at all. This apply to all type of sites.

Try running UD again on the same profile for the same set of sites. You will see a huge time difference.

@SerpSmasher Btw, right click on any given task. You can now access the reports in 2 clicks.

@SCarter I do not recommend turning human emulation off. Imagine everybody turning that off and each is submitting 100 bookmarks to a given site at the same time. That quickly multiply up. The site that you are submitting to will not be able to take the load. It is equivalent to a DDoS.

What is DDos? Imagine 1000 people trying to talk to you at the same time. That is DDoS.

We do not want those sites to die. We want them to stay online for as long as they can.

Unbeleivable, how hard can it be to make one solid bot that does like 30-40 web2.0's succesfully. Senukex sucks huge time (tons of crappy site, and high failure rate), seolinkrobot sucks huge time (terrible low successrate) and now this tool [EDIT] seems there have been some improvements after the first 10 posts of this thread. Will keep my eye on it.

I think there is an issue here for those of us who link a little bit "darker"
I like to submit bookmarks from many different accounts and account profiles in one hit.

BMD allowed this (I could for example set it to run on just profiles that had "Digg", Delicious" and "Reddit" or whoever).

I have maybe 100 profiles with those accounts, and could run a campaign getting about 50% of those profiles to bookmark a specific URL. Get 40-50 Diggs for one URL in a 24 hour period (a nice thing to do if you have just done a major update to that URL)

Doing this in UD is a little more difficult. I need to keep selecting individual profiles with one account on Digg each, giving that a task to bookmark (once) then repeat. I can't just "click and go" for multiple Diggs to one URL.

Luckily I have BMD, so I'm creating profiles in UD and export/import them to BMD.

For indexing purposes bookmarking in UD is perfect. For instant traffic boost then the setup in BMD is a little more conducive. I realize I'm in a minority doing this, but getting featured on Diggs own front page for a decent URL has given me great benefits in the past

Haven't done this yet - I hope it works

Finding live links for post published articles.
As you know most article sites do not publish immediately. I can be 3-5 days, so the instant report that UD provides will not contain many of the articles that eventually get published.

My success rate with UD for articles is excellent - the whole area of automated article marketing (syndication) is getting a tougher nut to crack, but UD does it very well, getting excellent success, but would like to re-visit the submissions at a later date to check whether these articles have actually been published (so I can index them)

Is that included (I can't find it) if not will it be added? A right click on the task gives a contxt menu "Live Links" but the software does not seem to go back and access the links - it instead returns almost immediately with the original list of articles that were published instantly at the time of submission.

Batch Altering Profiles and Account Status

I have several campaigns on the go, and have some issue with the task management of them.
Firstly - when signing up to 11,000 article sites I get meany thousands of failures. Thats fine - but when I want to submit at a later dat..indeed every time I want to submit..the software insists on wasting time trying to open accounts on these sites.

I know I can delete the sites, but this seems to be only do-able "one by one" I go into the profiles account list and see the error messages "Pending account creation" or "Pending Account Verification" against maybe 7000 odd accounts in total. Unlike BMD I cannot "drag" a whole block in one go, neither can I select a point in the list and "shift click" another point in the list to bulk select them. I am left with either deleting them one by one (a task that would take hours) or putting up with the software fruilessly re-trying to mame accounts on all of them every time.

I realise there is some benefit in this, but the last time I ran - of the 7000 odd failures I got less than 10 more succesful sign up for a couple of hours of UD churning away. I would prefer to just delete these accounts in bulk from the profile to prevent this happening in future.

      Ended Tasks Reactivating Themselves

100% complete jobs keep trying to repost. I have gone into the task list and set various flags to try and prevent this, but now and again UD's scheduler springs into life and tries to verify an account or read an e-mail, this despite every task in every project reading 100%. Could this be prevented?

      However.....

This sounds like a list of gripes - it isn't. Im getting superb results on WEB2 submissions. Allowing for multiple submissions to the vast majority of sites it's possible to build up very powerful WEB 2 sites very quickly - ones with many posts. Each day I post fresh spun content to several blocks of 20 or more sites in various niches, and already some of them have 6 or 7 decent posts and are slowly but surely becoming "fire proof" in SEO terms

Using the bookmarking tool and ping to index is simplicity itself. The pinging is automatic (if you want it to be) and bookmarking is simple.

Email addresses can be used across every format. No more getting one barch for WEB2, another for Articles, another for bookmarks etc..now one address can create a full set of profiles.

Just as a directory submitter this tool wins points. I now submit to over 1000 directories with 60-70% success., Other tools that attempted that number cost $150. The last one I bought was the rather good Deep Linker Pro by Josh Spaulding - but the verification server for that went down a few months ago - and UD saved the day by allowing me to add literally thousands of PHP directories.

I think we just need some "account management" tools to allow us to delete unwated account or account creation attempts in the profiles, to prevent profiles from deciding to restart themselves when reporting 100% completion and get a real "live links" report well after the posting date essp for articles.

Anything more than that is just icing on the cake as far as I'm concerned.

      Cheers

      Scritty

Still has some work to do from a development POV, and no way is it a SEN-X killer, has potential but even at current prices I think its not worth the investment.

        Man - that was quick.

Just about every suggestion I put in my previous post has been implemented this morning.

Most importantly for me, the ability to remove failed sites en masse rather than have them keep attempting sign up. It was proving a very time consuming (and captcha consuming) process.

A fault with WPMU sites was fixed. I believe this was down to the fact that they do not accept the password you input, and send you another (so the password used in UD needs to be altered to reflect the one the site sends you)

I'm not sure about that one - but I had the same issue with Zennobot and had to code a separate branch off the email parsing module to handle it.

