Can anyone recommend a good PSD to ecommerce conversion website?

I have a client that would like an ecommerce website, that sells mobile phone accessories and repairs for her store, can anyone recommend any good sites that converts PSD's to ecommerce platforms, I've been researching them through google and sitejabber.com and they are a lot of mixed and negative reviews about the sites that do them.

So I basically want a company that is reliable.

    I can do it, but it will not be done soley from a PSD file. I would be interested. How many products are they looking at selling?
