30 Day Challenge Plus

Has anyone used this membership? I've been inside the Edge, and that was pretty good. Not sure about 97/month, but it was good.

The reason I ask is not so much because I want to learn from it, but because I want to see the way that Ed runs a membership site. He's one of my favorite IM'ers, especially among the, dare I say it, "guru" type because he is honest and legit.

I'm curious what those of you that have used it think about it.

    Hi Nathan,

I like it and I can say that he's running it just as you know him, with the newest tools. Lots of podcasts and so on. I don't know if it makes sense for you to buy it after being a member of the edge (which gets the 30d plus for free), but if you just wanna check out how he's running it - subscribe for one month.

    cheers,
    mario

I've been around for more than 10 years but I'm learning lots of new things from my membership.

He's talking about making videos at the moment. It's very practical and has given me the self-confidence to make and post my own slideshow videos.

I am extremely fond of Ed Dale...

Not only because he turned me onto Twitter AGES ago, long before it became "cool", but just because he is such a genuinely nice person and a fun guy.

What makes Ed extraordinary in my mind is that he makes Internet marketing FUN for newbs. That is NOT easy to do with any degree of success... and I'm quite certain that Ed's position as a thought leader in the space makes it much more effective for him to simply be that guy and let the market follow him. What a great thing for anyone to aspire to, really, no?

As a copywriter I know whereof I speak when I say that an awful lot of artful pressure is applied to the business of separating aspiring Internet marketers from their dollars. In Ed's case, however, there is a sense of fun, good times, and great insider information that push people into action -- as opposed to the typical brow-beating newbies get with fear of loss and appeals to sheer greed.

Anyway... That's my take on why Ed's world works so well for him.. and for me. Though I'm not a member of 30DC or the Immediate Edge and merely follow Ed socially, he's pointed me towards so many cool things over the years, he's a "harbinger of good".

Brian <-- Thinks I've now fulfilled my "reciprocity account" with Ed.
