Social Sales Engine by Sam Bakker & Robert Grant

Does anyone have any lowdown on what is going on with this product? Support pages down and the site itself seems buggy. Wanting to use their App on a launch but obviously can't at the moment.

Just thinking I might have missed some info/update so would appreciate if anyone has heard anything.

    Hey TJ,

    Did you ever get to the bottom of this?

    I revisited the site which has now disappeared and this message is displayed:

    "This sites address has now moved. If you are a member of Social Sales Engine please send an email to support@socialsalesengine.com with your name and your purchase receipt for new account information"

    I have contacted the support desk with said info, and have yet to receive a reply.

    Not happy about this!

      I bjought "Local Lead Detective" from Sam off a webinar and the finished product was missing email swipe files. After three tickets asking about the missing files (and not getting anywhere) I have asked for a refund. Guess what? I haven't even gotten a reply :rolleyes:, so now I have to file a PayPal despute.

      Not going to buy from this guy again!

      EDIT - I sent Sam a PM just after posting this and he replyed right away and said he processed a refund - so no complaints now. Guess maybe he needs to perk up his support staff though.

        I am going through the exact same thing as Powder_Skier - exactly! I'm trying to get a refund for Local Lead Detective through Pay Pal resolution center, but he won't refund me unless I close my dispute. I tried to email him several times and worked through the support staff listed on the website. But there was no way to get email leads through LLD. I asked for a refund several times, but he didn't respond at all until I filed a dispute through Pay Pal. Now he wants me to close the dispute before he refunds my money. However, if I do that, I lose the right to file another dispute in the future regarding this issue - and at this point, I just don't trust that he'll refund the money. He says he can't refund through Pay Pal because JV Zoo splits up commissions. What does that even mean??? I paid him $97 through Pay Pal and I think I should get the $97 refunded back to me from him via Pay Pal. Am I missing something here? I would personally stay as far away from anything having to do with Sam Bakker as possible.

          That sucks. I hope you get this resolved ASAP. I really hate these sort of people, it seems honest business is a thing of the past now.

          I am having similar problem with Lasting Lead System.

          Missing files, now missing section from Members Area, irrelevant answer from support followed by no response.

          I wish I read about Sam Bakker before making the purchase.

          I recommend to always use a credit card when making any IM purchase, so you can file the dispute with your credit card company instead of PayPal.

    What I have just experienced - Stay Away From Sam Bakker!!

    I bought his latest product (Social Post Lab) and there has been nothing but problems. Support takes an average of between 3- 11 days to respond and then doesn't answer the questions.
    The website has incorrect videos.
    The promised webinar recording is yet to be posted on the website. (a month later)

    YET - He has time to launch more products!!

    I have emailed his personal address and no answer. I have sent him a Facebook PM and no answer.
    Honestly, if it wasn't for the fact that it was only $17 then I would have asked for a refund.
    I feel really sorry for the guys that invested even more money.

    Stay away from Sam Bakker!!

    Edit - I have now asked for a refund but not holding my breath!