I still use Zennobot to go in and set categories for posts (vital - you can then index - 2nd tier link to an entire category which has a lot more value than a single post - and the URL is consistent..basically doing what "Link Farm Evolution" used to do before it started falling over all the time)

Right click access to sites is also very handy for cusomizing your WEB2 sites

I always do this if linking to a money site with real value - a 20 spoke WEB2 rink where you have made the effort once to give each separate site some personality, updated the theme, added a sticky post

[Great idea, once you have 4 or 5 good posts - if the platform allows it - put a sticky with you MAIN keyword link at the top, then your additional submissions roll off under this]

There are several other features and improvements in this update (can't rememebr the version number - sorry) overall speed is certainly one. 40 threads now whips through 1000 article sign up and submissions like there was no tomorrow - probably 50% quicker than it was yesterday. Also far greater success rate for articles as well (up about 30%-35%)

There are other things as a demanding user base we would like of course.
        • Project scheduling (i.e automatically picking the links created in part one of a project and putting them into part w etc without human intervention)
        • A few more premium (PR5 or higher) WEB2 sites hard coded in - I now have plenty of Web2 sites, but many of them are pretty low PR and authority.
        • The icing on the cake would be a coding/fixing api.
        • Picking up live links retrospectively for article sites that publish days after submission
Not expecting these additions soon (if at all) but I'm chuffed (English phrase = "Well happy") with UD - the best investment in time and cash I've made in a couple of years.

Ok, so for best practice usage, what I did with my 4000 bookmark sites is split them up into groups of 8 (500 sites or so each). That way I can pick and choose runs of 500 accounts each time I submit instead of just doing a massive 4k dump lol..works better that way.

Personally, and if you can afford it, go with a toolbelt approach. I can run LWB, SeoLinkRobot, Senuke AND UD and get a compilation of web 2.0's that each tool individually couldn't get. But i hear you, one tool should really be able to knock web 2.0's out of the park, but they're also the most complex due to one off scripting for using that platform. So when one thing gets changed...BOOM..down goes that web 2.0 inside that submitter..

@DrewG UD reports at the URL level.

@Scarter Thanks given. You certainly show decent knowledge when it comes to programming.

Allow me to add on to your list of possible reasons on a failed submission:

4.) Visual Aid providers not able to take the load and often times out. Especially true for certain providers (have at least 1 backup so that when 1 fail, it can fallback to the other).

5.) Unable to download emails from mail providers.

6.) Unstable DNS provided by Internet Service Provider (in this case, OpenDNS can be used to address this issue).

7.) Certain sites do not allow more than 1 submission to be performed in a day (In this case, what UD does is that it automatically re-schedule the task for such site to the next day).

8.) Some sites to not allow submission to happen too fast (this is when human simulation play apart). They will reject the submission totally.

9.) Having spaces in username, subdomain fields during account creation.

There are more to the list but generally, the software is the delivery man. It needs to deliver the goods (your content) from your computer to the destination (the web site). The journey is filled with challenges and monsters will keep showing up trying to stop the delivery man.

When the delivery man comes back and tell you that he has failed to deliver the goods, it doesn't mean that he did a bad job. Find out why he failed. Maybe he just need a better delivery truck.

You rather have someone who tell you the truth than having a delivery man who lied that he has delivered the goods but in actual fact, he had threw it away.

@Scritty Thanks given too. Yes. For what you are trying to achieve when it comes to voting, it is a lot easier to do so if you use BMD.

Finding live links for post published articles.
For finding article live links, UD currently does not do a retry after successfully submit an article. This will be addressed.

Batch Altering Profiles and Account Status
Indeed, when you have thousands of sites that you want to remove from a task, it can be a chore. Check out the next update. It will be easier.

    Ended Tasks Reactivating Themselves
I believe those items that are reactivating is likely to have a retry status. Open a support ticket the next time you see an item springing back to life when the task is at 100% processed. Indicate the status for that particular item from the "Task Log". A screenshot will be great.

    However.....
Yes. We will look into making account management easier for our users.

Once again, thank you for such a detailed writeup on your experience with UD. I hear you and will certainly look into addressing the points that you have highlighted.

      Thanks fellas,

It's in all our interests for UD to work and be a success.
One more thing I would add.

I would like (if it's ever possible) to be able to right click on a succesfully submitted item and have the option to "log in" to that item.

By "log in" I mean log into the WPMU dashboard, or WEB2 profile or main URL (as opposed tyo the URL of each individual article or post) using the stored password (there maybe other site types I would like to log in to)

Sure I can copy and paste the user name and password - but it does take a long time and is more prone to errors.

This allows me to micro-manage (at least to begin with) small updatable "blog" or "web2" farms and link to the main page URL - which often has it's own RSS feed and can even be accepted by directory sites in some cases - rather than just link to individual posts.

Just a suggestion - The UD software is in near constant use for me and has replaced several other aps on my server.

That is not allowed here. I am going to remove that poster's other comments, and any replies to them, from this thread.

That's odd because when I was missold on a WSO and commented as such in the sales thread the mods here promptly removed my critique thereby making the providers sales thread look whiter than snow white.

    I don't know about that ^^^ (Yet)
There have been quite a few comparisons lately, but IMO
it's the Diagram Wizard that sets SENuke apart from the rest.

Maybe a road-map of upcoming features improvements would help.

    Kevin,
Tell Edwin that he can probably put two or at least 3 other tools out of business if he incorporated some version of a "no hands or hands off" automated search and backlink feature. I'll be frank, gsa's search engine ranker is probably the best one right now in terms of sheer scope of platform backlinking..and Sven is kicking major ass in updating and supporting his tool.

But that being said, there's definitely still room in the marketplace to come in and offer a tool to do what he's doing, and considering your code base, I highly doubt it would take much to adapt to some of these posting platforms..for the most part it's simply a function of pulling DOM's and looking at html to consider what field and what to post..no account signups needed.

If you had that built into the tool, you'd be moving UD into a target market all by itself

Oh, and definitely consider adapting something akin to the Senuke visual backlinking protocol designer..it's actually an ingenious implement ion of visual programming

The items (including a mechanism to recheck publication status) that did not make it into this release will very likely be included in the next.

For the project scheduling, I have jot it down. It will probably be implemented as part of the link wheel.

Opening up of the API will likely be something that we will look into after link wheel is up.

I will discuss with Edwin on the "no hands" approach. Currently, our next focus for UD is to get link wheel up but we shall see how things move on.

