James Jackson's 57,000 Solo Ad-A scam?(My review)

Many weeks ago I received an email from a warrior member called "James Jackson" who claimed to have a list of 57,000 and urged me to run my own ad to his list.
I thought that I can try it for my new product which needs to be tested.

I thought also that I can trust somebody who is in this forum for many years so I know I will not be throwing my hard earned money away.

He offered to send him an email to check with him if the product or offer suits his list, but he never responded.
But after that I paid him $97 through his website because I thought he would not respond before paying.

After I paid him through Paypal, I sent him my first email asking him if my info product is good for his list, again, no response at all.

many days, weeks had passed without any action from him, and during that period I sent him many emails asking him about my order, unfortunately he never responded at all.
I claimed to Paypal asking for a refund, as usual Paypal do not return money for digital products.
Now I do not know why he treated me like that, I've been ripped off, neglected me completely, and never ran my ad or showed me a single response.

May be he thought that because I'm an international buyer I have no rights and he can claim anything about me here or everywhere and may be everybody will believe him if he says anything.
I'm wondering why that unethical behavior happens from what supposed to be a senior warrior who should care about his customers, not stealing money and ignoring them completely.
I'm not new here also, I'm trying hard to make money online and been ripped off many times before, that happens to many people who are struggling online.

It seems that it is a very hard thing to trust anybody here or everywhere.Even a a senior warrior member.
I know that nobody here or anywhere can help me or anybody to return their stolen money, but I thought I should post an honest review and mention my own experience with a product that is still there, for others to be aware.

Well, first of all, you should never 'trust' someone because of their 'status/title'.

Secondly, if he didn't respond to your original message, why would you then go ahead and purchase from him? That doesn't make sense as you wouldn't know whether or not your product would be suitable.

And lastly, I hope you get your money back, but as I stated above, Trust is earned and not given.

    Good luck.

I think you are right, I should had known that he is not a trustworthy person from the first ignorance of my first email.
The problem is that he is still there ribbing off people
And he should know one important thing, as of the life law in case if someone of helping others will be rewarded by many ways, others will be severly puniched by stealing others money.

I bought a suite of programs he offered that allowed me to make 100% commissions every time I sold it for $67. My code didn't work (to pay me, that is, it was set up correctly to pay him, through my link).

He did respond, saying he would have a programmer look at the issue. He never got back to me, and to my knowledge it was never corrected.

I had wondered how well his solo ads might convert. I appreciate you sharing your experience with not getting any response, or - anything (other than a headache, and frustration).

There are good people out there. Maybe another lesson is to Google someone and weigh the pros and cons, and keep in mind the positive reviews may be from a person's friends, so I suggest you look for a negative review, and then see whether that person posts a follow-up, talking about how it was handled, hopefully positively.

That's an important reminder for us all to think about - and do!

    Warmly,
    Dan

Just because they are here on the warrior forum does not mean they are trustworthy. Their are several dirt bags on this forum. BEWARE!!

I'm sorry to hear about your unfortunate circumstance. I would highly advise that next time you don't hear from someone on first email, it's probably a good indication they are not going to be reliable. Other than that, I have met my share of scumbags on here, and I have met some really stand-up people. As advise all my people, slow it down and think before you buy. There's no need to rush. Opportunities are always available. And trust your judgment.

If you want to get some Karmic satisfaction, what you could do is sign up to every gay dating and porn site you can find using the Paypal address you sent the money to.

It won't get your money, back but at least you will feel a little better And if you really want to change his life send me a PM and I'll give you another idea.
