Best Web Hosting Affiliate Program?

I need to know which is the best web hosting affiliate program out there in terms of commission amount and timely payouts of the program. I am referring to those affiliate programs with inhouse affiliate programs, not those with external networks like Commission Junction etc.
I have made a list of the top 3 web hosting affiliate programs chosen for their commission amount. Please vote on the poll for the best web hosting affiliate program out there or feel free to add the program to this list if it is not in the list. Your opinion is very much appreciated in helping me and others decide which affiliate program to promote for timely payouts(little to no shaving of commissions) as well as high commission amounts ($90 and above)
