Thanks for the link, honestly looks like alot of other site builders that have come out in recent years with premade templates and already embedded aff links to utilize. Looks pretty streamlined. It may be worth the price as a one off tool.

The product was formerly called "Co-Pilot" system . I bought it and have tried it once yesterday...having some problems its mainly my Hosting company issue I believe.

I do find something good about this product... I especially like the Article Snatcher and Rewritter which are slick ... infact, even if I don't use the WPNichesniper to create my sites, I can make use of the article snatcher to search for articles and then rewrite it for my other sites...
The Rewritter is based on the Best Spinner APi and the great thing is, you do not have to pay anymore after buying this product..

Only one thing I wish it could improve.. a small one, is that , once I select more then one Amazon product to post, it will says that the system needs not more then 3 for a micro niche site.. I also wish that it has its own members forum so that members could mingle and share and provide suggestions such as these...

Overall, I dun think its a scam .. and it can really built sites fast as advertised with a nice clean theme filled with spinned articles automatically...

I have to disagree with you about Article Snatcher and Rewritter.
The interface may be slick but the spinning isn't great just replaces some words with words in the wrong context which might be ok for submitting to
article directories but not webpage content. I tested a few aricles and they all failed Copyscrap.
I'm looking at getting a refund

Sad to hear that..
Oh.. I just went back to my site and went thru' Copyscape and realized it doesn't past copyscape too .. Probably I shall rewrite it alittle bit..
They say they uses the Best Spinner APi ... Does Best Spinner gives this kind of results too ?
Some articles are not completely relevant too...maybe I shall source for more relevant contents and run thru the rewritter again.

However, the support got back to me pretty fast.. within 24 hours..
But you need to give them the details .. I gave them my cpanel account, nichesniper login account and they fix my site and tell me whats wrong with it..

To comment on the rewriting software, we do use the Best Spinner API, which we have exclusive rights to use this software at no additional charge to our members.

In terms of quality, we went with the Best Spinner because it has the best results compared to any other spinner on the market. Of course since its "automated" its not going to be 100% spot on, however it does a very good job. You may need to go into an article and edit a few words, however it is a HUGE time saver! You always have the option to publish your own articles. We also added a new feature last week where you can upload your own content (ie: PLR) and utilize the spinning feature for ANY content you may have.

I'm not 100% sure, but maybe if you expanded the site as they talked about for paying sites, maybe you can change the 3 original products with others for newer articles (While keeping the original ones??) Just a thought.... :confused:

As far as a "forum" goes - they did say they have a Skype group that they will run for 10 weeks.

If enough people ask for a forum, maybe they will open one.

On the face of it it looks like a really good piece of kit.

Obviously, as with most things, there can be teething problems and causes for comments, queries and concerns.

The training videos are excellent and easy to follow.

It was made clear that the price on the webinar was so they can get some feedback for when, and if, they make it available to the public.

I have other software tools that create sites and this has to be the best, and the quickest.

As for the articles not passing Copyscape - if you are adamant that they should, then it takes no more than a few minutes to edit an article within the back end. It is so simple and quick to do.

As regards the 30 day money back guarantee, the only "problem" is it generally takes longer that that to make Adsense money, so we are going to pass the "return date" - however, there are still Clickbank and Amazon products that could pay up.

On the whole - I can't see anything negative with this.

So - good luck to those who buy it. Respect to those who don't. And best wishes to us all..!

Hey Guys!

For those that dont know me, I used to work for Mike Filsaime
as his lead developer and having 11 years of hard core coding
experience mixed with Internet Marketing.. I have become unique
in my coding and very experienced to say the least.

I originally started this software with 1 Wordpress Template
that was working real good for me and the one in niche sniper
is even more of an updated on that I use..

Now to clear the waters I was working with a young gentlemen in which
i will not mention his name.. but it was originally called CoPilot
affiliate.. to make a long story short he had some personal issues
and therefore we needed to split up and then I rebranded the software
as Niche Sniper with Mark

So how did this software come about?

Well I was working my ass off @ the company I was working with
and I needed to break free..

So I started getting my sites up in google, yahoo and msn
and I was able to bring in some exciting income which helped me
make the transition out of being a work horse for the next man...

So i needed a way to get my sites up super fast and not have to
fiddle around with all the manual labor of niche site development

I always said to myself I need a way to clone this faster,
do my research and get my traffic in one place therefore
my first prototype of Niche Sniper was born about a year 1.2 ago..
and by the way much more uglier back then

but it enabled me to get my research done and install my sites super fast.

