Sid apologized for the delay, and sent a refund. They had issues with their support system.

    No. On the contrary. Sid Hale, owner of RAP, is a great communicator and treats his customers like gold.

    It looks like you're trying to contact an affiliate...not Sid. Try going to the Customer Support desk and opening a ticket for a refund.

      Thank you pjCheviot for the recommendation. However, there are only 2 categories to post in "RAP Offers" and "Affiliate Sales Opportunities". Doesn't seem appropriate to post a request in either.

      I will submit another helpdesk ticket. Hopefully the 5th time will be the one that get's a response.
