PPC Classroom 2

I've been following the pre-launch of PPC Classroom and I am familiar with Amit and Anik, both of them are nice people based on my observation and I've attended all their pre-launch calls. So yes. It's good stuff. If you are willing to make that investment for your education, then do it. PPC isn't for everyone. If you don't have the money to squeeze, then it's tough. But you can start small and scale it up. So it's still possible.

It's free to join "as they claim" but they have a $97 monthly mastermind membership attached. To me, that's cheaper than joining any coaching programs that teach you about "internet marketing"

Hmm..a disgruntled PPC Classroom student.

Indeed PPC does cost you money and there are some expensive tools that may be useful but you don't need it really, founders of SEO book claimed that they didn't buy a single keyword tool at all.

Furthermore it depends on which Niche that you're targeting. I've done it in a small niche and it took me 2 hours after launching the review and ad and I got a sale. I didn't even use any keyword tool. I just slapped in keywords on what I thought would be "within a logical search term" -think in the person's shoe when the person is doing a search.

For example, if you're going to target selling Camtasia.
People would search for the term "buy camtasia 6.0", "download camtasia 6.0" etc. Then bid on that search term. It's expensive but it depends on how much you're willing to put up. Improve your Ad CTR and see the cost go down.

Hardly anyone would do "destroy camtasia 6.0", "useless camtasia downloads"

Well, in my opinion..think out of the box for a second and learn what you can from the experienced ones. Have an open mind when you learn. If you fail, keep trying but provided you follow a system that works. So at least you know, here's a system that works, my niche isn't working for me..but you can try another niche and that might be next gold mine.

Don't worry, you are not unpopular for saying this. It's very helpful to be warned of possible pitfalls to this program. I'm always wary myself of big launch products, having been burned so many times in the past. I'm glas you posted because I had my finger on the "trigger" and now I'm not quite so sure.

I had the same credit card failed message. I was then asked to reenter the details and this time the same credit card worked. It sounds like there is a common problem with the initial form reporting that the credit card details were wrong.

I hope that this doesn't mean that we've all been charged twice, including for the reportedly failed transaction. I'll be watching my credit card account with great interest.

I was a little frustrated with their launch. I tried it a few times and about the 8th time, I decided to give it some time to relax and go back later.

So I did and it worked.

This is probably their first biggest launch since PPC 1.0. If there are 10 complaints on the WF, I bet there are more elsewhere. I'm sure they'll learn something from this.

The same payment issues happened with the first launch of PPC Classroom 2.0. I'm sure you will all get in by tonight / tomorrow at the latest. And then Anik will send you a link to a video apology telling you how sorry he is about the technical issues and how he's gonna make it up to you by giving you all these extra bonuses on top of everything else.

They have a very confusing upsell... I already do not like them simply because I had to take 10 minutes to read and say yes, no , no , no

I understand that is a way to "trick" people into getting a subscription which they can cancel at any time, but will probably keep for a few months... but this is not the type of marketing I want to learn.

I hope the course has some real marketing advice in it - not simply ways to trick people and then hoping they don't fight the refund process.

Anyway since its only $9.95 to join (not free) as you have to buy that DVD for $9.95 I will join.

My question is, if these guys are making so much money why bother setting up PPC classroom???

Stupid P.O.S.!!!!

I've tried 7 times now and the stupid thing still won't take my card(s). Why can't I just pay with paypal?

If I get charged 7 times and have to cancel 7 times I'm going to be fried!

Be sure to check your credit/debit card records. I got charged 3 times!

It makes you wonder that with all the money they're making why they can't find
the expertise to put this together glitch free.

Plus, the OTO, upsell crap was waaayyy overdone.

I guess the take away is it's a very good, real world example of what not
to do. :=)

If I'm not mistaken, they do had some issue with their server too in their initial launch and first few hours, and some orders goes wrong.

But then they have the problem settled in the next few hours.

I think you should try reorder in the next few hours just to be save.

BTW I too had a problem w/ my credit card, but it went through the 2nd time. And I also thought it was odd that it didn't ask you what type of card you were using. Weird.

I am kind of liking the looks of the bonuses offered by Mark Ling at the Affilorama blog. Anyone else going for those over the Brad Callen offer?