@all Do keep the suggestions coming. Telling us what you do not like about UD will also help to improve it.

Given how many of these tools have come out recently (2 in 2012 on this forum alone, then there's no hands and scrapejet from last year) I'm not sure what value adding another guestbook, blog spammer would add.
Nothing beats adding 3 or 4 footprints and profiles to scrapebox itslef and letting the slow poster run overnight.

Some automation would be great though. I offer some fiverr gigs which I like to run in batches of 50 to 100 overnight. Would be great if I could set and forget, as It is I have to start at 8:00pm with one task, then about midnight harvest the URL's for a second task, then with my morning coffee harvest them again for a third. I don't use UD at the moment for this - but it would be great if I could.

From my use of UD, I can make the following suggestions for improvement:

        1. The ability to "rescan" all article, bookmarking and forum accounts to weed out the dead ones. These would be put into a pool to check in 3 and 5 days later automatically. If still dead/suspended, sites are removed from list. Also the ability to rescan for categories on all sites.
The current method of just "removing" failed things does not allow the user the ability to see what is wrong with a site, nor keep the list to test in a few weeks in case the error is temporary (as in over bandwidth etc). I would make it a manual scan of sites vs automatic. Users can opt in or out of automatic removal via checkbox. Removed sites should be stored in a viewable list that can be re-input into the site detector in the future in case some come back online. This will also stop the removal of sites that get removed in error, rather than because a site really is gone or just turned off submission permanently.

        2. Fix live links. I have a LOT of auto approve WP sites. If I get 300 successful article submissions, I only have maybe 6 live links. I know for a fact the number is at LEAST 10x that. In fact, a lot of the time I can actually query Google 15 min after a submission run and already see 30-40 of them indexed, yet UD never detects the live link.

        3. Fix the #Completed on the projects screen. If you run a report, the PUBLISHED and SUBMISSION status are far in excess of this number, yet neither one equals this number. For example, the #completed says 250, the excel report has 618 total listings, and PUBLISHED is 198. None of the two equals the #Completed, so it is very difficult to actually know what success you have had. Either the report is wrong OR the #Completed number is wrong. There is no way both can be right.

        4. Fix proxies to constantly reload from a fixed proxy file on the computer. Proxies die quickly. Products like ProxyGoblin and others constantly scrape and save proxies. UD should be able to re-populate the proxies on its own as new ones are saved to a file. A check every X minutes would do the job.

        5. Fix footprint scraper. As it stands now, it really does not do a good job of finding sites. While I do not expect Scrapebox, it barely grabs anything and I cannot for the life of me get it to work with proxies. The same proxy list in Scrapebox with the same footprint might find 5k results, in UD its very low, often less than 100. I have been told by customer support its because of the proxies, yet I can use the same tested proxies in Scrapebox and get Google results far in excess of what UD can do.

        6. Allow footprint scraper/tester to be on its own scheduler. It also needs a "keyword list" to use in addition to the footprint. I would like to load a list of perhaps 10k keywords + a list of footprints and have it run 24 hours a day, automatically adding sites to UD. This would be a HUGE home run and save a ton of time. This way I can schedule Article, Forum, Bookmark, ELGG site scraping on autopilot. This would find and add new sites on its own over time, on a schedule I set (run at X time each day).

        7. Remove the need to entering duplicate information for the same project. A given project should share already entered information. For example, if I am doing an article submission and then want to do bookmarking also, I have already entered keyword information and a bunch of other stuff, such as email to use, etc. Lets re-use that with other submissions in a project without having to re-enter the same info. An article published on directories can be the same article published to web 2.0s for example. Right now you have to repeatedly enter the same info.

        8. Better detection/use of categories for submission. I have added about 4500 article sites. If I use almost every possible category I use in AD at the same time (as a test), I still only get a list of about 3000 sites - this is trying EVERY major category I can think of. This means a bunch of sites will never get published to. Perhaps the best method here is to improve choosing a "default" category for sites that have no default, or having a way for me to manually look at the site and see what the categories listed are (or what UD shows them as). I do understand there are niche directories, but there are not 1500 niche (like golf only, or swimming, or outdoors etc), none of which have a "general" or "uncategorized" category.

        9. Once live links are improved, the ability to create an RSS feed out of live links and then submit this RSS feed to RSS aggregator sites.

        10. Improve the ability to add web 2.0s on our own. ELGG is pretty rare site format, there are not that many out there. There are other platforms that are more widely used that should be added.

Not all inclusive, but these would go a long way to improve a good tool.

Hello Scritty. Thank you for your responses on this thread. It lead me to your site. I then reviewed your testimonials, seen what you are offering with UD, and decided if you are willing to do the work of managing active lists, you deserve the aff. commission. I'll buy later on tonight through your site.

I use Scrape Box for finding all my proxies and import them into BD. Using both is much better.

Case in Point To All: If you are an affiliate, one excellent way to differentiate yourself and increase the originating software company's product offer, is to add on an additional service or product. Scritty does both.

In this case, Scritty has become an authority on UD. You simply can't beat getting first hand experience with a UD User who has spent hundreds of hours using UD. Packed with videos and updated PROVEN lists, has made my job much, much easier and faster.

I already have BD for the past four years, but have done nothing with it. Why? I made better money on other projects, where I didn't need to use BD. Now I have an actual use for UD, and will buy this on Scritty's site.

So, if you're passionate about any software, as an affiliate, you can build an entire membership site around your "unique selling position," and become the authority of that particular software. Just as Scritty has.

P.S. Until two days ago, I never heard of Scritty, lol. So don't think you have to be an "established" authority. You can start right now doing the same thing with whatever software gets you out of bed and keeps you up all night. Of course, your documented (pdf with email optin, or video squeeze page) success attached to your unique offer, will make you stand out. It's a numbers game, drive traffic to your site and convert 3-10% of your traffic, will make you a very nice monthly income. Rinse, and repeat.

I bought Ultimate a few weeks ago and here's my review.

