Autoresponders - Are any better than others?

Hello,

I used to use GetResponse and it was just fine.

But that was about 3 years ago.

I'm looking into getting an autoresponder again and was just wondering what everyones thoughts are on autoresponders.

Are any better than others, or are they all about the same?

Are there any to really stay away from?

    stick with aweber or constantcontact. For most people, aweber is where you should be.

    You will get a lot of different answers I am sure, but stick with the best of breed...thats aweber.

    This question is going to be open to a lot of people's personal opinions, however getresponse and aweber seem to be the two most popular.

      I agree, but for most that's not very practical. There is a lot more to running a self hosted solution than just buying a script. Also, unless you have or are planning to quickly have a pretty large list of 6 figures or so, using a service like aweber is where 95% of folks should be.

    I like GetResponse over Aweber due to better open rates.

    I used to like Aweber a few years back, but am happier with GR with better pricing, too.
