What we were marketed by Matt was buy through his link and get the bonuses (of which the CPA course would not be released to the public).

Then less than five days later after mass control closed, he put the bonuses out as a separate offer, including the CPA course he promised he wouldn't release to the public.

So, he made a promise to encourage people to buy MC thru his link. Then after MC is closed, he releases the bonuses to the public spiting his MC customers in the process.

In addition, since he is releasing the course to the public there is a few more days delay.

Contact Mass Control support and tell them you want to make sure (insert affiliate of your choice) gets credit for the sale, because that's who you bought from. They'll take the sale from Matt and give it to whoever you tell them. Then you'll qualify for that person's bonus, and Matt will rightly lose a commission for lying.

Hello all,
Being called a liar has a funny affect. I really hate IM forums but somehow feel compelled to comment.

Frank decided to give Mass Control 2 away free to MC1 owners and many of them still wanted my bonus. They are loyal customers of Frank's and like the stuff I have to offer so what am I to do?

I decided to make it really cheap for them to buy and get my bonuses. That's it.

I didn't plan it and I didn't know it would happen until a week after I did
the video. I got tons of emails from frustrated MC1 owners that wanted my bonuses so what would you do? A smart business man and marketer sells it to them! Does that make me a liar?

I never intended to sell the CPA course ever. I did intend at some point in the future to sell access to my shopping cart and I have always sold my landing page design services. Those are all the elements of my bonus.

So, new information came in and I made the decision based on that new information. Saying that me selling this bonus package somehow damages people that bought MC2 through my link is ludicrous to the extreme.

For one, I polled my entire list AND everyone that follows me on Twitter. I asked repeatedly for everyone to give me feedback on whether I should offer my bonus package as a standalone offer.

I got nothing back but a resounding YES! So, I responded to what my customer's wanted. They wanted to buy my bonuses and not one single person said, "Don't sell it because I want it exclusive to MC2 buyers only."

If they had I may not have sold it. We'll never know. The point is that the scarcity thinking that I am hurting someone by selling my bonuses just doesn't make sense. Think abundance! The world is limitless!

You can make millions right next to 1000 other people making millions doing the EXACT same thing.

Have fun people! Make money, give a ton away and help people. Your lives will be awesome and you'll never have to worry about logging into a forum ever again.

goldmind123, Yes you will get your bonuses. No where anywhere does it say that I am charging MC2 buyers for my bonuses.

I simply made it available to MC1 owners to buy simply because they had no way to get it. They get MC2 for free and thus couldn't buy through my link.

The holdup on my bonuses has nothing to do with my selling the package, it's the fact that Frank's team is STILL sorting out Infusion's tracking failures on launch day. Without knowing the people that bought through my link I can't give out the bonuses.

Also, my shopping cart is not quite ready anyway. It will be ready next week.

So, look for email from me about the bonuses.
They are gonna be awesome!

Thanks for the reply, I was just confused because on your shopping cart, you put 2 options, one for MC customers and the other is for non MC customers, but you didn't specify MC1 or MC2 ,now you made it clear, thanks again[by the way and for curiosity, how you'll confirm the ownership of MC for the buyers, I see that I can go and order through the lower price tag link without being asked for such a confirmation, just a question I ask to learn something

And by the way, as one who is involved in this, I don't mind you selling the course, I followed the conversation on your blog and saw how many MC1 customers asked for getting CPA course for money, and I wondered why you don't do so?

And yes, it has a value now, even if it's overpriced (and I don't think so), you still have to pay that price to get access to it, so this price is its real market value, so the bonus is actually now worth $1188 for the shopping cart, plus $497, making it $1685 worth! , without counting the free landing page that can be used as a model as many times as you wish! and beleive me, having such a successful winner model to replicate for different niches worth a fortune of money and hours of effort!

Stick to your word and retain your credibility or break your word within a few days of giving it and lose a degree of credibility with some people.

Well you specifically said, you won't release it and it's purely for MC2 owners, then you go ahead and release it . It doesn't make you a liar as a liar infers it was premeditated, which I don't believe it was, the opportunity arose and you grasped it, however it makes you somebody who's word carries less weight in future. Of course it does, you said one thing and did another, and there's no reason to suggest you wouldnt' do the same again if the opportunity presented itself.

This has been one the biggest BS posts I have read to date. I love how so many people jump up on their soap boxes. Ok if you want to get Trainer's bonus than cough up the money and then contact Kern's support to get a different bonus. You can pay the 1k or whatever Matt is charging.

The exclusivity made it more valuable huh? BULLSHIT...

The information in the bonus is what sold it not the exclusivity. Don't accept the bonus, call the support and change the affiliate link to get a different bonus.

I don't consider the prices Matt is charging as cheap. Do you?

Personally I am tired of all the same shit on this forum from people that just complain. Instead of looking at the info that Matt is giving, people just bitch and moan about other things. I can see why most people don't get anywhere in this business or in life.

I will say what I want when I want. If you don't like it then go away. It is pretty simple. If people on here have the right to complain about everything I have the right to say what I want.

No big brother here just someone who does more than complain. If what I have said hurts than maybe you should change yourself.

