has anyone got the Membership Site Bootcamp Home Study Course?

I'm wondering if anyone out there in Warriorland has heard of, or used a product called "Membership Site Bootcamp Home Study Course"?
I bought 2 original copies direct from Tim Kerber and Ryan Lee's product launch in 2008. I paid like $1,526.00 for it.
You can't get the program at moment, so it's kinda difficult to find anyone who's got it.
These guys (Tim & Ryan) definitely know how to make membership sites and have them running on Autopilot.
I'm giving my second copy away. I wanna basically give it away
to someone who wants to build a membership, but doesn't have a
lot of money to find out how to build a successful membership site.
My question to all of you is simply: Is $247, including free worldwide shipping a good offer?
I'm open to suggestions on this, so feel free to PM me or reply to my post.

P.S. If this product ever does come back on the market, I highly recommend it. It's like they tell you everything you need to know about membership sites. I suppose that's why they charged me $1,526.00.
