Has anyone tried emarketing offers emailing service?

Hi there,

This is my first post.

I was just wondering if anyone else has tried this company called emarketing offers?
If so, what was the outcome?

I just paid for my first campaign with them. emailing a solo ad to 300,000 for only $49. The results seem very poor. But then again it was really cheap.

Have I done something wrong?

Thanks

We have not used this company (but are considering it...?) , and are interested in how your campaign was handled.

    1. what kind of reponse rate did you see?
    2. have you been able to actually talk with anyone at the company?
    3. how useful/good are their tracking tools (e.g. their Tracking Ctr Site)?
    4. have you actually seen a copy of the email you sent out?

Frankly, we had some concerns about them....
    1. we asked to speak with someone about verifying emails are actually sent out and did not get a response, call, etc
    2. we noticed that the address on their website does not match any real physical address we were able to find. They list 1600 Addison Pkwy - USA, but the closet we can find would be addison rd, in Addison, TX. They do list a TX address on their unsubscribe page, but we can't find that exact address.

They might be completely ligit, but we'd love to hear more from others who have actually used them!

    Hi beginner,

    In answer to your question
    1. I sent out 300,000, got 725 clicks and 1 sale. A bit disappointing as I was told that that particular affiliate site had a 3% conversion rate.

    2. They never answer their phone it seems, so no

    3. The tracking tools seems pretty cool. We watched all day for 3 days running. It seemed to be in real time. The only dodgy thing was whenever we logged out and switched our pc. When we logged back in the stats were still the same. Which was weird. Did nobody click unless we were watching...?

    4. We did see a copy of the email we sent out. But only on site tracker once the campaign had already started. Which mean't we couldn't change it if something was wrong. And yes something was wrong. They changed our layout and made the words and paragraphs all too close.
The did not send a copy to my inbox at all.

I did email them a couple of times before the campaign but it seems they only answer the emails they want to. Some were answered some weren't.

I'm from the UK so I wouldn't have a clue about addresses in the US.

The point is we know they actually do send the emails because we did get one sale but from 300,000 we thought we would get alot more.

I hope I answered all your questions

The problem with this kind of email is that you are sending it to a completely untargeted group, despite whatever they may say about targeting. It's just like buying traffic to have your website shown to 300,000. It all depends upon what your definition of being "seen" is

That you got one sale may not be as surprising as you thought. It would be interesting to see how many of the 300,000 actually made to an inbox, and how many of those that did not get deleted immediately.

A better use for this kind of service might be to offer a "freebie" to get the respondent to optin to your list. Then do a few follow up emails before attempting to make a sale.

If you could have gotten 1 out of 7 of those who clicked on your link to an optin page, then followed up with a series of helpful hints based upon your product before you made your first sales pitch, you might have gotten 3% sales. But you would also have the 100 leads to make other offers to in the future at no additional advertising cost.

      • Tried it as of last week and the results are mediocre at best. Sent the e-mail campaign with a link in the e-mail to my website which then leads to the affiliate site.
456 clicks but no conversions and a I think that that's partially my fault.
Will retry but this time with a direct link to my affiliates site with my hop link embedded in the link.

I've used them (3x) and got a pretty decent response from my campaigns. - you just need to know what you're doing when you're marketing via email. It's not for everyone.

My click-thru was around 0.96% on my first campaign and 0.031% on my second campaign, and 1.27% on my third campaign. I made around $500 on an affiliate offer I was promoting (but I spent around $347) so my profit was $153.

Remember with opt-in, at least people will be more interested in what you have to offer.

The only consolation with the email marketing services i suppose is, $49 is not a large investment.
