Mike Filsaime! Thumbs Up and Thank You

I've to announce this

Mike Filsaime has proved to me and I think for everyone that he is a real great marketer.


I made a post few days ago about the issue of ListDomCom membership, I have purchase the diamond level back in 2007, days ago I logged in to find that my account has been downgraded to basic account due to a cleaning up action from his team due to the abuse happened lately for the membership.

I was really pissed off, and I posted here attacking M.Filsaime and wondering how to cancel a paid lifetime membership without any warning?


To my surprise, Mike took the time to reply to the post, and he deeply apologized to the mistake happened, and as a comment on my note that this membership hasn't been satisfactory for me from the beginning, he told me that he will simply refund my money, even if it was 2 years old..

I wanted to see how far this will go, so I requested the refund he promised.

And guess what??

Mike really refunded my $197, after 2 years, and as if this wasn't enough, he let me keep my diamond membership, it wasn't canceled!!

Many people accused Mike that as his business has grown gigantically, he is no more caring about his customers or trying to keep them satisfied.



I think what he did with me proves with no doubts that Mike Filsaime still the same old great marketer,

Thanks Mike, I apologize for any bad concepts I made about you before.
