What is Going On with Magic Submitter

My Brother and Sister Warriors:

I am a HUGE fan of Magic Submitter, and a power user, and this evening fired up the software to. . . nuthin!

License Key not working, MS Help page down, Ask Alex webpage down, MS sales page site. . .down!

I dont think it a "didntpaymybill" thing.

Anyone in the know, know what is going on with my MS fandamily, is everything OK?

I dont have enough posts to PM Alex directly, so can someone inform him that his empire is down?

    Their server is not responding and that is why everything related to MS seems to be down. I'm sure it'll get fixed up soon. There isn't license problem but because of server not responding, the software isn't able to validate the license I think.

      I'm getting the same. I only bought this last night with the plan to spend my Bank Holiday playing and learning the software. Dagnabbit! I may have to spend time with the wife now..

        Good old WF. Fired up MS this morning after neglecting it for a while and it would not work. Checked the inv. paid and found that the website was not responding. Thought if anyone can tell me what's going on it is the WF.

        So ... nobody knows yet but I am not alone. OKay. Now I know that, I can wait.

          I'm just rounding out my trial month now, and it seems every so often this happens. When I tried to use MS late last night, I thought it might be some server maintenance or something. But strangely, this has happened a couple of times already since my trial started, but every time it did come back online pretty quickly.

        Yes my brothers, everything is fine in in MagicSubmitter Ville. Got a hold of Alex (great guy) and I was concerned that he got hacked.

        Sorry for the "sky is falling" urgency.