    1. Slow - Although it can process several thread at a time, it is limit for some reason.
    2. Slow Database Loading - The Database take quite awhile to load.
    3. Captcha Cost - Edwinsoft simply raise the Captcha cost without your acknowledgement.
    4. Unpredictable Live Links - You submitted a link and it's live, but it certainly not appearing in the report.
    5. No Forum - No discussion, etc stuff.

What I found better than SENUKEX is.
    1. Price - $397 is simply better than $1297 a year.
    2. Import Personal Sites - This is what I found better than SENUKE X.

Conclusion, I will be taking my refund anysoon.

          To answer your pointers:

          1. Will look into this.
          2. Do open a support ticket on this. I will get someone to look into your live links. It will certainly help to improve the detection.
          3. There are a few factors that could affect the number. In the latest version, the report does an aggregation based on submission and publication reports. Sites that are removed automatically during submission process will also affect the completion #.
          4. Noted.
          5. Noted. I have answered this in the other forum.
          6. Part of our road map.
          7. Will be included in future releases.
          8. UD perform auto category updates. You will need to perform 1 submission and UD will be able to update the category for sites that do not have accurate category listing. It knows how to self-heal. If there is any site that it does not know, let me know. I will have it looked into.
          9. Noted.
          10. If you know of any open source scripts for Web2.0 sites, let me know.

          1. If you are referring to the human simulation, you can turn it off but it is not recommended.
          2. It should be relatively fast in loading. How long does it take you to have the database loaded?
          3. As far as I know, we have never raise the CAPTCHA cost without informing user. In fact we have never increase the cost before. Check out our website. All pricing are listed right on the main page.
          4. Yes. Live link identification certainly need improvement. It will be worked on.

Thanks for asking. I will use this chance to explain how update works for all EdwinSoft products.

There are typically 2 types of update:

      1. Software update - Occurs when there are bug fixes or software enhancements. The latest software update to UltimateDemon is 1.0.2.0 which was released on 21st Jan 2012. It occurs more rarely, on a "need-to" basis.

      2. Plugins update - This happen almost real time. We perform weekly update to all our plugins and the last major update was just couple of days ago.

Besides weekly update, we also perform adhoc plugin updates. You do not have to upgrade the software to receive these updates. The moment a plugin of a site is updated, your copy of UD will be using the latest plugin to perform the submission. For instance, you should see an increase in success rate for Pligg sites over the past 2 days.

I don't think it make sense for us to always send out announcements whenever we update the plugins as this happen too frequently.

To summarize, you do not see an update to the software version does not mean that there is nothing been done. Plugin updates are actually happening behind the scenes.

He probably doesn't have a team like Market Samurai, to help with updates. They update sometimes 2-3 times a week. An option would be Zennoposter, that way you've got creative control. But it will take some time to learn.

Let me rephrase what I wrote earlier.

Plugin maintenance = Adding and removing of sites.

    Each plugin = A site

To give an example of what we have done. We have removed 7 dead web2.0 from UltimateDemon in the last few days and we have added 9 new web2.0 sites.

Now the question is, is the above considered an update? for us, Yes. we are ensuring that the main list are healthy.

If by updating is to just keep adding sites and don't remove the dead ones, then I am afraid this is not what we do over here.

Note, the above figure is just a subset of what we have done. Don't forget we still have bookmarking sites, article directories and many more. And also improving the success rate of self-add plugins.

Our update includes ensuring we provide at least 70% health across 319 sites. We will try to push for 80% but main list is used by everybody. We will add sites progressively, especially sites that are of high PR. These sites can't be self-added and we have to craft specific plugin to handle them.

1 such example: posterous.com is now supported in UltimateDemon since last week.

What does the above mean? It means everybody are hitting the default sites damn hard. If we do what some of our competitors do (to give user a huge list of sites to submit to), a few weeks down the road, I will expect a lot of these sites to disappear.

One more thing, our default list are always hand picked. We go through them to ensure you don't get porn sites, gambling sites, drug sites and like. I do not know what other tools do, but over here, we put in effort to take care the well being of our users.

UltimateDemon is supporting a lot of open source scripts, allowing users to build their own big list of sites. This will ensure that everybody have a different set of sites listing that they can submit to. This translates to sites staying online longer.

Btw, expect a huge boost to live link extraction for wordpress based (auto approved) article directories in 24 hours time. We are still testing it over here.

100k of sites is a lot and a good number of them may no longer exist.

What you can do is provide us a list of sites (by opening a support ticket with us) that you know are fully functional but UD simply won't have them added, or having them submitted.

We will look into it and improve the system.

We have users doing that, even to the extend of sending us their data files so that we can help to improve the plugins.

... And the wait continues.. Do you actually work on this monthly payment program or vacation til something crashes then fixes it. Reason I say is because I own about every program on the market and most are updated often, especially new ones, as the first releases are usually near beta, so there's many updates after the release,. this released months ago and I have seen only 2 updates, if it was one time pay that would be fine, but since I pay monthly, I'd like to know where's the updates are, a low amount of article sites in the program works , same if you add some, web 2.0 platforms is limited, what do I have to pay extra or what?

To answer your question on whether we go for vacation, the answer is no. We have been working 7 days a week. There are so many new enhancements waiting to be added into UD. We also have a big list of feature requests from users.

To answer your question on fixing when something crashes, the short answer is yes. I do not know about others, but we only fix broken things. If it's not broken, why fix it?

If you are looking for software version update every few days, this will not happen.

Software version update will only occur when there are bug fixes or new enhancements available. So far we have released 4 version updates since launch (20 Dec 2011). Some bug fixes, mostly feature enhancements. You can take a look here:

      http://downloads.edwinsoft.com/support/ud_changelog.txt

We do not update our software frequently because there is no need to. They are very stable.

What we do update frequently are the plugins which happens in the background a few times in a week. Sometimes a few times in a day.

Plugin updates = adding and removing of sites, maintaining at 70% health. This is what you pay for the monthly fee.

Other software makers roll out updates by releasing new software version but not for EdwinSoft. Our products do not require our users to get a new software version to obtain the plugin update. This has been the case since 2009.

So if you are looking for software version update every few days, I am afraid it will not happen over here.

