I use LeadDoubler to generate leads on my sites. It's pretty easy, although it requires that you're able to create a simple Excel spreadsheet or write an ebook.

Here's how I use it:
1) I create online calculators or publish ebooks in the simple dashboard
2) I insert the cut'n paste html code that inserts a form on my website

When visitors use the forms they get an answer as calculated in the spreadsheet that is also used to generate the in and output fields of the form.

To get the answer the visitors have to submit their contact information. I choose what is important for me. Sometimes their email is enough, sometimes I need their phone number as well. This can all be easily controlled.

I follow up with the users automatically using the build in lead-nurturing feature or sign them automatically up to a newsletter through the Campaign Monitor integration.

When I have their phone number I often choose to follow up by phone. This method is fantastic when I book meetings. I often just call and say: "You've used our calculator on OUR_WEBSITE would you like a meeting so that we can make you a more precise calculation?"

When to use it:
  • When you need to grow your newsletter list
  • When you want to book meetings
  • When you need more leads
  • When a client of yours want you to create an online calculator for them

Anyway - I'm a big fan.

Have a try and let me know what you think.