I have been on the front page for about a 8 months now with NO back links whatsoever.

About 309 results (0.19 seconds)

Clearly this is a killer keyword since

8,100 GMS a MONTH!!

So... think of the adsesce potential alone for 15 min of work

which is possible with a powerful software such as mine...

So the point is to get your sites up fast so you can WIN fast
as well as FAIL fast and move on

Once you get them up you can change the templates add more montization etc...
is which why I built this on WordPress...

Now I have worked fiendishly to get this program to where it is and
it was very hard to say the least.

I would have not even gone this far if i had something that does not work
I am not that type of marketer. We all have struggling families
and this software came about in desperation to make online income
and now i'm sharing it with the people who want it and at a super
affordable price for the time being..

I want as many people to be able to use it and benefit form it...
I could have just been like the rest and priced it high as 997 just to
make money but.. im different then the rest out there.. and you will come
to see that if I have the pleasure to work with you in the future.

I too have bought many 37 to 47 to 497 to 997 upto 1997 programs
where i was even unable to pay my rent for that month LOL...
and had no return!!!!!

So I had to do this myself, figure out a way to make this work for my

Hi to all....have not purchased Niche Sniper yet: so I will not make comments on the product.
I have purchased 3 other products from Ricky. Two I have retained and very happy with. The third was refunded very promptly. Ricky's product support is amazing [yes you might have to wait 24 to 48 hours....but guys...we have to be real at times.]. In any case: I consider Ricky to be in the top 0.5% of ALL guys in development and integrity in this crazy IM world.[I have spent and lost more than I care to remember purchasing via WF,JVzoo ect.] Mark Thomson....though not his customer as yet: has a great reputation. Ricky, it's kind of weird that if you have gave us the ability to add plr or orig articles that notice does not appear anywhere in the members area. Not even in the softwhere where there's a spot for notices.

If I have understood you correctly - you want to add your own articles, yeah?

I got around that this way - click on the Articles tab and then enter a keyword, (it doesn't matter what), and then click the Search button.

You will see a list of articles that appear and below them you will see
(New!) Add Your Own Articles+ <==Click that text and you're good to go

Not sure when it was added - BUT... I have written 2 original articles that I put in that area and thought I could get the site online, but nope :/

I can select a product okay. But as my article is unique I don't want it spun.... yet I cannot save it (??!!)

If you suss that out I hope you let me know 'cos now I'm stuck!

If you are looking for a refund , as I am , be prepared for their Support people to give you the "run around" stalling tactic.

What I sent them in the previous email was exactly what they asked for - my order ID , not the Paypal transaction ID. This is shown in my earlier post in this thread.

I have now sent them a complete copy of their "Thank you for your order" email which I believe contains information I have already provided to them . The only conclusion that can be drawn from all this is that they are trying to get past the 30 day refund guarantee period which will allow them to reject my refund request.

Nothing leaves such a "sour taste in my mouth" as vendors who find it difficult to honor their refund guarantee.

i am in the same situation, opened a refund ticket on 4th of february an got the same stalling and delaying technique from Ricky Mataka's support team. Bought this product through Mark Thomson's webinar. I have sent him also a concerned email but of course got no reply.
@rickymataka and @MarkThompson - will you guys refund all these unsatisfied customers or not? Your reputation is on the line here.... Your move.

normanh2 & Dan.... I believe we already refunded you both.. but I will double check and rectify the issue... but this makes me laugh a bit.. "Refund Technique" LMFAO - if I had the time to think of "Techniques" to push off refunds id be sitting in the thread here joining you guys all day.... Im busy as hell helping the REAL students that WANT to learn and succeed.. Also you were clearly given multiple responses from my staff inquiring for info.. not a technique.. they dont have access to the order system So they NEED your ORDERID so i can look it up and refund you.

IF you want a refund then please respond to my staff when they clearly ask for information. Im not a scamartist.. @dame i do not need hope, i need my money back. Ususally you get hopes or you get your money back in under 2 days from serious providers? I am talking with support for over 1 month now. Please....

Yesterday I have PM'ed Ricky here asking to have a skype chat in order to fix this issue. No answer yet(even if he was online at the time). I'll keep you guys posted. Until i get my money back i suggest caution with Ricky and Mark Thompson's products.

