Help in choosing a Provider for Domain Names, Hosting, Email Services and Web Design

Hello fellow Warriors,

I came across a "good deal" for getting a website, domain name, hosting and email service, freewebsitedesign.ca . I am getting
$49 for a custom website design and one year of hosting from FreeWebsiteDesign.ca ($144 Value). Is this a good deal? I need a few websites as I bought the Steven Wagenheim Luxury Niche Pack 8 WSO, and want to get this niche going. Any suggestions? Any feedback would be appreciated as I am a newbie and want to get started on the right path.

Thanks in advance,

Danny

I suggest you buy a domain separately from godaddy.com or namecheap.com because if they give free domain to you, they also will take it back when you leave them. Domain hosting is very cheap, bluehost and dreamhost offer cheap hosting like $7/month. This combination will give you good quality and best value.

I buy domains from namecheap because they give you free whois guard for a year. If you still want to go with that hosting company they'll probably let you add the domain during the checkout process. I like hostgator for hosting...haven't had any problems and their support staff is world class.

I use coupons and usually get domain an hosting for around $50 for the year. I am fine with that.

If you read your terms of service it should say something about them keeping that domain in there name for the term or longer. Those sites are cookie cutters. I used to run a service like that.

I thought I was offering something that was needed. I do not like any of the services now.
