I went through the process of clicking on the links at the site you gave above, to buy it, and it just took me to the same old traffictravis site where I was offered the pro version for $97.

I downloaded the free version earlier and was quite impressed with what it CAN do... (assuming it works well...) So I think I'm just going to buy the pro version from their official site and if I can't live without it at the end of 60 days I'll keep it and if I can live without it I'll get a refund per their TOS.

The analysis of my web site that I did in the free version - even though it was limited - was very impressive as it pointed out a lot of problems with my site I wasn't aware of.

Then I'd send an email off to Tech Support and they would tell me: "Install the latest update . " Well the thing updates automatically every time you open it and they do have updates constantly. So it WAS updated.

Then I'd write tech support and tell them I had done this and that and it still didn't work. Then they'd write me back - maybe 2-3 days later, by the way - and say "Try this and that." I'd write them back and say "Don't you read the emails I send? If you'd read it you'd know I already tried this or that."

So now my broken TT was into the 5th or 6th day and they'd write me back and say "Send us your logs". I'd send them the logs and they'd say something like they don't know what could possibly be causing that, try re-installing...

So the bottom line is I spent almost NO time USING TT and a LOT of time trying to get it fixed.

I got a refund.

Thanks for sharing that. Good to see you got a refund, at least. I don't know if TT works well or not, sometimes it depends on the cumputer or laptop if things don't work.

Vista was not the best windows version, many people found it to be a nightmare. I have several desktops and some of them I bought when Vista was standard but I switched to Windows 7 because it is much faster and has far less bugs. Having said that, not all computers can simply be upgraded to Windows 7, but if you can (there is a free testing program on microsoft.com) I strongly recommend to upgrade. I am not saying Vista causes your problems with TT, but it MIGHT BE the case.

  Hi, I have been pretty happy with Vista; it has caused a couple problems but not very many and none with any other seo/keyword software.
  In any case I use ultimate niche finder for keyword research because it's quick and easy and I like the results. And for other seo stuff I'm using SeoPowerSuite or whatever it's called. Spyglass and all that...

The reason I told you is because TT works great under Windows 7 at my side. It is a tool, just like many others. Perhaps you try out Jaaxy, it is rather new but you can test it for free, it is an Online Tool so it works for anyone.

I heard about jaaxy and was going to try it but I bought UltimateNicheFinder and since then I have felt no need for any other keyword tool. After trying about 5 others I am an enthusiastic user of this one!

  TT recently ran a wso discounting the pro version to $27 but I believe that special is over. It is not unusual if you search, that you can find it on special. When I bought the pro version I did a search and found a special for $37.
  
  So the links above are likely real. Just follow them through and if it will let you complete the payment for the price then it is likely no problem. If your purchase goes through PayPal or Click bank then if there are any issues you should be able to resolve them or get your money back.
  
  If you are a newbie or low on funds the free version is robust and does most of what the pro version does. The upgrade simply gives you more functionality and reporting.
  
  So don`t be afraid to use the free version as it is a very good tool.