I just replied to Danos .. we process refunds on the 15th of each month. This is a real business I run with real employees and real success. If you dont want to give us the time to make it work for you ... Its your loss here .. Not mine. Niche Sniper is not a WSO .. i have built it over a year and a half and its solid work.. But like I tell all my customers and students. You need to WORK to make anything work for you ... I am not the one to just KEEP your money... but DONT rob my templates .. my training videos and plugins and then ASK for a refund... thats total BS ... Anyway I dont know why im still in this thread here... I got REAL students that NEED my help... see YA

I put in a refund request on Feb 18 and have waited now through two billing cycles. I jumped through their response hoops and finally got a confirmation on the 20th that my request would be processed. I reopened the ticket with the help desk on Mar 16 indicating I have yet to receive a refund. As I am now impatient I submitted another request today.

You say the refunds happen on the 15th. Your help desk says the 1st and the 15th.

I realize I am now not a REAL student but I am a REAL customer that is far from satisfied at this point. Right now I am having to WORK far too hard to get my money back. "That is total BS".

I received an email finally from "Support" on the 19th that said that they had forwarded my request to "Billing". 3 days later, from the last email from "Support" and am still waiting for refund. That would be over a month waiting for a simple refund.

Hi I got stung by Mark Thompson and Ricky Mataka with 'commission trends' and experienced the same problems as posted on here.I woudnt touch either of them with a barge pole much less pay $275 for more of their software which doesn't work

I enjoy reading a lot of the reviews in the Warrior Forum and have been a member since 12-21-2007. Unfortunately a lot of great courses and people get easily bashed by people responding with their own personal opinions and not the true facts. From everything I have seen so far Ricky Mataka is a real cool guy, very talented as a developer, who goes the extra mile. The more I see of him, Mark Thompson and Niche Sniper the more I like everything about this course.

I originally cancelled my order with Niche Sniper and was waiting for PayPal to finalize it. While waiting I decided to read up about Ricky Mataka and Niche Sniper. After reading everything I could about him and his course I was very impressed. I made a decision to go with him and his course. I saw one of his training webinar's with Mark Thompson today and had no regrets whatsoever with purchasing this fine course.
They are both straight shooters and tell you the way it really is. If anything I believe they are underselling their fine course. From what I have seen so far his statement on this thread dated 03-09-2013, 02:37 PM
What you are reading here is what you are getting.
I have never met Ricky or Mark and normally do not write reviews. I firmly believe that the only regret someone will have when joining this course is they did not start sooner.

I built some sites with it and it does work.... support is pretty fast too if you open a ticket with them..
They have also added in some more tools and one of them is a Wordpress cloning tool which is very useful ,, all in the members areas .. as such, this is definitely not a spam as someone puts it.. however, it does have some limitations in site building... for example, I wish to have more amazon products listed but there is a limit of how much to put..
I also wish not to have clickbank products but only adsense and amazon.. but it seems Ricky and Mark are open for suggestion according to emails I often receive from them for this product.

Interesting thread... And I just want to give some free advice.

I have been in what we call "dropped clients management" which is basically handling the issues a client has or had with your company and GIVE THEM WHAT THEY WANT. This was mainly off line of course...

Now, to me Ricky's product looks pretty okay, but the fact that the website is not online right after a launch is a bit of a concern which I would IMMEDIATELY handle or explain. However, this is not done so far.

Refunds... I give refunds faster than lightning, with one twist to it. Everybody who gets a refund with me goes in the system and is NEVER EVER allowed to buy from me again. Clients also sign for this. If you create a great product and people want a refund for whatever reason, give it to them immediately (and not on the 15th, sorry Ricky, that has nothing to do with a "real" business, it is just a fixed idea you have which you should change in your own mind I am afraid), but just tell them they will not be able to purchase anything anymore in any way shape or form in the future. Why? That ends the process right there. You do not want to spend your attention on it anymore and this just gets it out of your system and frees up that attention for your existing clients.

The reason a lot of businesses fail is they become involved in endless communication with clients that just waste your time. Drop them like a hot potato and focus on the ones that really want to make it work (which is a point for Ricky as he points this out earlier). But dropping them like a hot potato means instant refunds (which means also about 10 posts less in this thread which are damaging your business Ricky) and no more attention on the ones that are not willing or prepared to work together with you to make the whole think work for them (and it doesn't mean being rude to the person you give a refund by the way).

