Is Google Shadow really worth trying???

Hello warriors,

I come across this forum today only. I always wished a forum where we can have experienced people give really honest reviews. I'm a completely newbie to internet. And desperately in need of making some money online.

I have realized that looking for reviews on google is almost useless. Because you will get thousands of site reviewing a product and most of them will have good reviews with their affiliate links.

It has almost become difficult to get honest reviews. So, recently i have purchased this product and after going through i'm feeling that this is definitely not good for beginners like me.

Can some one please give your honest opinion. Me, being a newbie, is it really worth investing my hard-earned money in adwords?

What i feel is there would be a huge competition and it would be really difficult for newbie to breakthrough in this?

awaiting your honest opinions..

I'm not sure what you exactly meant... But my situation is really frustrating... I know once i put something into action then i'll start learning everything. Now that i'm just going through everything that i come across, it all seems difficult. I should start off with something that really works. And I'M JUST LOOKING FOR THAT BREAKTHROUGH...

Jack...I feel your pain. It helps if you can tie in with someone trustworthy to guide you. Start with a search on Warrior for the members that have a good reputation and a good history of helping people. Get some of their free or low cost material and 'try them out'. Don't start spending a lot of money. That will kill you fast. This approach will also help you to get a feel for where your strengths/interests are. But don't stay at that stage longer than necessary -- find someone/something you think will work for you and shut everything else out while you tackle it. If you don't do this, you will get distracted and never complete anything, and fail

      Hey Jack,

In my opinion if you are a newbie you will be wasting your money.
The sales letter is great. Save a copy for your swipe file.
All you are really paying the monthly fee for is access to the software.
I have some experience and cancelled my subscription to this.

Thanks for your reply! I'm completely new to this field and to this forum as well. I was impressed with the highlighted lines in your post. Do we really have people on this forum who will be willing to help us? I'm ready to put in hard work and as you mentioned i'm just looking for the right guidance. Can you please let me know how can approach the people on this forum who have already made some success so that i can copy (and i'm ready to work hard) the same just to kick off my career...

thanks for all your replies. Even after going through all the videos of Google Shadow, i was not confident enough to start. May be, being a newbie i missed some valuable points in the tutorials but to be frank i didn't find anything which was new (I might be wrong, but this is what i felt.). So, finally i have canceled my subscription.

Yes I agree with most of the posts here... if you are new, then adwords might not be for you.. its just that the salesletter is actually so good, it gets you excited, excited enough to whip out your credit card and buy into the product..

Based on that example, you might want to develop copywriting skills, they will help you in selling online, whether they be your own products or other peoples' products. Other skills I encourage you to develop to help you make money online is, traffic generation and list building. PPC is just a traffic method, one of many.

As to the product, I did not buy it. I run my own campaigns using software already.

I know the people behind this product and they are just outstanding marketers and have a proven track record of really big successful launches. They also use their past launches as proof of their being successful, which in turn sort of adds credibility to the new product they launch.

In a few months from now, they will launch another product and use Google Shadow and all of their other product launches as credibility enhancers to make you trust them and the new product they sell... and will show you a lot of accounts overflowing with money.

Incidentally, from my experience, a lot of refunds are also due to newbies biting more than they can chew... they get sold by these powerful sales pages, and buy an ebook, or a software that they return and get a refund for later because they were just not ready for it. This is on the assumption that the product is really good to begin with.

All it is, is a peice of software that creates your adwords text... That's it... don't waste your good hard earned money on it.

I got Google Shadow and it definitely had a weird mix of what it was geared to.
The ebooks were helpful for newbies kind of explaining how adsense worked and how to select a product and write an advertisement. But, this is pretty basic stuff, and I think there are other things out there that cover it better.

The videos were well done, but in all honesty, the narrator did not sound even remotely thrilled to be there. He has a thick accent, and while I find accents particularly appealing, it was monotone. It took me several attempts to get through the videos, not because I couldn't understand him, but because he sounded completely bored...which made me completely bored.

The software is incredible. If you're someone who is writing 50+ ads a day...this is for you. But, if you're a newbie, and you just want to get your feet wet in some things, you don't necessarily need it. Once you graduate to becoming a superaffiliate, (I'm not, just fyi) then you might want the software if only to make writing ads that much easier.

To be honest though you can automate ad writing with software but without needing a membership. For making lots of ads I use OAOK - The One Adgroup One Keyword Tool (not an aff link) with Adwords Editor. That way I can make 100 ad groups with a couple of clicks of a button which will get good quality scores as each ad group can be targeted around one keyword.

Theres also loads of tracking software you can use that again you buy once without having to pay monthly. I've seen the Google Shadow eBooks, got an idea of what the software can do. TBH theres much better things out there than Google Shadow, I think the people who have plugged this really have put their reputations at risk. It shows they're not giving an informed recommendation, just plugging the next big product.

The gurus are spinning, the stakes are rising... and from the looks of it, you want to be heard too.
Because right now, my inboxes are full with hundreds of support questions...

"Is your Insider really making $100,000 a month with Google?" is the most popular one.

Feeling overwhelmed? ... there are probably 100 different ways to succeed as an affiliate, and working out the best method for you, and then profiting with it, can be tough.

I bought into GOOGLE SHADOW (DJKShadow) and found the web interface sets up direct linking campaigns in a VERY EFFECTIVE way. That's the good news. The bad news is that after loading about 12 campaigns GOOGLE shut it down due to the error message "TERMS OF SERVICE VIOLATION!" This just happened about 30 minutes ago and Im trying to decide what to do. (Other than request refund...) Has this happened to anyone else?