How often do you see in forums having a public outcry that EdwinSoft products are not working?

How often do you hear people saying that our products keep crashing?

How often do you see people talking about our products being buggy?

I believe the above are very rare.

The usual outcry you will see is low success rate. This is beyond our control. Users have to do their own housekeeping on the sites that they have added.

A butcher also needs to sharpen his knife on a daily basis so he can slice meat with ease.

Serp, if its upsetting you this much, just get a refund, go buy Zenno Poster and roll your own. Sheesh! None of these programs are updated at the speed at which you want. Not SENX, Not UD, Not Magic Submitter. And there's always new sites to be added, old ones removed and stuff that needs fixing. Or, if its the monthly fee that bugs you, check out SEO Link Robot.

If they were, it would be a non-stop 24 hour thing and that's not fair to the devs the work on the program.

Aww, buddy, relax. There are always alternatives to use. "mind your own business" Not in this lifetime. I have an opinion and a right to voice it. Fact is, if you don't like the answer you get from the dev, use another tool. Or, roll your own. I briefly considered this, but decided that it was far too much work. So settled on SEO Link Robot. Frankly, though with Google, its all just temporary.

No need to be rude you know. I don't know if you remember, but I certainly do remember doing this stuff by hand. So any wrinkles in any of the tools is alright by me. They get ironed out, just not on anyone else's time frame. And then G changes stuff anyway.

Does UD have the RSS camouflage feature from BD?

I think it's essential for proper bookmarking campaigns. I have tried to do camouflaging by hand in Magic Submitter before but it's a lot of work to set up.

Improvements to the software require testing before we release them for public use. Some changes are huge in the sense that we need to make server side changes too.

A lot of planning have to be put into place so that user will have minimum or zero interruption.

Unless really necessary, we try to avoid having the need to put up an announcement to inform of a 2 hours down time for server upgrade.

For adding of sites, it happen every time (when we've added new sites into the system) you run the software. This behavior however will be changed in the next update to improve the overall performance.

Just a few days back, 1 of the sites that we have added into our system is a PR 6 Web 2.0 site.

As to can't add more sites to the software, find a better list. There are a lot more working sites out there. You just need to find them.

Thanks. Truly appreciate your understanding on the amount of work that is required to ensure things are well maintained.

Yes. UD comes with RSS camouflage feature since day 1. It is in fact easier to use than BMD and does not compromise on the functionality.

In the next update, expect it to be even better.

Ok I am trying this right now. When fetching RSS feeds for camouflage, I have two gripes.

    1) Feedburner RSS feed articles always have a large parameter chain at the end of the URL after fetching. Please automatically recognize these and remove them, as it looks odd to include these in a bookmark. (Example: ?utm_source=feedburner&utm_medium=feed&utm_campaig n=Feed....)

    2) When generating descriptions for everything added, try to be a bit smarter about it. For some pages the generated descriptions are way too short (services are rejecting them) and I have to manually go in and write descriptions. Try to find the content body more often and use the first sentence or something.

The links are extracted straight from the feeds and trimming those off is tricky. Reason being that some feeds rely on those parameters to display the feed content. Having those in the bookmark doesn't really affect submission as it is very common for people to read from RSS feed and submit a bookmark based on those links. Normally people won't trim that URL before they submit the bookmark.

This is even trickier. There is no sure hit way to find the correct place to extract body content as each site is configured differently. What you can do is to edit the task and change the description from there. The update will apply to all bookmarks that have not been submitted.

It will not be Feb 2012 for sure as link wheel is huge but it is very unlikely to be June 2012 either. Expect it to be in between the 2 dates.

However, we will be releasing a new software version update with 20 over new enhancements in the next few days. Expect to hear from us soon.

yea right, senuke does alot more, and live updates at least 4 times per month, Areeb is very serious about his program, thats why the price is so high. UD will never be that price or touch senx, theres not enough updates, or platforms.

I've been using it since day one and have been really pleased with the product. While it's not SE Nuke, it's a hell of a lot easier to use and the price difference justifies the purchase.

After reading this thread, I'm convinced most of the nay sayers have never used the product, at least recently.

Their product name is based on the product series - demon series (RewriterDemon, BlogCommentDemon, BookmarkingDemon, ArticleDemon) which goes all the way back to 2006.

Now with Ultimate Demon (hence the name) they have one tool that includes the best features from all their previous softwares, plus much more.

I have been using Ultimate Demon for about a week now and I have to say, this is better than anything else on the market for its price. I upgraded my BMD license to BMD 6 and was very impressed, that's when I decided to take the plunge with UD.

I'm glad I did, I've been scrapping sites non stop since I got it and even with thousands of custom sites in it, it's still running smoothly. 60 threads and fully socket based is a bonus as well, it barely eats up any CPU or RAM so I'm perfectly capable of running other tools at the same time. The thing is, I don't really need to run anything else, I just load up the UD scheduler for the day and it handles just about everything I need.

The best feature you get with UD is Edwinsoft. They update their products like a company should. You won't be running out of date software. I just submitted a support ticket today with an issue I've been having and the support team told me they were releasing a fix for it in the next update. Looks like they are way ahead of me.

So what kind of numbers am I getting? I can't tell, you know that! I will say that it's very, very promising though. With the article directories I've loaded up, I have already surpassed the capabilities of AMR and I am getting more live links.

    No complaints here.

Magic Submitter and SeNuke are both like $67 a month each,
      who wants that ?
I'm a BMD, SeoLinkRobot & AMR owner and I'm only considering UD
because the windows consistently popping up in SeoLinkRobot,
other than that it works, there is an option to stop the windows
from popping up but on my machine they continue to pop-up.

What I don't like about the new BMD is that it always seems to want
to create new accounts with the targeted sites which means going
and creatinga new EMail again by hand which is a real pain.

But when you look at the monthly alternatives, BMD, UD, SeoLink
and AMR are by far better choices. Remember the majority of us
are looking for a tool, not a business partner on a monthly basis.