(Just kind of curious to see what everybody found most valuable.)

I had problems too. I'm not sure that $97 a month is in my budget (ok, I know it's not. LOL) But I wanted to sign up and check out the course at least for the 30 day just to see. Then when I had so many problems I decided it was a sign. =)

you guys seem quite keen to get into this PPC, was version one that good?

By the way they do accept AMEX as that's how I paid. Just stating because there were a couple posts in this thread saying that they did not.

I've also got through with my AMEX now. Tried checking the box to say I was interested in the videos as suggested by someone above and that seemed to finally do the trick. I didn't have to actually take the upsell, just had to tick the box that said I was interested. And . . . my emails have arrived. Now I'm going to get a cup of coffee and explore :-)

Hey All, I was getting credit card errors too and I did as gjpcoach stated and clicked the "show me the free videos" thing at the bottom of step 1

then it worked, then I just clicked "no thanks" through all the upsells and voila

I see everyone mentioning $9.95, isn't $6.97? No matter what the price is I can't get it cuz it won't take my card... even if I click to see the videos.

I got 3 emails reminding me to complete my transaction but not a single email from customer support... LAME! This is a bad start for these guys.

Holy Cow! I guess the 10th time is the charm... I'm finally in and paid up.

Now let's see if I ever get the email Amit talked about.

These days I rarely pay for any continuity membership except by Paypal. Experience has shown me that it's a great pain canceling further payments when the merchant has your credit card details as hostage. In many instances, just finding out HOW to cancel is a real challenge. Then you have to go through the process of making a request through their system and hoping it gets processed in time.

In 30 days PPC C2 will probably have thousands of new members trying to cancel their membership - all at the same time - and all being processed by their support system.

This is not a criticism of the product as that is a re-release of PPC C2 and I'm familiar with the content - it was released at a cheaper price last year. The higher membership price evidently makes it easier to get joint venture partners.

The modules, templates, graphics, etc are very good, as are the webinars.

Most big time internet marketers have to do that kind of upsell offers just because they contributed their list to the product. It's fair for them and furthermore, those offers are great offers that doesn't come cheap at a regular price. I look forward to such bonus offers or deep discounts sometimes because it's worth it.

Though the clicking can be a hassle but not too much

PPC Classroom is awesome and I've watched a similar interview with Anik and Mehta a few months back but this time they beefed it up with some cool graphics and more content.

Very good advice. I follow Perry Marshall's guide and I still learned a lot from Amit. It's worth learning their blueprint. Very thorough and straight to the point.

Hey guys, to answer your questions:

1. Most are sending a receipt or order number through to us when they submit a ticket, so my guess is there is one that you would get via email? I'm not sure. Some, however, have just been copying and pasting the "thank you email" along with the last 4 digits of their credit card number to us, and we've cross referenced it.

2. Thanks Dan :-) I guess the easiest way would just be to visit one of our sites and signup for the mini-course that appears in the popover when you visit the page.

well as a beginner, I can tell you I have learned quite a bit already. What I haven't seen is where somebody actually helps you. I have followed the videos, etc and setup campaigns, but am just a little confused as to what comes next.

Not really. There is a lot of really good information that you can apply right away. If you have any experience at all it seems like you will run with it immediately.

With the generous bonuses Brad is offering, I can't help but think SEO Elite 2 and Keyword Elite 2 are just around the corner.

They are still having credit card order problems, it didn't work for me either.

I got turned off from their sales letter,confusing not straight forward.

For anyone that signed up the first day, the bonuses that they are now giving are accessible on your home page by clicking the Partners Bonuses link on the left nav panel. Most of these require an opt-in and a couple are free trials only.

Right Chris, but you failed to mention the 11 bonuses that PPC has that does NOT require opt in (straight download). I'm surprised (I shouldn't be) at how much complaining is going on here lol...

You pay $6/$10 for a DVD - you get access to their training modules, a *bunch* of recorded webinars, 11 bonuses straight download, partner bonuses not all of which you have to opt in, half a dozen or more tools.. I am in no way affiliated with PPC Classroom - just stating the facts. I know because I purchased and I'm staring at it!

