Prosper202 on Godaddy

I'am in the process of trying to install P202 on Godaddy. I've been searching on the Internet how to do it. I've notice most people are using Hostgator and using a Cpanel. I have hosting with Godaddy. Can P202 be installed on Godaddy. Do I need a Cpanel in install p202 on godaddy or with any other hosting company?

    I've never installed it, but it's just an application. cPanel isn't "required" to install anything, it's simply a control panel. Most likely you will need to manually install it. Did you review the documentation?

      I went to Prosper202 website. It had documentation about how to install but left out any specifics about hosting requirements. Because I am a newbie when it comes to installing this particular program, I was not successful. I therefore search on the internet for more information about how to install, and notice other people were mentioning Hostgator in collaboration with utilizing Cpanel a lot and not Godaddy.

        It's monkey see - monkey do here with Hostgator. You should be able to install it on any host, whether they have cPanel or not.

    in general you'll do better to install Prosper 202 on a server that has been configured to work well with it, like Beyond Hosting. faster page loads are crucial with tracking software since it adds another layer of database interaction to the overall process of presenting an offer.
