Steve Odette and Rapid Residual Pro MUST READ

I bought rapid pro blah blah blah last night night, had issues blah blah. Fast forward to today, I submitted a ticket, I got a reply that said to call him on his personal phone number.

Let me tell you guys if you dont know. Steve is hands down first class through and through. We talked for 1 hour and 45 minutes. Going over so many things on the software, stuff i was doing wrong and so forth.

This level of support is unheard of in the internet world. Not only is Steve first class, once I got ahold of the working of the software, its obvious why it is head and shoulders above all else out there, especially for a non technical guy. I know enough to break stuff.

Amazing is all I can say. Think carefully who you spend your money with and will they be there for you?

    I've known Steve for about 3 years now. Never after the big dollars. Very methodical and is one of the rare, true ethical business people out there. Pure class and pure gold.

    I know RRP has taken him a few years to put together (I think I helped him brainstorm the name).

      Lol, a thread like this about Steve Odette comes as no surprise to a lot of us. Not only is he a guy who knows his stuff backwards and forwards, he's a heck of a gentleman who actually has the wisdom of his years.

      He's also the poster child for why you would never want to discount anybody simply because of low post count here on the forum.

    True. Once you live in Japan, you suddenly realize that you've never really had good customer service in the US. (Although Steve may be an exception! )

      Steve, congrats on getting your baby done and out to market. I know you worked very hard on it.

      I do have a question since your program may fit well with a new product line I am developing.

      Is there any type of cart functionality? I will have one main product with multiple modules that can be purchased separately.

      Also, can I group a bunch of products for a oto? Could I run a sale on a group of products?

      I love RAP and been using it but don't like how the oto is a separate product. I am assuming this wouldn't be the case in RRP.
