Has anyone used this program / Signed up for it? What's it entail? Is it legit and such? Just wondering since i've heard about it a few times.

Use the search feature. There is one thread (at least) that covers the response to this question in GREAT detail.

BTF has a good community. They do upsell their other services a bit. Not sure if the guys at BTF make more money on teaching others how to do it or from the sites they teach you how to build.

If you do signup use the coupon which can befound on this forum

You may find my review of Bring the Fresh helpful at Twirlie.com.au. Bring the Fresh covers a lot of IM ground. With tons of videos, some written material and an active members forum, you definitely get a lot of content from this course, but considering all the hype about this product it didn't live up to expectations for me. For a similar course I would go with Work From No Home as it has a 30 day action plan and extensive training.