Yes , I agree that the monthly basis payments are a real pain but the problem is I tried using those cheap programs and I never got the same results (links) that I get with Magic Submitter with a click of a button. Maybe because I'm too busy & lazy in the same time and I don't want to sit for hours & hours every day to add / scrape for new sites. With MS I set the campaign in 10 minutes and I click a button to get 400 links in no time!. Other programs I have to scrape for hours or script new sites to add them...etc. That is very annoying and time consuming. So I would say you will always get for what you pay for.

BMD is also a 10-Minute Setup,
and to boot allows you to add your own links,
instead of submitting to the same links that everyone
          else is SPAMMING to.

"You get what you pay for", an old adage that sometimes hold true, but not always, with BMD out of like a 3000 submission I bring back like 300 links, roughly 10%, and if I had to give it my best educated guess I would say that it appears that's exactly what Magic Submitter is doing behind the scenes and simply showing you the results, not actually how many was submitted or true ratios and charging you monthly for that !

Just remember that for every two months of Magic Submitter payments are equal to one copy of BMD, me I rather see the money in my "Bank Account" versus theirs.

          But that's just me,

When did having a bunch of bookmark links become a bad thing ?, go figure. Even SeNuke teach in their Video Training that the Structure is:

              Build Web 2.0 Links
Then Submit those Web 2.0 to you guessed it "BookMarking Sites"

All this stuff is great, but yes still a lot of work, my currently plan of action is to simply start
taking more advantage of RSS combined with a TubeMongul approach and see what happens, my thoughts are that "Syndication" is the name of the game, let them do all the WORK !

And currently getting ready to purchase UD,
All good "InExpensive" software none of which are Monthly payments,
Now tell me what in the world would I need with Magic Submitter or SeNuke Monthly Payments ?
If anything I would maybe look at their "Life-Time" licenses.
ًWow , If I own all these softwares I will definitely hire a VA to get the job done and that will be a monthly cost as well. So I would better go for MS to set my powerful all in one campaign in 20 minutes and get my time and life back.

Monthly payments softwares like MS do the hard work for you ( scraping , adding new sites , fixing current sites..etc ) so you concentrate on your business and don't spend all day playing around with 4 or 5 seo tools (or maybe more than that for you!) which is very annoying and time consuming for a guy like me. A one time fee program like UD will give you almost the same power but you have to spend some time scraping , adding new sites..etc. OR if you don't have time like me you will end up hiring a VA to do these stuff for you and this will cost you more than the MS monthly payment for sure.

It's pretty simple , if one have the time and energy then better choose UD and save the monthly expenses. Otherwise MS will be the best option IMO. If there weren't different opinions about these stuff, not all the seo tools were gonna be sold.

Nope, they do not provide such. You can install on multiple systems(I think its 2 or 3) but cannot run them simultaneously.

I purchased ultimate demon. I have some few thing to say. Ultimate demon update should not be forced after some period of time you get a message saying the server does not support old version. If so the have the users to run their old copy off the server. I also have bookmark demon. but senukX still beats ultimate demon in some ways. but senukX directories can't be updated personally like ultimate demon.

Thats correct, with the latest update you can now add your own article directories and bookmarking sites that you want to have SEnukeX submit to. With the soon to be released Xcr version you will have the ability to add ANY site you wish.

Xcr will offer this and a whole lot more...you can get more details at the SEnuke.com blog.

I am using both SENukeX & Ultimate Demon. Both are good softwares. The only problem is getting the right content for your campaigns. Although, they do have content scrapers but the quality is not good. And everybody knows, low quality content can harm your site.

The best way to use these tools is to get professional content, spin it and run a slower campaign.

*smh* SENUKE is actually $147 a month for the full tool which does similar to MS at $67. The lite version of senuke is useless. And MS is the only monthly tool I've got. If you want to expand and succeed in this industry, you DO have to spend money. Not much, but some. And for me, I'd rather use a program like MS and have complete control over what goes where when, than a service that could be shutdown. Yeah it's monthly (though there is a yearly option), but so what?

The key to this stuff is being efficient and effective and MS (along with a good writer) is both. It's kinda like those folks that complain how expensive Market Samurai is compared to some other tools. MS is always updated, does WAY more than just keyword research and has made me money many times over it's small cost. Same thing here.

And for the record, MS does show you your success ratio both in submissions and accounts created. It also shows you a report where you have each link it created listed that you can check if you wish, as well as total number of links for a given campaign broken down by service.

And the links stick if the content is good.

SEO Link Robot does all that for a One-Time Off Payment, and his support (Steve) is superb, normally answers all questions within an hour or two if not faster, with updates being consistently done, sometimes weekly, and he is actually a Marketer himself, not some programmer that simply had an idea and chose to sell to Marketers.

It's all a matter of how the programmer chooses to arrange his pricing policy, monthly or a One-Time-Off, actually Seo Link Robot also offers a monthly now, I just happen to be one of the few fortunate ones that got in early and got a incredible deal on a Life-Time license.

Absolutely , they are working like a charm and they will get you to the top 3 spots on the big G IF you use them the right way. Remember the tool is only a tool and it always do what YOU teach it to do. The tool is built to save your time and it will never spam until you tell it to do so!.

The conclusion I feel is that both SENukeXCR and MS are great software and they have their own camp of supporters. Both sides experience success in their rankings, as long as they use it as a tool rather than a magic pill.

And UD is up-and-coming and I feel that it will be a good alternative to the top 2 softwares.

I use SENuke only because I paid for a life-time license and it already paid back in less than 4 months. Now, I'm using SENuke with only the CAPTCHA costs.

So, when you have decided which submitter is best for you, I suggest getting a life-time license. It's the cheapest in the long run.

I would most definitely say UD, but I've also read that UD can be a bit slow, but that's what happens when you combine everything into one packaged deal, I've also read that UD's bookmarking functionally is not quite the same as BMD, which is exactly why when I purchase UD I will also be keeping my BMD license.

