Thinking About Buying Magic Submitter, but the reviews have me nervous. Input please. Thx!

I am seriously considering ordering Magic Submitter. However, when I've read the reviews, they have left me somewhat confused and a little put off.

Some people are saying that Magic Submitter is nothing more than a spam tool, while others are saying that it did not help them rank at all. I did read some reviews where people swore by it, but little detail was given as to what it actually did.

I am aware that Magic Submitter is a tool and an SEO strategy should be laid out before hand. But what I want to know is, if Magic Submitter can help me rank for competitive keywords? I see lots of reviews of people bragging on their keywords, but many of them are phrases that are not competitive.

So again my questions are:
1. Does Magic Submitter succeed at helping rank for highly competitive keywords/phrases? (Does anyone have any specific examples?)
2. If so, what is the average time frame?
3. Do I run the risk of getting banned if I use it?
4. How is the customer support?

    Customer support is top notch. Alex makes himself available on Skype. I swear he doesn't sleep.

    Average time frame depends on your keywords.

    Using it will NOT get you banned. It all comes down to your content and how you structure things. MS is just a tool. I've used it to rank my own sites as well as offline clients. I also write the manual and do training sessions. There's also a wealth of video training to be had. It is NOT a tool you just pick up though. There's so much it can do you have to take the time to learn it.
