I have Keyword Magic Pro trial which can be used for keyword research, adwords data and other features are disabled unless you get the full version. I don't think it has the proxies to avoid banned by google.

Adwords account info? Maybe get the full version and try it out, you have 60 days to test it out and ask for refund if not satisfied.