What I like about UD is that it has everything:

      Web 2.0 Sites
      Wiki Sites
      Social Bookmarking Sites
      Video Sites
      Article Directories
      Web Directories
      Press Releases
      RSS Directories
      Forum Profiles (Only Self Add)

Not only that but the UI GUI is nice and simple in EdwinSoft products depending what side of the fence you are on, I'm heard contrary to that from other Users, but I like it, nice, smooth and clean.
And it's EdwinSoft which is a proven company, I just don't like their 24-Hour timeframe as to answering support tickets, but hey one can't have everything, but I'll tell you something, I have a vendor that answers all their tickets in like 5 minutes to 30 minutes.

I adopted this same policy and you will be surprise as to the customer retention / customer satisfaction that it creates, even if the answer is not what they want to hear all the time it still lets them know that you are very responsive to their concerns and places you into an entire other league compared to your competition, bottomline: No one likes waiting on an answer, especially in IM, slows things down, and IM is moving at the speed of light !, keep up with it or get left behind.

Yes it does. However, it doesn't have the sheer amount of different link types that MS does. Link diversity is still a GOOD THING. I owned SEO Link Robot. Went back to MS for this reason and the fact that the workflow with MS (especially now with the campaign wizard) was easier for ME. Honestly, whatever works for your business is good. But I just don't like the: "pay monthly for anything is dumb" tone you've got going on. True, there are a lot of solid software you can buy for a one time fee. Some of your list I've got. I personally love Backlink Energizer and still use AMR once in a while. Scrapebox always rocks. And I wasn't keen on Scrapejet but No Hands SEO and GSA SEO are both killer. But in some cases, a monthly fee for a service or one program, especially if it makes part of your business easier and automated is a good thing. You just have to be selective about it.

And with any program, monthly or not, don't believe the hype. No matter how automated you get nothing replaces a good strategy, testing and your brain

      Yep,

That's the only reason that I'm looking at UD is for the WorkFlow of things verses SeoLinkRobot workflow and popping up windows can be a distraction, but still SeoLinkRobot works. You're dead on regarding BackLinks Energizer once setup and ScrapeBox, Seo-Link-Backfinder appears to be a somewhat improved version of ScrapeBox without the submitting features.

Like you I only use AMR ocassionally, but it's a beast once you let it loose, I also concur regarding ScrapeJet, appeared to be more heavy in the indexing feature than Blogg commenting, but I stopped using it until I find a efficient way to switch between VPN's without having to worry about to many taps.

Just found out last night that ScrapeBox had started offered a new product, ScrapeBoard, but pulled it because of bugs, so I'm evaluating vBulleTraffic Storm a knockoff and not Spammy but more of a way of managing your Forum affiliations, nice idea, and has more features than ScrapeBoard, appears nice but still in it's beta. GSA I looked at and did not appear to be more than a indexer, I get that with SeoLink Robot's Fast Indexer up to 30,000 at a time, and really a separate program from SeoLink Robot, just an extra included on the menu, but will function apart from SEOLink Robot, same developer, Steve. As for No-Hands SEO, I looked at that many moons ago and cannot remember the reason I passed, will have to take a second look.

As for a monthly cost, I'm into "Fixed-Costs", but properly handled a monthly costs is still a "Fixed-Cost", just in the long-run it eats away, but I do understand that some programs have to be maintained and that's how some programmers cover their costs.

But here is a quote from Aristotle:

"Where your passions intersect with the
needs of the public therein lies your
      vocation"

      - Aristotle

Therefore I believe the programmers that don't charge a monthly costs actually just enjoy what they do, and could do it with their eyes closed, or in other words are not into it for the money, they do it because they love it, like all that's listed in my list.

As for UD, I think that I'm going to take the dive, just to have everything under one roof so to speak, not to mention that it's 100% socks, not Browser dependent.

Thanks Cypherslock and Genio... I have learned a lot in this thread. Since the underlying emphasis of this debate is backlinks, may I ask then if backlinks in general are critically important anymore? In addition will their significance be further depleted in future algorithms?

Also... if I am looking to "repair" URL's that ranked high PRE-penguin/panda... how would you go about using these tools to help in that regard? This is confusing to me as I was under the impression it was these kind of tools that led to the devaluation of assets that ranked higher in years past.

        Thanks in advance.

Backlinks are always a good thing,
          the thing is a post-penguin/panda
is make sure they are "Relavant" backlinks,
not just spammy BackLinks, relevancy now
is everything, the Big-G wants to make sure
that the User-Experience is a quality one,
also be careful in using re-directs in your
site, that's a big No-No, all this is explained
at the Big-G WebMaster's tools portal, or
you can request a "Re-Consideration" if you
think you have been penalized for having
Spammy links, after you have tried to clean
up your act, this is all done via the WebMaster's
          Tools portal.

Xrummer is TRUE bh. Not something I'd touch and way too expensive/hard to learn for most. I'd be very interested to hear (or better yet see in a video?) your thoughts as you use UD, Genio. Curious: what do you use for keyword research? I've got several and generally use: Market Samurai, Keyword Map Pro, Trend Miner Pro, Brad Callen's Niche Finder. Debating picking up Serp Attacks Pro. And then of course there's googles tool. I will say I love Keyword Map Pro as it makes structuring your site top to bottom for relevance to your niche a total breeze.

Marty, you'll want to make sure that you have buffer sites and that they're of good quality when you DO build links. And I wouldn't focus as much on this or page optimization etc. Those these are part of the overall strategy, first focus on your market, and getting "You, Inc." out there. Make your content rock. Do this first and consistently and you'll be long-term safe.

Genio, I use Hide My Ass. I have a yearly subscription and for me it's the best I've seen. You can schedule random IP changes and they have thousands across the world. It also makes Netflix a bit more interesting. Yes I do have an affiliate link, but I truly love the service and haven't really promoted it. I do know it is an integral part of my campaigns when I use MS.

Ohhhh... c'mon Dude... I think you know I am way beyond that...

I was hoping you could explain how YOU use these tools in regards to the questions I asked. For example, what do you mean by buffer sites?

      Yep,

I use HMA also, careful in that they are becoming more and more like a ISP everyday with their do's and don'ts.