Anyway, my two cents... But let me assure you, if you are really good at this, it will make you a lot of extra money. I remember one time I walked into a company that had bought printed matter from a company I was doing work for as a freelancer. That printed matter was so gross, it wasn't even funny. When I saw it, I stated: "Are you kidding me? And you accepted this crap?" Which instantly resulted in a smile on the face of the purchaser... And I walked out the door with a new order of 15000 Euros with the promise that the whole previous order was going to be redone from scratch. You know how much money that made in the future for my client? Tons of it.

The client is ALWAYS right! And when he is REALLY right, you better make damn sure he KNOWS he is RIGHT! Because with that, you stop all negative talk about you out there in the real world. And besides that, you are supposed to deliver a great product anyway. In the above example I got a client who was bitching about the company changed into someone who was promoting that same company now and forever, because the company showed: "Whenever something is wrong, we fix it."

Well, I thought to add this to the conversation. Nothing against Ricky and his team or the people here that want a refund. Just pointing this out because I have a lot of experience with client management and damage control and I made a lot of money for people using some common sense. Wish you all a lot of common sense too!

complex marketing applications, learning new methods
that make my life easier and also make me a TON of cash..

and have been involved in IM for now next to 12 years.

Ive seen the, Kerns, the Filsaimes etc.. grow to be multi
millionaires. I used to buy ebooks from Shawn Casey and
Corey Rudl (rip), Michael forton etc.. Learn from
Maron Sandors and Ken Mc Auther. In my opinion that era
is totally gone… IM and the Main stream have Finally met
and taken its course and the competition is far superior
in this space then ever before..

BUT. This space in which we call each other imers is VERY
small compared to the bigger vast markets in the main stream.
Your talking disney land to a flea market here… you want to see it in
REAL time then go to an ADTECH or ASE conference, it will open your eyes

I don't CHARGE a fee for extra care..

I have a lot of knowledge in this space
and I probably can make a ton of money teaching it.. but
I choose not to, id rather make sick software like Niche Sniper

Which by the way is a program that has been next to 3 years in

with in the near future, bigger plans there. I have integrated
new traffic, research and domain tools into the system and
improved many of its features within the past 5 months.

My current clients are automatically grandfathered in and we have
a sick ass FB group where we help each other in this business.

I did not buy Niche Sniper but the course I bought called Twin Peak Profits from Tim Atkinson in Jan consists of Niche Sniper tutorials by Nicky Mataka and Mark Thompson.

Found them to be informative although I do not quite like the simple plain theme they used. I prefer the theme to be niche related to whatever I promote.

Niche Sniper.... just attended a live webinar about it today. It seems to be a fairly powerful piece of software with some great research modules. I would be interested to know if anyone is using it in it's latest incarnation (seems it gets updated regularly by Ricky) and what the real world results are using it. It did seem that the sites it is helping you create are very "thin" and from all I read these kinds of sites don't last long in Googles rankings.

I bought Sorry on November 21th, but can not get it to work. I have sent refund request to 3 different email addresses, but none can be delivered and the website is out of function.
Today I made a dispute at PayPal, hope they will be able to get the refund.

Ricky's software is some of the best out there, in this space.
If you are having issues, be patient (and take another look that your setup is compatible - ie. Using suitable hosting, not GoDaddy? or other non standard host for instance...
The software is working perfectly for many people.

if you have problems just sent a request to the helpdesk...I often do that and got it sorted out in no time..
If I am not wrong.. NS will be upgraded to a even better system call weblify and everyone is the program gets it..

One thing that concerns me is that you have to give your cpanel account password to get it going.

Also, you need to sign up for Spin Rewriter.

Ricky makes great products, no doubt about that what so ever, however the problem with Nichie Sniper is the recent and future update to googels algorithm. The Software does exactly what is promised, but the themes are similar even if the content and topics are different. The risk is that if you have multiple sites with the same generated theme coming from the same IP addresses in a period of time, google might view them all as auto generated sites and take action. This is how they killed many blog networks. So if you use niche sniper, I would suggest making manual adjustments and slow down on amounts of published sites. Also add more relevant content frequently to the sites in a random manner so it looks natural. It is the best auto site creation tool on the market today.

I was just about to purchase weblify but that website is down also. It seems that this is a recurring theme with this product since conception. It's a shame since it seems like a worthwhile product. Does anyone know of a similar product? I saw a similar product called WP blazer although I sent them a question within their support site a few days ago and no answer. Not a good sign.
