EZ Lesson Manager by Incansoft?

Please, is anybody here successfully using the EZ Lesson Manager by Incansoft?

Since I have bought it, I have not been able to enjoy it.

I couldn't save my courses/topics/lessons contents whenever I tried to paste them into the editor.

I have contacted incansoft themself but they couldn't rectify my problem.

Please, have you ever encountered the same problem and got it solved? If yes, please, can you kindly guide me on how to go about solving the problem.

    I hope this doesn't tick you off.

    I used that a longtime ago to set up a course.
    It worked great.

    I am betting you don't have the set up correct.
    Meaning when you are trying to save the course info
    you are trying to save it the wrong way.

    I vagley remember the saveing procsess not being
    as intuitive as it should be.

    But, like I said, it was a long time ago so your version
    could be different.

    I did get mine working.

    Any problems I have ever had with Big Mikes stuff has been resolved
    pretty quickly.

    I would recommend starting over and going through the instructions
    very slowly and step by step, read everything and do it as you read it.

      Thanks Blase.

      I believe I set up the system correctly.

      I went through the instructions very slowly and step by step, read everything and did it as I read it.

      Even the support didn't complain about my set up when I gave them
      detailed login to check. They tried their best but we couldn't get what is wrong.

      If I try to type my content and save it, it would get saved. But If I try to paste my content from my doc document, it doesn't save.

        I am have some computer issues at the moment.

        Give me a few days and I'll get out my copy to see
        what it's doing.

        I know the course is still online, but I really don't remember where
        I put it. :confused:

              I have now been able to discover the problem.

              I think this problem of not being able to save the information in EZLM was due to Open Office I was using.

              I just tried to get Microsoft Office installed, copied from it and got my data saved with EZLM.

              Even, I tried to open the documents prepared with Open Office with Microsoft Word, then tried to copy from that into EZLM, yet it doesn't save.

              As a result, it means only documents prepared from scratch with Microsoft Office Word, notepad, etc (except Open Office) could be saved with EZLM.

              Thanks a lot for your concerns. I wish you get PC problem solved asap.