Thomas, wow man, from the outside it seems you are complaining about the exact type of person you are.

My whole point is Matt promised one thing then did an about face for no reason other than more $.

He posted a nice reply however it failed to include an admission of responsibility for the violation of his word.

If Matt thinks it's OK to trade integrity for money, then of course no responsibility will be assumed.

To say MC 1.0 owners should have access to the bonuses is silly. Since I bought 2.0 should I not get access to the bonuses offered when 1.0 was sold?

Instead of polling his whole list, he should have polled the MC 2.0 buyers and asked if they minded him selling the bonuses, as it was this subset group the promise not to release the course would be broken.

Anyway, it is what it is. Again, stating people should switch affiliate IDs is another lie and doesn't right anything.

Wow man, I am not the one bitching about information being sold. You got the info which is what you wanted. Instead of being happy, learning from Matt and putting it into action, you complain that others are getting it now. It seems to me that you are just bitching about nothing really.

The fact of the matter is business is a lot better than having to deal with people who complain about mundane things. Again, I am assuming you purchased through Matt's link to get his info. Why would you otherwise. Now you complain that others who will pay a lot of money to get access to it.

That is limiting frame of mind which you see on here quite frequently. Why do you think a lot of the people that we could learn a lot from don't come here. It is because of the whiners and complainers which you seem to be a part of.

I am literally shocked by these types of posts. The information Matt is providing hasn't changed since you purchased. He just changed his mind since his customers who purchased from him before wanted his information.

It doesn't make the information any less effective.

I agree with those calling Matt out. Sometimes, providing limited access to good strategies makes them worth much more. In this case, the CPA bs might be great and now that he's selling it to others it could dillute the market in the short term.

I think the main issue here is that we saw all the snake-oil salesmen come out when MC 2.0 was released. Rather than Matt sticking to his word, he chose $ and alienated present and future customers. At least Kern has the juice to stop selling MC when it is sold out.

I'm just glad I didn't buy from Matt and I'm sorry for those that did.

Missed the important point completely. The point (or as you define "complaint") is this:

Matt made a statement he would not release the course then he did, without admittance of a mistake.

I don't like being lied to. That is the point. If someone tells an untruth about something small, then what other important points may they not be telling the truth about

He posted a very basic video as the first video of the CPA course 3 days ago, announcing that he will update the course every day, but nothing is happening, and he didn't contact us for the shopping cart access yet, ?
What's going on?

I'm starting to feel bad about this!!

He actually said "practically" every day. Of course, after receiving the email announcing the sale of the "I'll never sell it" CPA course, I take anything said by Matt with a kilo of salt.

He also tried to buy back the shopping cart bonus for $100 LOL.

My admin told me he posted a comment on his blog politely requesting if the $50k was gross or net and possibly provide some screen caps of proof. Of course, the comment was not published.

It's not like we've done anything for him like putting $1k in commissions in his pocket.

I don't know why people stand for this type of POOR treatment from some of these gurus. Lately, it's been outrageous. Arbitrage Conspiracy (marketing claims, refund switch, etc), PPC Classroom 2.0 (forum access well not really), Matt's failure to deliver any of the bonuses (he did say Feb 23-24th in his email), etc.

Matt, you need to step up and deliver the bonuses.

By the way, I didn't complain about what Matt did, and I posted my opinion in an early post and thanked Matt for showing up and clear the confusion, and told Matt that I am as someone involved in this (I doubt you Thomas are) don't mind if he is selling the course for money, I just care about receiving what I was promised, that's all, what pissed me really off is your way in discussion, and accuse others of being trouble makers and amateurs for posting their opinions here.

The information in the bonus is what sold it not the exclusivity. Don't accept the bonus, call the support and change the affiliate link to get a different bonus.

You seem to be missing the point that people are taking issue with , it's not the value of the item. Infact I could care less whether it's worth $100 or $1000. Although certainly exclusivity of anything does increase value , certainly in info products, although this is not the issue here. Matt was called a liar, I don't specifically agree with that but at the same time he has damaged his credibility, I would not be so inclined to believe something he said in the future.

Looking beyond your childish, petty name calling and sarcastic reply, I'll attempt to address your ludicrous congratulatory praise for never changing my mind.

Of course there are circumstances where I've changed my mind when additional information is presented.

If changing my mind causes me to go against my previous given word, then there better be serious implications for not changing it (somebody getting hurt, mortal wounds, etc.).

What are the implications if Matt didn't release the bonuses? Lost potential for a few $$'s.

There were easy solutions ... he would have not released the bonuses publicly or released all but the CPA course.

Instead, he chose dollar signs. So be it, what's done is done.

You know, there's always a 'catch' to these bonus things. The ghost is free, and it comes with it's own jar. The Shaman that you're going to need after opening the jar and freeing the ghost, however, is very expensive. And not part of the bonus.

So, honestbizpro, can we JV on this? You have the ghost and I have the shaman with the banishing spells...

  James's deal is looking pretty decent, what you don't need when your going to invest a lot of time and energy into something is even more material to distract you, or a few squid in your paypal account or a free toaster, a coach however is worth his weight in gold.

