Optin email campaigns - what companies are good?

I want to send out a targeted email campaign to, let's say, consumers who opted in to receive emails about new gadgets or phones or new products. I do not have my own list. I need a reliable service that can provide these services. So I am asking for any referrals from those of you that have used services such as these.
So...I am looking for referrals to companies that provided successful campaigns to any Warriors. Any advice would be extremely appreciated.