The only thing I'm perturbed about is the fact that the forum isn't accessible for 30 days (upon which the trial is up), but hey it's not enough of a deterrent for me to not even evaluate this for a mere $10.

I think this forum is awesome and am enjoying everything I read so far. I am relatively new to PPC marketing, but I do have some buyer experiences to share.

I purchased PPC Classroom and completed the 9 course module and quizes. I found it to be a tremendous asset. It's already saved me thousands because I would have potentially lost of my Adwords account on Google. Even when you complete the modules, you will have to revisit them often when you set up your campaigns. It will take a newbie like me time to master. I am not concerned with Free bonuses nor tools as much as practical knowledge that I can apply.

No one wants a lousy mechanic who has great tools working on their car.
Learn to be the best mechanic...

1) I say that I purchased PPC Classroom, because I bought allot of the videos in advanced. After seeing the additional bonuses they added for free...Yes I am wondering if I should have waited, because some appear to be duplicates of what I bought. But...I have to look at them to really know. However, I do see the value that the free side of the course offered. Why...

Because I bought "PPC Domination" and I feel I got...Well I don't want to say. But PPC Classrooms Free tutorials teaches you a ton more than PPC Dominations complete course! Lesson learned and I wouldn't recommend anyone going that route.

2) PPC Classroom already saved me thousands because I would have gotten my account closed by Google if I did not take advantage of the first call audio in the "Webinar and Downloads" area. Why...

Again after following the video I started with The Niche Detective club and wanted to do my own keyword research along with my own click bank product that I wanted.

So I was doing keyword searches for WII Downloads and Movies Download products that I found on Click Bank because they had extremely high Gravity with close to 90% of sales coming from affiliates. Those were my first two choicees...Then I learned from Amit that Google shuts down any account that promotes pier to pier downloads and he pointed out my first two choices! AAARGH..I would have been Jacked by Google.

I am sure that most of you know how hard it is to get support from google on line when you make a error. It's not fun and they just give you links to hundreds of others who have the same problem, with no solution or feed back. So right there PPC Classroom has saved me thousands.

3) I almost forgot...I am also a member of another MLM company that charges $297 for a mutilple PPC ad posting software. I bought that too. Only to find out through
PPC Classroom that I could have done the same thing using their format with a macro attachment to Excel...FREE

Conclusion...I just found out as a newbie who thought he new a bit about PPC, that I actually no nothing and have spent near a thousand for tools and knowledge that PPC Classroom is giving me for free...And if they are offering ME that much value for free, I believe that they must be offering tons more value for the $97 a month. But, like I said, I'm just a newbie. So for me and thousands of othe newbies, so far I would give PPC Classroom 5 stars after what I have learned in just a few days.

Of course, I am not going in this with the mindset to just quit before the 30 days. I will give it a chance and post honest feedback. It's my opinion that many who go into something with the mentality to quit will not have any success anyway, so why even join or take the free trial. Just a newbie opinion. Hope some of you found value with my experience

CREDIT CARD ISSUES

ps...I did experience credit card issues as my debit card was declined 3 times. My issue was that I was using the "Firefox" Browser. When I used "Internet Explorer", my debit card was accepted with no problem. Hope that helps. (*_*)

All I can say is that I joined and I am happy with the course.

It is very detailed and a lot of information is presented in a very orderly fashion. I have previously joined another system, but you spent more time trying to find info than actually learning!

So go on and join!

Despite the false/confusing sales letter, I have joined and so far it seems very, very good. Im up to module 4 of 9. The information within the modules is quite clear, and he explains why he does things a certain way and not just how. There is no doubt my PPC is going to improve from this course - even if I stop at module 9.

I agree. so far, so good. does a very good job of explaining things in simplistic terms.

the cost/conv part and advanced bidding is worth looking at.

I'm still not 100% convinced that you can still access PPC Classroom after the 30 days if you cancel Inner Circle.

I submitted a support ticket to find out on 2.26 and they have not responded yet. All my other requests were answered by the next day, but who knows.

Anyway, I plan on staying for at least another month to check out the forum. Plus with all the bonuses I think its worth $97, at least for one month.

Question for all of you....have you seen this WSO? Please let me know your thoughts?