As for KeyWord choices, I thought that I had them all until you showed me your list, out of all the below that I have my choice is "KeyWordXP" purchased right here in the WF, based on Google Suggest, fast, and brings back a Competition Rank based on Titles and URL's:

      (My KeyWord Tools Arsenal-All Licensed):

      KeywordXP
      KeyWord Inferno
      Commission Crusader
      Keyword Researcher
      Stealth Keyword Competition Analyzer
      Stealth Keyword Digger
      Keyword Reaper
      Keyword Winner
      Niche Mania
      Traffic Travis
      LongTail KeyWord Generator (Yahoo Answers)
      Niche Finder
Power Levarge Pro (uses Google Suggests and actually will build the structure for a new MU-Site)
Blog Profit Pro (uses Google AdWords API, but allows you to manage all your WP Sites in one Console)

There is also a FREE On-Line Google Suggests tool that does the same
thing as Brad Callen's Niche Finder (Domain Match / Domain Availblilty) and
allows you to dig as deep as you want:

      KeywordBuzz.net

I'll tell you, that Traffic Travis and Niche Mania are No JOKE, and the two
Stealths will bring back enough keywords to last you a year in one run, actually
they are all nice, including the lightweight ones for quick short work, and KeyWord
Winner interfaces with your WordPress Editor allowing you to transfer all the top
KeyWord choices directly into the WordPress Editor to use as paragraph headers
to start writing an article from scratch with the "Winner Takes All" feature.

      Word to the Wise:

      On the BackLinks Tip again,
I just picked up Seo-BackLink-Finder this morning,
and all I can say is,
"Like Whoa, Like Whoa, Like Whoa, Hold the Horses, this freaking thing is INCREDIBLE"

I thought it might slow my station down and considered putting in on a spare station,
but No, it's lightweight and fast, but my connection is a 10 Mbps connect, without a doubt
that has something to do with it, but it's not blogging down my station, appears zero Memory
Leaks !, call the Fire Trucks this thing is Blazing ! ! !

I think I would better knock the Bookmarking service module in MS to get the job done. I see you like to test and own a LOT of tools though. For me I like to keep my strategy as simple as possible. I love "all in one" softwares. Huge time savers.

BTW , do you really use all these tools ?! How much did you pay to get this HUGE gallery ?! I guess it's 3000 $ or something like that!. I think you better put all that $$$ in your own business and see what happens, you'll find more cash in your pocket at month-end.
Or you can buy MS for 7 years in advance!. : )

Anyway dude , do whatever you think is the best for your business style. People always think in very different ways. We just can't change that. I wish you all the best.

All these tools have fully paid for themselves, so I
guess you can call them FREE, for me !

No problem I understand if you don't have the cash,
and I guarantee you I can do more with these tools,
than you will ever be able to do with MS, last I checked
      MS is what $67 a month, that's $800 a year, go figure.

      Not too Smart,

But it's your story, tell it anyway you want to,
Just don't ask us to believe it !
As I mention previously, all a matter if you are
a Full-Time Warrior or a "WeekEnd Warrior" (smile).

Here is another adage for you:
      "Big Hat, No Cattle"
      go figure that one out.

      Looking at your join date,
you sound like a MS rep here trying
to push MS, sorry but we are not buying.

But I'm mistaken, I read your post stats
and see that you are a Noob, at least to here.
So obviously your pockets are not too deep at
the moment, therefore "As You Were" with your MS,
      Good Luck / Best Regards.

Welcome and If there is anything I can do to help,
let me know, Sorry, but I don't want to hire you as a "VA"
I do everything myself, the only way to go, no one has to
how did you put it, "Set Everything Up For Me", If anything
I should model MS and duplicate their model as long as there
are Noobs like you willing to pay a monthly fee for a service
      like that.

Hey Scientist! you went so far. I'm not an MS rep! and I'm not trying to push anything here! and definitely I'm not seeking to work as a VA for Scientists!!.

And yes , I'm a noob to seo tools who started using MS 2 months ago. And I got all my keywords on page 1 of the big G for the first time. So MS already paid for itself for me. I was paying 200$ for SEO services monthly! and I didn't get half of the results I got with MS.

As I told you before I hate monthly fees and I was considering UD for this reason but I hate scraping and adding new sites even more!. ( I never tried UD but someone told me here that the sites in UD out of the box are crap ). I found some guys charging 30$ as monthly fees to provide ready-made site lists for UD but this is simply ridicules .

So until I find an alternative tool that will keep me working as a weekend warrior who can dominate any keywords that he wants. (Yes , I'm too lazy and I don't like Full-time work though) I will just stick to MS at least for now. This is simply my story whether you believe it or not, I don't care.

Sounds like you picked the wrong business to be in, if you hate "Scraping and Adding New Sites", that's the fun part and it's the Bloodline of IM.

Yes as previously mention I read your posts and you carry on like MS is the best thing since Slice Bread, for someone in your position I imagine so, if you are not already a affiliate for MS, I highly suggest you do so, at least this way you can try to earn something for the way you are raving on.

At any rate, on your Merry way !

As a former SENuke & Nuke X user I find ultimate demon much easier to work with. Campaigns are quicker to setup and it just feels more robust all round.

One of the biggest advantages is how it handles importing custom link targets. Scrape a list of targets and mixed platforms, paste them into one box and ultimate demon sorts it all out for you.

Where as with SENukeXCR you have to import one platform at a time in a certain way which makes it a royal pain to deal with.

I've also featured Ultimate Demon quite heavily in my tiered link building tutorials The Ultimate Guide To Tiered Link Building Part 1 - Matthew Woodward so if your unsure of how to use the program, well its pretty much covered from every angle there.

The other advantage UD has is the one time fee, $349 one time vs $147 per MONTH!

I did try Magic Submitter as well but jeeeez that interface is ugggllly I quickly jumped back to UD =D

Yea, Scritty is one of the few in our industry that is no holds barred, straight to the point if something works or doesn't. You either hang your hat on something that WORKS, or you can become an affiliate to complete shit that gets passed around the web and strick your autoresponder message out there with the rest, exclaiming shock and awe when the next rehashed thing comes out.