  Either way the buyer who is attracted to the quick hit of cash back may not be the perfect buyer for 'make multiples with mentoring" packages like ours and Jmo.

  My advice to those deciding on MC2 bonus material is to decide what kind of a buyer you are and what level your at.
  
  If your the kind who keep burning holes in their pocket with material but never applying due to lack of motivation or understanding, then seek out an offer such as James Schramko is offering, you need personal coaching and hand holding to make an investment like this worthwhile. Forget adding another 5000 pages of info material to your library, get somebody who's prepared to help you apply the information. 10 hours with an experienced mentor will be worth a thousand new e-book cluttering up your HD.
  
  However if you know your way around the world of IM, already make a solid living , then go for a bonus which offers you a ton of valuable material which is as near focussed to your market or requirements as possible.
  
  In short , perceived values can be very convicing and yet ultimately useless. What does it matter if you get $50,000 "worth" of Stompernet bonuses if you don't have a clue how to even create a basic landing page, go with what you need not with what appears the most shiny at face value.

No disrespect to anyone offering bonuses; I think it's great. But if I were buying mass control, I would not care about bonuses. It would seem like more of a distraction than anything. And if Mass Control v2 is as good as all the reviews out there, than why would someone even need a bonus.

Mass Control in itself is rather comprehensive and heaps to learn. Then to add to the learning with bonuses that require one to spend another 50+ hours of learning. Wow... when will guys ever get a chance to DO rather than LEARN.

I know learning is important, but it makes you no money. Doing is what makes the money.

Would be nice to see some bonuses that are software tools or graphic design jobs etc. Seems the majority of bonuses are just info products of some sort or the other.

Hey goldmind if you are so unhappy with the bonus then check up with frank's support team.
I heard that if you contact them and let them know that for whatever reason you want to be signed up under another affiliate this should be no problem. I'm sure that the other affiliate wouldn't mind =)
Anyways I'm not 100 postive about that but you should give it a shot, could save you and others a lot of nerves and time/energy.

Yes, video two did come out today. It's all about traffic.

Summary:

- use ppc, ppv and media buys.
- to learn ppc watch the adwords videos on google's site
- Only use Yahoo as google is a pain with slaps.
- PPV is targeted traffic but isn't
- You can make millions with PPV
- To learn PPV, get PPV Formula
- Media Buys = unlimited traffic
- You need at least $10k (maybe $5k).
- You have to deal with people and sign contracts
- Make sure you get a 48 hour rescind contract clause (out clause).
"That's it for traffic!".

Wow, when he said he'd be painting broad strokes he wasn't kidding. The course is a joke ... people who didn't get in on it, you are missing NOTHING.

What was the commission payout schedule for MC 2 on the payment plan?

The payment plan put it being paid off right at the 60 day refund period... so it should be the same I would guess.

Anyway, I paid it off 4/17 and I am waiting on a "cash rebate" bonus from the affiliate I purchased through... pretty sure he should have gotten his commissions by now, but looking to confirm with someone who actually knows.

It's that time again, and Frank Kern's Mass Control goes live again tomorrow afternoon, the usual crazy stuff with Bonus is sure to be in full gear. Frank was cool enough to give me an affiliate, and here is what I've decided to do.

I've been marketing since 1998. In the trading niche (day trading stocks, forex, emini's) I'm considered something of a secret weapon by the top players, but I've stayed behind the scenes.

On the 19th my client will be on ABC 20/20, we used Mass Control on the producers to get im there.

I think my bonus is going to be the most helpful, because I'm going to work with you one on one and show you how I have applied Mass Control to add over $8million in value to my clients business' this year.

I don't have a single product of my own, not one. I just launch websites and refine people's business using a splash of Mass Control, a big ole dash of PLF and some of my own magic dust as well.

I typically charge $10,000 plus 25% of the profits to do a launch, but I owe Frank big time for everything I've learned from him. So, for the first FIVE people who buy from my link will work with me on their launch to make sure they are successful.

I tend to not talk about who my clients are because a lot of guys in the stock market, forex market, emini market etc do not want their clients to know that they market aggressively since that can cause a lot of hostility. Tim is one of my client though and he has been kind enoug to let me use him as a testimonial.
He is one of the smartest guys out there, before I even came on board he was doing nearly $30,000 per month almost 100% from Facebook and Twitter. (you know the type of stuff all kinds of broker marketers try to sell courses about doing, even though they dont do it themselves...I guess they are reporters :-) )

Thanks Jason - I'd have to say that the people I've gotten the most from are you, Frank Kern, Jeff Walker, Bob Serling and my old partner Jeff Tappan.
Anyway I'm excited to be part of this launch, and any sales I get will be cos of your video hijacker and RFM methods.
This is totally a side note, but my little sister closed on a house two weeks ago and just found out she lost her job today at the hospital. I'm probably going to hire her as my JV manager/assistant because she's got an insane work ethic, but I also showed her the video hijacker stuff, and she's going to use that over on Youtube to try to bring in some $$$ too, she's got three people talking to her right now, nothing closed up yet.