In Module 4, he says only use ONE unique keyword per adgroup.

What does this mean - bit confused as module 3 said use 1,000 keywords - what is a unique keyword?

ok up to Module 4, ive re-read mod 2 and 3. Im still confused? He seems to say one thing, but then say another. Maybe i just dont get it... Im started to get lost with all of it.

I feel that it is geared towards both Newbies to advanced. Seems like everyone can benefit from this, if you are willing to invest some time and patience. I consider myself a newbie to this style of PPC. I have done ok with PPC prior, but found out from this course, that I really knew very little.

Going to test my first batch of ads using this system today. I don't expect fireworks either. Just being realistic. There is so much to learn

very unclear in his original email. PPC classroom
didn't send out a receipt #until several days after
the order so compliance with his stated terms was
basically thwarted.

I canceled PPC Classroom. Sour experience.

Also, payment processes are notoriously problematic and even large corporations have issues with this kind of thing. Which is great, coz it kept me in employment for 5 years trying to fix them!

I am always HIGHLY skeptical of these big launches but I decided to take a look anyway.

First impressions - very impressive! The recorded webinars alone are worth signing up for. This is not just some 'guru' discussing ppc theory, it's quality, watch over the shoulder stuff.

97/month won't make you successful at ppc but 97/mth + 500/mth (initially) for ad spend + hard work + determination might!

Just listened to the latest webinar and was a complete waste of an hour. They said it was going to be a Q&A, there was one Q and one A - which was 'Where do I start'. The rest was introducing all the coaches and letting us hear how much $$$ they make and how they are only doing PPC coaching because they love helping people - they dont need the money.

I really like PPC classroom 2, but that really put me off paying $97/month.

I want to follow-up before the thread gets too dissipated.

I don't like to waste time. I don't care for runaround either.
I decided to give PPCclassroom a try because a very attractive
bonus offer was on the table. Otherwise I might have ignored
it as another hyped-up launch.

I joined within a couple of hours of seeing the promo. Then
it was clear to me that the material PPC Classroom was sending
out was not going to make it easy for Brad's people to handle
the bonus issue. I didn't get any real receipt or customer
number. Confusion, as usual.

Rather than falling over myself to try to redeem a bonus
based on incomplete information I submitted a ticket requesting
more information. After a couple of days I received a reply
that I was to include a receipt number for the DVDs, my
name, email address, and the bonuses I wanted.

Seemed clear. I still hadn't got my receipt though.

Then it came. A number was sent when PPC Classroom
emailed me about my DVD being shipped.

Now I had the information I needed to log a ticket with
all the information to make it as easy as possible for
Mr. Callen's people to handle the bonus issue with
minimal time wasted and confusion. I like to be
considerate because I know launches are crazy. So
I compiled my information and sent it off through
the help desk as instructed. Neat and clear.

The reply to my ticket was this:
"Hello,

I'm sorry but as stated by Brad's final email sent on Friday,
February 27th, the offer ended on 3/3/2009 at 12:00am EST "

I received no email from Mr. Callen on the 27th.

All I did was request and await further instructions and then
followed them when I had the information I needed to complete
them. I thought I was being considerate.

I looked over PPC Classroom. It looks like a nicely put-together
product. I don't think it meets my present interests because
it's focus is really on a certain type of affiliate marketing. I
don't know what the term for it is, but it's the sort of thing where
you run dozens of campaigns and test a lot of niches, not something
where you apply your own interests much. You just see what
people like to buy and work the margins until you see profits.
Strikes me as a little like Forex trading in concept.

see what to do so I waited, to my eventual disappointment, for
things to get clearer.

Just wanted to input. I have been part of the PPC classroom since the launch and for the price it is a lot of real good information. I would recommend to anyone that is serious about expanding their PPC marketing skills.

They have the list, Anik and Vik are just playing games, because they sensed that they deal with bunch of newbies.
They can log live to GCD and see who bought it instantly.
Anik made thousands times more money promoting GCD than from PPCC.

So just to understand... does anyone succeed to cancel his PPC 2.0? I do not want to continue.

I had no problem receiving my bonuses from brad. I got a copy of keyword elite and seo elite. Both awesome products. Brad is a class act
